Big bed and comfortable as well Cleanliness of the room. I can understand the room is newly renovated but the hotel should ensure the room is kept clean before they open it for any booking/reservation. More surprised with housekeeping whom said they can’t do anything about the dust, if the room is not ready for public then ensure it is being cleaned properly

Good WiFi, breakfast, pool and easy to get around town. Kota Bharu is an interesting and pretty town which deserves a visit before going off to the islands. Nothing, all good.

- Noor Shamsinar (9/5): - The room is so spacious and the shower feels like a proper waterfall, honestly the best part of the whole stay! I was so happy every time I went in there. Bed was exceptionally cozy so much so that I found it difficult to leave it throughout my entire stay. Breakfast spread also quite impressive. Got good variety so I was pretty happy with the options. The croissants were fresh, flaky, really lovely. And the sambal kelapa , I had it with nasi lemak instead of nasi kerabu and it was so good. Definitely the highlights of the buffet for me. None

Their courteous manner, willingness to assist, and excellent customer service created a pleasant and welcoming experience. Hotel currently provides only very basic amenities, which are sufficient for minimal convenience. However, there is significant room for improvement in terms of facilities, maintenance, and overall comfort to better enhance the visitor experience and meet expectations more effectively.

The room very spacious and have big tv. The new bed was high. For those with elders please request the old room.

- Raphaelle (9/5): Newly and super comfortable refurbished room but poor noise insulation from room to room - Newly renovated room (we were on the first floor). Clean room with super comfortable bed and pillows. New, crisp white bed linen. Breakfast had very good continental options. Very nice swimming pool which was opened during our stay (20th April). It had just been refurbished. Very friendly staff, especially staff in the breakfast room. Do ask for a room with no adjoining door. Our room had an adjoining door with no noise insulation. We could see the light from adjoining room shining under the door and hear their conversation. We were unlucky to be next door to some very inconsiderate people who had a very early start.
