• Kari (7/5): Ideal hotel for families with young children!! - My family had a wonderful stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the kids pool area as well as the kids club. Of the few we experienced in the area, this was the best kids club we went too. The room was big, with more than enough room for our family of 5. Perfectly located with walking distance to Ao Nang beach, the night market, and everything else you could possibly need. Staff were all extremely friendly and hospitable. Resort was nice and clean too! No complaints here, for what we needed, it was perfect.
• Amelie (10/5): Good ubication - Close to 7/11, restaurants and other shops, close to the night market and the beach, the food is delicious We was 3 people, 2 adults and 1 kid, they offer you 1 king size bed or 2 single bed for the 3 of us, we asked for additional bed fir my son and they charge you, when I booked in other’s hotel they always have additional bed for kids including in the price, this it’s the only point I didn’t like it

• Linda (9/5): - Wir fanden alles super, vor allem den Kids Club für unser Kind. Die Lage ist auch gut, mit 7 11 und vielen Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal war freundlich. Es gibt 2 Poolbereiche und einen Aufenthaltsraum und einen Café Bereich mit kostenlosen Snacks. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Zwischen den Kieselsteinen vor dem Pool für Erwachsene war leider total viel Müll (Wattestäbchen, Reste einer Plastikverpackung u.a.) Es war sehr ekelig. Ich machte einen Mitarbeiter hierauf aufmerksam, doch er verstand mich anscheinend nicht auf Englisch, denn er entfernte den Müll nicht...

• Rafał (9/5): Polecam! - Dobre śniadania Pokoje od ulicy. Okna nieszczelne przez co było głośno w pokoju. To jedyny minus tego hotelu. Tak to byłaby 10 a jest 9.5 😊
• kevin (9/5): - Les commodité avec la piscine et les petit plus pour les enfants. Le personnel toujours très sympathique. Et les chambre étaient très spacieuse. Devoir payer 800bath supplémentaires pour 1 oreillers et une couverture alors que notre enfant a dormi avec nous et sans avoir de lit supplémentaire. Nous avons fait réclamation est avons été remboursés, mais le fait est que nous n’avons pas à payer si ce n’est pas dans le prix de base.

• ANTONIUS (5/5): Verschrikkelijk. - Dicht bij het strand. Dat we niet in het hotel zelf zaten. Maar voor ons gevoel in een ander gebouw gedumpt zijn. Waarbij je nauwelijks contact had met het hotel zelf. Er was helaas ook geen lift in dit gebouw. Waardoor we iedere keer meerdere trappen op moesten en we zijn niet de jongste meer.

• Francois (6/5): Séjour en famille à Ao Nang - Personnel adorable et superbe en particulier pour les enfants. Le kids club et la piscine ont été particulièrement apprécié par notre petite !!! Hotel qui a deja bien vécu et qui mérite un sérieux rafraîchissement tant dans les chambres qu’en general. L’éclairage des chambres est à revoir car ça manque de luminosité.

• kerri (5/5): Spend money elsewhere, not worth the cost - The best part was the use of the hotel a few minutes away, including the pools and small waterpark The advertised photos are mainly the other hotel. The Capuchin is a separate building above a very busy restaurant. We had the move rooms from floor 2, to floor 4 on day one, due to the noise of screeching tables and chairs. Moved rooms at 2am. No lift at all, so a stretch with the luggage from floor 4. It’s true there is an awful smell in all the bathrooms like rotten onions and garbage, which comes up from the drains. Very noisy street

• Stefano (1/5): Assolutamente NON consigliato. - La stanza era grande Odore molto sgradevole sia fuori, ma soprattutto all’interno della camera. Non ci sono interruttori vicino al letto per spegnere le luci e quindi è necessario alzarsi ogni volta per poterle spegnere o accendere. La porta della terrazza si chiude a fatica spesso é rimasta aperta in quanto non si riusciva a chiudere. L’aria condizionata viene gestita automaticamente e non è possibile regolarla. Si può solo spegnere o accendere solo dal termostato. Non c’è un telecomando. E spesso la temperatura era più alta rispetto al desiderato, con conseguente sudorazione durante la notte. Vengono dati in dotazione solo due asciugamani quindi occorre utilizzare lo stesso asciugamano in tutti i casi. In un giorno di pioggia abbiamo utilizzato l’ombrello della struttura presente in camera, questo era tutto arrugginito e si è rotto quando è stato utilizzato. Al check out ce lo hanno fatto pagare in quanto è stato buttato in un bidone perché completamente rotto. Nonostante sia stato giustificata la motivazione non hanno dimostrato comprensione. La struttura si trova in una dependance rispetto alla struttura centrale dell’hotel e sicuramente è più trascurata rispetto alla struttura principale.

Piscine pour enfant froide , toboggan nul et pas de transat Il faut changer de bâtiment pour la réception, Piscine, petit déjeuner..
• Karolína (7/5): - V centru města, v okolí restaurace a veškeré potřebné zázemí. Skluzavky byly pro děti fajn, ale bazén ledový. Zařízení moc hezké, nové a čisté. Opravdu mizerná Wifi, studený bazén. Při rezervaci nebylo jasné, že se jedná o vedlejší budovu jiného hotelu přes ulici, kde byla recepce a veškeré zázemí. Vadila nám lokalita, byla velmi hlučná. Stěny opravdu tenké, bylo slyšet každé zavření dveří apod.

• Emilija (9/5): I would still say it’s a good location if you only need the hotel for sleeping. The beach, night market, shops, and rest - The room was clean and spacious. The hotel’s location is perfect very close to the beach, with lots of restaurants, shops and a 7-Eleven nearby. The pool was nice as well, just a minute’s walk to the Apple Resort hotel. As mentioned everywhere, there is no elevator

Lifeguards were very helpful and professional. Kids zone (club and swimming pool) is above my expectations. The water in the shower (cold and hot) was difficult to regulate.

