- Aashish (4/5): Disappointed is an understatement when you're paying 10K+ for a night's stay - NA This hotel can not be categorised as a 5 star. The toilet seats were stained. I even tried to clean it myself and they are just old permanent stains. The food is not at par, the service and staff do not know how to accurately speak to guests.

- KAR (9/5): Stay was good but I have stayed in other Welcom hotels in Ahmedabad the staffs there are much more courteous than the on - The location, comfort, food quality Three rooms were booked 2 Delux and one superior but on reaching we found that the superior room is in a different building hence we choose to stay in a Delux room only. But during payment we were made to pay for superior room and was said that as your booking is online we cannot do much. That’s actually not correct.

- Swami (1/5): - Nothing First of all they charged us heavy amount and according to that service very poor....and the owner was very rude ...he was acting like he is the owner of five star hotel...dont ever visit this hotel even by mistake...at this property you cant even speak at high pitch...even if u watch tv on a moderate volume owner says (muje gandu samjh rakha hai kya? Abhi k abhi hakal dunga) ...they said they wil give extra mattress but as we asked them for it...they didn't gave that to us....even there was very normal toilet fittings...there were some terrible rules...like you cant even talk to your partner in swimming pool...just swim and go..else the staff will come and have argument with u...I genuinely suggest its a scam and waste of money

- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional service and very nice facilities. - Very good hotel! The newer block is well furnished, immaculately clean and very peaceful with excellent soundproofing. I had a problem early on caused by bad mannered guests and the response from the manager was truly outstanding. He and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure the rest of my stay was very enjoyable. Some of the other guests were rude and obnoxious. This is not the fault of the hotel and as mentioned the hotel staff made every effort to ensure I was comfortable.

- Suchitra (9/5): We had a amazing stay. Loved the pool facilities and enjoyed swimming - I loved the breakfast but as I stayed 3 nights it seemed somewhat repetitive. Would have loved to have parathas but didn't know of the existence of the paratha counter till after I had my breakfast on the last day. But there was everything for all palettes. The staff were very cordial and helpful. Didn't know who to tip as there were so many staff members. Maybe a tip box placed at a strategic place would be convenient... All was wonderful

- Kunal (9/5): - As it was 31st Dec night there was no buffet dinner for staying in guests. It was only gala dinner which was more than required. Family with kid wouldnt opt for gala dinner as due to kid they wont opt for DJ party which was included in gala dinner. Same would be the case for people travelling with senior citizens. Staying in guests should be given exemption and more buffet options.

- Sreekant (4/5): Basic need not fulfilled. - BF, Dinner, HK, Staff, Ambience - All good ! Sleepless nights due to Air Conditioning System is switched off post midnight. Had to call up and ask the Maintenance Dept to switch on Chilled Water System. No point in staying in a reputed hotel to experience sleepless nights, which in fact is the basic of hospitality industry. Should this be given as a feedback ? Pls introspect !

- Vikram (10/5): Rama, a place worth your money - The reception was extremely warm. Particularly Subhash Salunke was very helping and friendlier. He guided us to the right tourist places and gave useful tips. I am glad that he interacted with us. The breakfast spread could have been slightly better.

- Shridhar G S (5/5): NEITHER EXCEPTIONAL NOR DISAPPOINTING. - The hotel scores well on location and staff courtesy, especially in the restaurant and in housekeeping. The room (#341) was clean and daily housekeeping was satisfactory. Comfortable bed. Excellent food. Well insulated rooms - this, being the wedding season, functions were going on in the grounds but the noise did not reach us. Pleasant poolside and courtyard (basically the space between the old and new blocks). This is the only open space at the hotel. Do not expect a vast expanse, though. There's just enough lung space to catch some fresh air and relax in. Check-in was very slow. Reception seemed under-staffed to meet the holiday rush. The room seemed a little cramped, though adequate. The bathroom door (#341) was difficult to lock; the frame appeared damaged. Poor maintenance. Housekeeping took away a few pillows on our last day (probably during cleaning, and probably to meet a requirement elsewhere). Such things should not happen in a 5* hotel. The old block (where our room was located) had the most cramped lifts I have seen in any hotel. It was like a cage going up and down a mining shaft.
- chris (5/5): Passable hotel. Some good things but lackadaisical service lets it down - The pool was clean and had plenty of seats. Nice, functional gym allowed a good workout. Good coffee machine at breakfast for nice selection of drinks. Club room is spacious enough and shower is powerful. Staff are not welcoming and courteous. Three times while my wife spoke to them they walked away or picked phone while she was mid sentence. Our room was not clean enough: dirty corners; shower blind had soap muck at the bottom which had clearly not been cleaned in months; hand prints on mirrors, dirty drawers, etc At breakfast about 30% of dishes were dirty; clearly the dishwasher had not cleaned things properly and we had to tell them: how could dirty dishes be put out without the person that stacked them seeing it? Finally, possibly the worst thing is the lack of soundproofing. There were weddings on our hotel and the one next door and the level of noise both from the event and guests mingling in the corridors and going between rooms was unbearable. If you stay here, ensure you have headphones and ear plugs.

- DS (9/5): Nice comfortable place in a good location. - First and foremost I wish to complement Mr Srideep, the General Manager of the property. His complete hands on management of the facility is remarkable. He is personally present at the front desk and reception throughout the day till late evening. He has a very pleasant, courteous and cheerful personality. It is remarkable how all the staff at the property are so well mannered and courteous. The hotel has a very good gym with quite a good range of Life Fitness equipment. The swimming pool and deck are also great and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet are also quite good. Service of food ordered from the a la carte menu is quite slow. The Indian food in the menu is rather oily and spicy, with lots of desi ghee in some food, which may not be agreeable to some people. There could be more continental and oriental items in the menu.

- Ravi (9/5): The travel agents in the hotel were extremely good. The stay was most memorable. - The variety was very good and plentiful. We were impressed with the entire spread. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was wholesome and had an impressive range. Dinner - we opted for the buffet, which had a very large selection. There was really nothing that we could fault. The staff were most attentive, courteous and always willing to help.
