• LUCIANA BELEN (10/5): Suite real hace que valga la pena - Riad L' aziza se encuentra aproximadamente a 10 cuadras de la plaza Jemma el fna. Recomiendo seguir las indicaciones de Google maps ( traza una L desde la.plaza y luego se ingresa por el pasillo DERB GNAOUA) ahi luego hay que hacer un zig zag y pasillo angosto hasta la puerta del riad ( hay timbre). Hay que subir un escalon al entrar Al entrar se pasa un pasillo y se encuentra el hermoso jardín. Nos recibieron con té de menta. El personal no habla inglés, ni español, pero es MUY ATENTO. El lugar es silencioso y tranquilo. Ofrece desayunos y comidas. La suite real se encuentra en planta baja frente al jardín, la.recomiendo ampliamente. La habitación triple esta en la primera planta, pero hay que subir muchos muchos escalones para llegar, tiene living y vista. Las camas y duchas son cómodas. Ofrecen jabon liquido y shampoo. Hacen recambio de toallas. La comida que le hicieron a mis padres fue deliciosa. El lugar me pareció seguro,hacían las camas, y re cambian las toallas. Importante los taxis llegan en la esquina a dos cuadras del Riad( luego de salir del pasillo) esa esquina se llama QUARTER BEN SALEH .( ese es el.punto de referencia) El taxi del aeropuerto nos cobro 14 euros y no quiso llegar hasta ahi, nos dejo fuera de la plaza jemma el fna. Al irnos del Riad, contratamos con ellos un taxi MODERNO, 25 euros aproximadamente. Luego el chófer nos pidió mas dinero al llegar al aeropuerto. Aun asi lo recomiendo ya que no es fácil encontrar autos qué lleguen cerca del Riad, y menos fácil es que sean autos grandes y modernos( éramos 5 personas con valijas). Saliendo del pasillo sobre la calle al salir del pasillo hay kioskos donde venden gaseosa (coca cola)agua galletas(milka)pringles a muy buen precio, además hay ropa y artesanías con precio fijo ( vale la pena no regatear). Hay moscas en el jardín, deberían poner alguna trampa para atraparlos sin dañar las plantas del jardín. (EL LUGAR ES MUY LIMPIO ) Me hubiese gustado que ofrezcan pasta dental, y que haya una pava eléctrica en la habitación para poder hacer té en la habitación y disfrutarlo en el living de la habitación ( y no tener que pedirlo al personal)

Le porte della matrimoniale superior non si chiudevano per bene, anche se questo non pregiudicava la sicurezza perché c'era una ulteriore porta esterna che si chiudeva a chiave. Bagno un po' scuro.

• 瑞生 (10/5): - きめ細やかなサービスが良かったです． 早朝の外出でホテル内での朝食が難しいことを伝えると、さっと食べられるようなものを用意してくれました． また、他店で頼んだカフタンのサイズ直しの受け取りを、私たちが不在の場合は対応してくれるなど(結局滞在時に受け取りだったが) ジャスミンの素敵な香りが漂っていて、どんな香りを使用しているのか聞くと快く教えてくれました． 朝ごはんも豪華でしたし、掃除も行き届いていてとても良いホテル滞在となりました．

• Margaret (10/5): - Our second stay at Riad L'Aziza was amazing. We were warmly greeted and given a lovely room with a private balcony. We had a delicious meal; the tagine was homecooked slowly and better than any tagine we'd had during our 2 week visit. We sat in the middle of the Riad to eat it; so peaceful and relaxing. As we had to leave early to catch our flight, we were given a take away breakfast, which we ate at the airport;nothing is too much bother for the lovely staff here. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this haven of peace, an oasis in the midst of the bustling medina of Marrakesh. Everything was great.

The staff are friendly and very helpful indeed. The breakfasts are superb as are the evening meals. I have no criticism whatever of Riad L'Aziza. It's an exceptional place.

• Ambra (9/5): Riad meraviglioso - Riad bellissimo nel cuore della medina, ma al contempo silenzioso. La nostra camera era nella terrazza rooftop, semplicemente stupenda: luminosa, ampia e pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile, abbiamo usufruito del servizio tranfer da e per l'aeroporto. Il ragazzo del turno notturno è stato cosi gentile da prepararci la colazione "da asporto" il giorno della partenza (siamo partite nel cuore della notte e ci ha accompagnate di persona fino alla navetta). Luogo incantevole, davvero consigliato. Nulla da segnalare

• Meral (10/5): Our very own little palace! - Everything was unreal! We stayed at the royal suite for 2 nights. The gentleman working was super kind and nice to chat with, thank you! He organized us coffee and breakfast in the morning, and even offered to prepare a food bag as we were checking out early in the morning. The room was like a little palace. Everything was so nicely designed that we felt like sleeping in the Madrasa Ben Youssef!!! The plus is that you get to wake up to lemon tree smell and birds singing. The location is a bit complicated to find, and is inside the bazaars. So a bit chaotic outside, but like a little piece of heaven inside! As the suite is on the ground floor, it might get a little noisy in the morning with people having breakfast, and birds. We absolutely had no issues as such, but might worth considering if you have very light sleep.

Il ragazzo molto gentile, apprezzato il the caldo gratuito su richiesta. Camera poco luminosa, situata al piano terra, quindi una volta dentro siamo dovuti stare con le finestre chiuse. Ho chiesto informazioni per un tour della città per 4 persone, mesi prima della partenza. Avevamo solo un giorno per visitare Marrakech e avremmo voluto riuscire a vedere tutto con una guida locale che parlava in italiano. L’albergo ci ha risposto subito che era possibile e ad un prezzo competitivo, però alla mia richiesta del tour ha tergiversato per mesi dicendo che era troppo presto per organizzare, e alla fine qualche giorno prima abbiamo scoperto che avremmo visitato la metà dei luoghi che ci interessavano.

La camera al secondo piano era grande, molto ben arredata, con una scala interna che dava su un terrazzino privato da cui poter ammirare il patio centrale e apprezzare il cinguettio degli uccellini al mattino. Dal nostro terrazzino se ne potevano raggiungere altri da dove osservare i tetti e le terrazze di Marrakech e poter prendere il sole. Siamo state accolte molto bene dal ragazzo che gestisce il Riad. Posto super consigliato, posizione super comoda per visitare la Medersa Ben Youssef, il Jardin secret e i vari Souk.

De dag erna moesten we vroeg weg, en omdat we daardoor niet bij het ontbijt konden zijn kregen we een goodiebag met ontbijt mee. Super attent, zeker een aanrader! -

Hamza palveli ystävällisesti minkä kerkesi, mutta vierasmäärään nähden hänellä oli ehkä liikaa töitä. Päiväretken ja lentokenttätaksin tilaaminen sujui täsmällisesti. Huoneen siisteydessä oli toivomisen varaa. Pyyhkeitä puuttui useana päivänä. Kattohuoneistossa asuminen vaatii 75 askelman kipuamista monta kertaa päivässä, mutta näkymät olivat sen arvoiset.
