- ARISA (6/5): - 3つ星ホテルに初めて泊まりました。 立地は、電車降りてから地上までと、地上に出てからも少し歩きます（10分は軽くかかりました） ホテルから東大門まで歩いて25分、市場まで18分。 街並みを観光として歩くとあっという間かも知れません！ コンビニは道沿いにセブンイレブン、信号挟んで反対側に1ヶ所あります。 日本語が話せるスタッフはいません。英語は可能。 バスタブがついてる部屋ではなかったです。 部屋は、カーテンはありますがレースカーテンはない。反対側のホテルから丸見えなので、見られても良い準備ができてからカーテン開けました！ 日光は綺麗に差し込むので、カーテン開けると明るいお部屋です。 ドリンクは、コーヒーとお茶、水で特に他ホテルと同じ。 マグカップは上向きに置いてあるのでホコリが入っていて、コースター、マドラーはなし。 バスルームは、ハンドソープ、ハンドボディークリームがあります。 シャワールームは、リンスインシャンプー、ボディーソープが備えついてます。 部屋のグレードによって異なると思います。 トイレは、横にゴミ箱がありペーパーはゴミ箱へ捨てるタイプで、流せません。 清掃は、ベッドメイクのみ毎日綺麗で、ダブルルームはベッドが大きく快眠でした！ ありがとうございました♪

- Miryung (4/5): - The male staff at the front desk are unfriendly and lack basic manners. When I asked for food delivery because I was feeling unwell, they told me to do it myself. The breakfast was terrible, so I ended up not eating it even though I paid for it. The employees at this hotel don’t smile or show any kindness. It’s okay if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect any kind of service beyond that.

- ANANYO (10/5): Mayplace Seoul-Conveniently located and great valu - Very conveniently located hotel with all necessary services provided. Breakfast was amazing, short walk from the palaces, daily room cleaning was done, laundry in the basement was convenient to use. Only improvement can be done for the power outlets as they seemed loose and not fitting the adapters well but we found a way to work with those.

- Karin (6/5): - Sehr stickige Zimmer, durch die einerseits gute Lage ist vieles im Stadtteil Hongi-Hi gut zu Fuß erreichbar, aber die Fenster zu öffnen bedeutet unendlicher Strassen Lärm Tag und Nacht (rasende Motorräder). Temperatur im Zimmer lässt sich nicht runterregulieren. Bei 2 Personen im Zimmer wird’s schnell stickig. Personal bemüht.

- Cuong (6/5): - The hotel is near bus stops and is convenient to get to attractions in Seoul. Nearest bus stops are few minutes walk away. The nearest subway station is about 15min walk. We were a bit disappointed about our corner suite. The furniture in the living space looks cheap, especially the "sofa". Its backrest isn't fixed and wouldn't support one's back. It would slide back and fall down. Whoever designed the bathroom should be fired. The bathtub sits on top of granite enclosure. So when one takes a shower, the water would splatter on the granite enclosure and would eventually flow to the floor. There is a drain on the floor; so, the design was intentionally! The problem is the water would get on the bathroom door before getting to the floor. The door shows sign of water damage, and the bathroom would smell moldy. The floor around the bathtub would be wet after a shower. The staff at the hotel, especially the front desk, is really nice and helpful.

Breakfast is limited for Western custom (mainly rice etc) If you want a taxi you need the Uber/Kakao app. Reception doesn’t call a taxi for you. Good room with facilities. No unnecessary disposal items (toothbrush etc) 👍👍

L'hôtel se situe aussi près de sites touristiques. Je remercie de nouveau le personnel qui m'a aidé à retrouver un objet laissé dans l'hôtel une heure après mon check-out!

Personalet snakker begrenset engelsk, fin takterasse. God valuta for pengene.

