• yifan (10/5): perfect - The hotel is very comfortable, and the bed in the single room is very large. The room is fully equipped, and the air conditioning has good cooling effect. The landlord was very nice and allowed me to keep my luggage and use the room after checking out.

Posizione ideale sia per prendere la metro che per uscire a piedi. La stanza singola è veramente molto piccola ma confortevole, non mancava nulla.

• Elizabeth Ruth (7/5): A fabulous location and with a couple of improvements to the room, everything would be perfect. - The location is excellent. Lovely area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Felt very safe there too. The room was a very good size with lots of storage space and cleaned to a high standard with fresh towels daily. The host was great - very helpful. He booked a car for us to the airport and allowed us to stay beyond check out time as our flight was later in the day. There was rather a large patch of mould on the top left of the feature wall, which was unfortunate. I feel that that should be addressed. Also, we were told not to adjust the AC and ideally we would have liked the temperature in the room to be cooler as it was really hot. Otherwise everything was perfect.

• Alex (10/5): Great place for single travelers! - Great place for single travelers: nice neighborhood, very close to the subway and the Vatican. My room was small, but quiet, super clean, and with a private, full bathroom. Very nice owner/manager: my plane was significantly delayed, but he arranged for someone else from his family to welcome me at the apartment. There is an access card for the apartment/room, instead of just a code/app. Be careful not to forget it inside :)

Well located for the Vatican. If I’m being ultra picky the tea and coffee making facilities in the room weren’t replenished. However this didn’t really concern me.

• Kate (9/5): Brilliant Location, Excellent Hosts, Quiet and Comfortable Facilities - Hosts Ciro and Cristiano were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and were very kind and willing to help even when I locked myself out of my room at an ungodly hour. The lady who oversaw my check-out (whose name unfortunately I failed to catch) was super accommodating and kind, even volunteering to help me lug some heavy luggage down to my waiting taxi en route to catch my flight out of Fiumicino. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and coffee pods were available in the communal lounge/dining area. The location could not have been better for my purposes–Prati is a quieter, more residential neighbourhood very near the Vatican, but close enough to public transport and major attractions in the city center (Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, etc) that they can be reached easily. There were a ton of shopping and dining options in the Prati neighbourhood, as well. A perfect mix of convenience and quiet. The breakfast area is really more of a place to sit down and have a coffee made from the pods available (in case you are planning on more extensive options). Given that I follow a restrictive diet based on food intolerances, I hadn't planned to dine on-site anyway so it was not a problem. There is a café/pastry shop a couple doors down from the property if you're looking for breakfast nearby.

• Therese (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fantastic, walking distance to Vatican and the Spanish steps and other places of interest, very close to metro station . We used metro to go to colloseum and trevi fountain. There are plenty of restaurants cafes around the vicinity and a supermarket close by. The room was spacious, modern, spotless , the bed very comfortable, air con, shower very good. We will recommend this accommodation to friends and hope to return to Rome, a beautiful city

• Gabriel (9/5): Superb - A very well-located place, near by 2 subway stations and some good options to eat. Besides that, the Domus Best Guest House has a great manager, that cares a lot about the confort of the guest. There was a misunderstood at the beginning about the check-out, but as I was talking to the manager, we found a way to solve the problem. There was no place to hang the towels/clothes.
• Ramya (10/5): - The hotel upon first entry looks like a hostel or office building converted to a hotel. After a day in the hotel, I had no issues with it. It was clean, quite and with abundant AC which was very essential in Rome during summer. The owner met us for breakfast and helped us get breakfast in an adjasent cafe. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to St. Peters Bascillica and all the attractions of Vatican city.

• Quintano (9/5): I recommend this guest house to solo travellers or families . - Domus Best Guest House is situated very close to the Vatican city. Other places of interest such as the Spanish Steps , Fontana di Trevi and Via del Corso are 20 minutes away on foot. The rooms are very clean , the beds are comfortable and most of all the staff are friendly . Even though the staff is not present at all times, they are quick to answer to your needs when you send them an email or give them a call.

• Eleftheria (9/5): Superb - The owner is really approachable, active (via booking app chat, telephone) and helpful about directions (transport from/to the airport, where to eat, places around the city etc). Very polite and hospitable staff, especially Elena, she was great. The cleaning service was excellent, considering the fact that it's not a hotel. Nice room, big plasma screen (Netflix, yt), large bed and surprisingly cozy mattress (we booked a double & king- sized, since we were a couple). The location was pretty good: next to the Vatican city, nice, quiet area, but vivid neighborhood (quality restaurants, I recommend Ai Balestrari, Bibi Brace or Tavola, in this order/ local coffee shops: Vice Café was my favorite). I would recommend the Guest House and I would visit it, again. 1) Our bathroom had no door. 2) We had no view from our window. I would prefer a better description for each room, in order to book one with a street view.