• Cindy (9/5): Krabi in low season is special. Not too many tourists and things seem a little slower. The restaurants and tour operator - The room was spacious and clean. Newly renovated so it felt fresh. The bed was so comfortable that it left a lasting impression. The location was good walking distance from beach and restaurants. The Capuchin and Apple a Day are affiliated with each other so you have all the extras on offer at the apple a day; gym, pools, snack room, restaurant etc. really great facilities for kids. The apple a day pool has mini water park vibes. Also the check in process was great, friendly staff and a welcoming drink. A nice touch after a long trip to get there. We were there for one night and the room served its purpose. I cannot fault anything.

• Selma (5/5): Passable - The location is perfect — I could walk everywhere without needing a taxi, which was very convenient. The room itself was very spacious, but unfortunately, it was extremely dirty and dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. Dust was everywhere: on the floor, the mirror, the bed — it was quite unpleasant. I asked the cleaning lady to clean the room properly and change the bed sheets, but nothing was done. I honestly don't know what she was doing in the room. I constantly had to ask for basics like putting toilet paper or cleaning the floor. In the end, I gave up and decided to change hotels. Very disappointing experience considering the potential this place has.

Overall pleasant stay. - Spacious room, pool slides, popcorn for kids + No elevator, old towels, no shelves for clothes in the room - we had all our clothes all over the floor for a week - Kids pool and kids room can have longer working hours. 5 year old kids are not allowed on the big slide, but older kids are not much interested in that water park.

Kids loved the swimming pool and the kids club, we were there everyday after a day out as the kids enjoyed it so muck. Special thanks to Amy who works at the kids club, she is super friendly and the kids loved her.
• Bethany (10/5): Staff were so nice and helpful. - Great size room, clean and modern, and great location. Staff were lovely, we had a few power cuts, but the engineer was so quick to resolve the issue. The pool, gym, breakfast and reception are shared with the neighbouring hotel ‘A apple a day’ but don’t let this put you off, there’s right next to each other and so easily accessible. Would have liked a lamp or light near the bed, so my partner could read his book whilst I had the light off, but otherwise perfect.

• Christian (5/5): Price doesn’t match the room. - Big room with AC The hotel doesn’t match the price. The rooms are not clean as they should be in a high class hotel. The glas of the shower was not clean as well as the walls. The wodden subbed at the balcony had no pillow as it was to uncomfortable to lay there more than 5 Minutes.
• MARCUS (8/5): Big rooms and good value for money - Capuchin is a small block of large rooms right on a street just off the main beach road. It doesn't have its own facilities but it is sort of an annex to another hotel right behind it (Apple a Day) which has all the usual facilities, and which you can use. The rooms are a really good size, clean and comfortable and also have a god balcony. Also great value for money. The entrance to the block is just a few steps from the street where there are dozens of restaurants and so on.
• Matthew (7/5): Good - The staff were very friendly and helpful but I felt sorry for them as the lack of investment from whoever owns it means they were overstretched at times fixing minor issues and helping guests. the rooms were spacious annd clean, and perfect for the stay though some minor issues it as a pleasant stay. The location is great for both beaches and the boats to Railay beach, plenty of options to go to eat and 2x 7-elevens walking distance away The place is falsely advertised, the hotel with all ameneties is actually the Apple by me and the chapuchin is an annex across the road which felt like rooms for rent not part of the hotel, so when booking you expect the lift to be available not walking up 4 flights of stairs with your bgs because as mentioned below the staff are stretched. Also they are trying to update it so we arrived to painted walls still wet and were told after clothes were left stained. finally the capuchin part is dated, the towels were.old, the umbrellas rusty and air con units in need of an upgrade again all this is down to the owner not the staff who were great

Highly recommended eating in KoDam kitchen… amazing food and really cheap. Also book a private long tail to Hong islands instead of the over crowded and overpriced Phi Phi tour. And visit the Landmark Night market for some amazing food and a fire show. Facilities in another building. Breakfast overpriced.

• Rosdiana (3/5): Poor - Location was good. First of all...the website didnt mention about not having any elevator,sadly i get the top floor which is on the 4th. We chck in late about 10ish and was finding the reception which was at apple a day located at the back about 1min away. The shower head was leaking and tv was having some issue..went to the reception the first thing the next morning and staff was saying that we shd have reported it immediately so we explain that we chck in late and only realise it that morning..ask for a room transfer on the 2nd floor since we hav 5nights but they dont allow it unless the faulty cannot be fixed.The hotel engineer managed to get evrything fix .There isnt any netflix too.Ask for extra pillow and that cost 50baht.extra bed cost 600 baht per day ... Pool and gym are all located at apple a day.kids pool was great with friendly lifeguard..
• Mohamadali (7/5): Good - The rooms are nice, my child loved the pool and playing room. Located in a good area. One thing we didnt like was the fact that building where our room was didnt have a lift, to go up and down lots of times during the day with a child was not easy.

• Beachsurfer (6/5): Friendly and helpful staff but facilities could use some upgrades. - They had snacks and free bicycle rentals. WiFi didn’t have the greatest reception and sometimes didn’t connect. Some TV channels didn’t work.

• Rien (7/5): Good for a short stay specially if traveling with kids - Location is good but it is not as quiet as we thought. If you travel with kids of 5yo~6 or below, the facilities are very nice for them, although opening times (10-18h) of kids club & pool are not what we hoped for as ours is most active in the early morning and evening. The gym is small but good to run with airco. Improvements: 1) Breakfast is the worst we have had in Thailand and the restaurant needs more cleaning. 2) WiFi is also not good. If you are in the main building is better otherwise not.