It was really frustrating because we could not even load simple websites to check details for our trip. I ended up purchasing a data plan for my phone. I would not recommend this hotel if you are relying on the wifi for work, trip planning etc.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 세번째 4박 후기 - -방: 1)장점 침대 푹신하고 잠 잘 와서 좋습니다~! 방에 따라 궁이 보이는 창밖 풍경도 좋고 차소리가 좀 나는 것 말곤 조용한 동네라 좋아요. TV만 옆으로 밀면 책상이 꽤 크고 밝은 스탠드조명도 있어서 저처럼 책상에서 작업해야 하는 분들은 편하실 것 같아요. 2)단점 화장실 거울전등이 할로겐등인데 켜고 있으면 끈 후에까지 타닥!타닥! 탁! 이런 소리가 간헐적으로 꽤 오래 납니다. (파란색 모기등에 모기가 타 죽는 소리 또는 스위치를 켜고 끄는 소리 느낌) 이 호텔에서 세 개의 방을 이용해봤는데 방마다 정도는 다르지만 모두 이 소리가 났고.. 심한 방은 화장실 사용 이후 1시간 이상 소리가 꽤 크게 지속돼서 잠들기 힘들 정도였습니다. (그래서 나중엔 화장실 불을 안 켜고 지냈습니다..) 다른 방은 5~10분 정도 거슬리고 끝나는 정도였습니다. 그리고 방음은 불편한 정도는 아니지만 완벽하진 않습니다! 벽 가까이에 있을 때 옆방에서 노래 흥얼거리는 소리가 들렸고, 카드키 꽂은 후 불이 켜지는 띠리리 소리, 콘센트 꽂거나 뽑는 소리 등이 들립니다. -서비스: 직원분들은 친절하십니다. 고맙습니다~! -청결: 방바닥이나 침대, 화장실바닥 등 전체적으로는 깔끔한데.. 구석구석 깨끗이 청소하는 느낌은 아니어서 조금 아쉬웠어요. 이전엔 안 그랬는데 이번 방에는 구석구석 먼지가 손에 묻어나올 정도로 꽤 많았고 가운에 머리카락도 붙어있었고 벽지나 책상밑에 커피자국도 꽤 있었습니다.. 저는 많이 민감하진 않아서 그냥 거슬리는 건 직접 닦고 지냈습니다 -기타: 엘레베이터가 두 대인데 버튼을 누르면 더 빠른 엘레베이터가 오는 방식이 아니라 누른 엘레베이터만 불러지는 방식입니다. 평소엔 괜찮은데 이용이 많은 아침시간에 많이 비효율적이라고 느꼈습니다. 5분 이상 기다린 적도 있습니다. 이 부분이 개선되면 좋겠다고 생각합니다!

- enkhamgalan (6/5): Refund rejected - I had to checkout earlier due to early morning transfer needed to the airport. But they refused to refund remaining 1 night stay which made me upset. - Verified traveler (6/5): 호텔 컨디션에 대하여 - 위치는 굉장히 좋아요. 혜화역이나 창경궁도 가깝고.. 하지만 호텔 예약시 조식이 현장결제 가능하다 써있었는데 막상 체크인시 확인하니 안하더라구요 ㅜㅜ 이런 정보눈 명확히 공개해주셨으면 좋겠어요. 룸안에 에어컨소리가 좀 큰편이라 잘때 시끄럽고 창문열면 차소리에 시끄러웠어요

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, especially after some of the previous places we stayed in China on our way to Seoul. Very close walk to one of the palaces and not a bad walk (15 minutes) to the metro. Hotel front desk was very helpful with answering our questions and had good grasp of English. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Decent service on the front desk, very large bed that voukd fit 3 people in it. Area doesn't have many ATMs so bring enough cash, or you may go short. One of the best features is their rooftop bar, very nice.

It's in a perfect location, within a walking distance from the Seoul's main attractions. It's also close by a subway station and the Seoul train station. The service was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the late check-out at 12 o'clock.

The amaneries are great, and what I really appreciated when we had to cancel our last night but the cancellation time was past, staff helped us with the refund. It was a really kind gesture. The only thing that we realize on the last day that our room service never changed our bedding :/ but besides that, the location, staff, and hotel it self is really great. We will Be coming back <3

- Verified traveler (6/5): Poor house keeping and poor staff coordination - I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks, house keeping was poor, they never vacuumed my room nor changed the bed sheet until I told them to do so on the 4th day of my stay, and on the last day, as I had to be in the hospital till 12, I asked the hotel stafff the day before about late checkout, they simply reply hotel fully booked and can’t accomodate my request, I would expect more or I should say better customer service if I stayed in the hotel for 13 nights in total.

- idear (10/5): Good as always - Great atmosphere. Nice and clean. Locate just next to the Seoul University hospital. 5-10 minutes walk to the underground.
- Dave (8/5): First time stay in Seoul - We were pleased with the hotel overall. Check in was very efficient and we got the room we had requested (corner suite up high with views). The electricity was off when we arrived to our room but it was fixed quickly. The staff was helpful and spoke enough English to make it work. Very small fridge in room but we got by with it. Would like to see ice available for the rooms. The subway is about a 10 minute walk, but it takes you by convenient stores, bakeries and other places you may want to walk by anyhow. Very close to palaces if you are exploring. We would stay here again.