• Traveller567 (10/5): Lovely and enjoyable - The staff we interacted with, Ellena and Masood, during our stay, were amicable and helpful. They were friendly and prepared us a lovely coffee for breakfast. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The whole accommodation is relatively new which is an added bonus. We had an issue with the bathroom door and the staff was very quick in offering us another room, but we decided to stay where we were. We felt safe and welcomed. Very central location, near to the Vatican city, with easy access to public transport and lovely cafe and restaurants in the area. This accommodation deserved to be rated 10 from us and will stay there again if we are in Rome. I would not say there is anything that we didn't like about this accommodation. However, there could be some room for improvement and the following are more recommendations rather than negative comments. We were told that they just started welcoming tourists and we were the first guests to be served breakfast. We had a very basic breakfast, although they were asking us the night before what we wanted for breakfast. I would recommend providing a more variety of options for breakfast. Also, a coffee maker in the rooms would be appreciated by guests. Also, the owner might want to consider lowering the towel rail and the toiletries rack in the shower a bit so they are in easy reach for petite people.

Even it was full in-house but I didn’t hear any noise from my room. The location is good and easy walkable to get to Spanish steps, Fontaine Trevi like 10 to 15 minutes. There are many cafés and stores around guest house. I would recommend this place for sure!
• Favorita (10/5): Excellent on all counts! 10/10 - We stayed at Cavour Guests House and for start to finish we had a great time! The proprietor (Ciro) and staff (Masud & Elena) were exceptional in customer service, professionalism and availability! We felt well looked after and we highly recommend it and we will be very happy to return! Masud was the main person looking after us during our stay - his scrambled eggs (my daughter's request!) were to die for ❤️, great professionalism, helpful and ALWAYS very courteous made our experience even more enjoyable! Great building, rooms were very clean with plenty towels and toiletries. Staff SUPER helpful, location to dream for in terms of proximity to sightseeing, local bus services to tourist attractions and plenty of places at walking distance for coffee and restaurants. All the places we went to eat and get a drink were very friendly and food fantastic! Highly recommended facility! 10/10

• Johanna (8/5): Am besten Hotelshuttle buchen - Gute Lage nah am Vatikan, sauber und funktionell, Adapter für unsere Stromstecker waren z.B. vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Eine Mitarbeiterin konnte kaum Englisch, hat uns aber trotzdem mit "Händen und Füßen" den Weg zur Bushaltestelle erklärt indem sie mit uns raus auf die Straße gegangen ist damit sie es uns erklären kann. Das Frühstück war völlig okay, wir haben sogar zwei mal einen Cappuccino bekommen wenn wir danach gefragt haben. Es gab genügend Auswahl und man konnte dort auch nett sitzen. Im Prinzip war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig, man hat von den Nachbarzimmern nichts mitbekommen. Nachts musste man jedoch die Fensterläden komplett zu machen, da der Verkehr sonst ziemlich laut war (unser Zimmer war an der Straßenseite). Genau gegenüber war ein gutes Restaurant und der Simply Supermarkt war nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bushaltestelle und Sbahn waren auch nicht weit entfernt. Domus Guesthouse hat uns einen Flughafenshuttle für Hin- und Rückreise gebucht. War alles super pünktlich und sehr zu empfehlen, da man das Guesthouse sonst vermutlich wirklich suchen müsste. Es hängt am Haus nämlich kein Schild mit Werbung.
• Edward (8/5): Excellent location for Vatican Museums visit! - The hotel location was all I hoped for to visit the Vatican area. A leisurely 15 minute stroll through an upper middle class neighborhood past trendy boutiques, local cafes and grocers brings you to the Vatican tourist/business area with many transportation options available to visit the other sights in Rome. The hotel room was safe, secure, clean and furnished in a modern Ikea type style. Spacious enough for 2 people but there was only 1 chair no dresser and little room for luggage, the bathroom should have some shelving and hooks for your things it was of adequate size. The staff was friendly and helpful with a satisfying breakfast every morning served by a lovely young woman that prepares your cappuccino and espresso as well as running the day to day operations of the hotel. The only time I knew there were other guests was when we all came for breakfast! I definitely would stay here again when staying in Rome. Thank You, Domus Best - Guest House and Staff!

Rooms are clean. Amazing amazing for what you pay. Not far at all from anything. Great cafes and restaurants in the area.

• Genevieve (10/5): Great Location and Value - I booked this room for mom so she could stay in Rome while I was between work trips, so we were primarily interested in location, but both she and I were really impressed by Domus. It was her first time staying in a European style guest house, but she thought the room was lovely and comfortable. It was a little tricky to find, but the address is correct and a kind shop owner pointed us to the right door. I didn't see the owner in person, but we had great communication over email and phone. My mom found the location was a little noisy at first, but it quieted down at night and she appreciated all the restaurants and cafes. The best part was how close it is to the Vatican. For the money I would certainly book here again if I had business in this part of Rome.
• Maria (10/5): Clean, comfortable and close to the city center - A very nice guesthouse with a friendly host, clean and comfortable room, breakfast and great service. Furthermore it is close to the City center and the vatican in a nice area of the city. We can only recommend this place to others!
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel is okay, the main problem is how this hotel is being managed. I had booked 4 days, I could stay only the 2 first after they removed family and me to a desgusting miniflat. Cigarrete smeeling spread all over the miniflat.
