- Christopher (10/5): - I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel and it’s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find I would’ve done better if I had prepared for a year.

La alberca está calentita , el desayuno incluido es bueno, Lo único que veo inconveniente es que el hotel está muy lejos de todo, no hay cerca nada. Y los tours no recogen en esa ubicación.

- Andres (4/5): - Cabins not ok. We were 4 but the kids had to sleep in a couch that’s is not for a bed. Very uncomfortable beds. Place is not more then 3 star “hotel”. Breakfast needs way more improvement. We move cabins because the water heater wasn’t working properly so we had no hot water to shower. Definitely will look another option for same price we can find way better place. Gustavo at front desk was very nice tough.

- Kevin Axel (10/5): - Fui con mi esposa y mi hijo. Se sumo mi familia después. !Cuento con lujo de detalle porque la pasamos increíble y considero que merece su recomendación! En la recepción nos atendió Gabriel, super amable nos dejaron ingresar antes del horario "oficial" ya que llegamos muy temprano. Llegamos y la habitación todo muy limpio, tiene jacuzzi, jabones y todo para darte un baño relajado (sin adicionales) Después tiene un minibar que es de cargo a la habitación pero se me hace super bien porqué si bien los costos no son de supermercado, tampoco están exagerados, el vino una delicia 😋. Rentamos auto y todo queda a 10 minutos y 20 minutos esta lleno de playas, Frente al hotel hay kayak y bicis para rentar, aunque hay otros más económicos eso es de ley pues están sobre la ruta La cabaña que rentaron el resto de la familia todo super bien, no fue tan Lujo pues es cabaña. Para cerrar, el hotel tiene spa, no lo probamos Tiene alberca Tiene jacuzzi !Tiene un cine propio! Tiene una sala de juntas que use !Un especial para el personal de comida, la verdad que una delicia el desayuno fue espectacular todos los días! Área de mejora únicamente ( WiFi ) no considero que sea tan pesado como para demeritar todo lo que tiene el hotel, la pasamos increíble

Dentro do quarto, copo para beber água quebrado, fronha de travesseiro menor que o travesseiro, cama com um buraco no meio do colchão (aqueles colchões de casal dividido ao meio, porém mal encaixado, vc afunda no meio). Péssima experiência. Só tem uma vista bonita e nada mais.

Nós ficamos nas Cabanas, sao otimas, roupa de cama boas e bem organizada. Excelente para ficar em família, bem completa com utensílios. A entrada da parte das cabanas é separado do predio do hotel, não tem portoes e tem acesso direto a rodovia, achei que poderia ter portoes, ia ser mais seguro. O Cafe da manha é bom, gostoso, mas tem poucas opcoes de frutas e o atendimento é um pouco perdido. O café é terrível, extremamente amargo, com um gosto ruim e servido frio, para um hotel botique acho que deveriam oferecer um café de mais qualidade, um café especial.

- André (6/5): - Os funcionários são espetáculares, prestativos, educados, sorridentes,extremamente educados. Esse sem dúvidas é o ponto alto do hotel. As instalações deixam a desejar, Box quebrado, banheira com remendo, abajur quebrado. Ficamos sem água no quarto, depois acabou a água quente, percebemos que falta manutenções no hotel.

- Marcelo (8/5): - The Hotel was good, we had some issues but it was solved, the Internet connection was really bad so is not suitable for take a meeting if it is needed. Rooms were clean, the staff super friendly and helpfull.
- Eduardo Alberto (6/5): - Lamentable experiencia en la Cena de Fin de Año contratada, se abonó U$S 192 por persona, donde unos de los platos principales se sirvió en un plato de pan (carne vacuna de pésima calidad), el otro plato principal de opción era cerdo con excesiva cocción que lo hacía no ingerible. Recomendación, no contratar por Expedía, no respetan el pago en destino hay que depositar al momento de reservar. Unfortunate experience at the contracted New Year's Eve Dinner, U$ 192 per person was paid, where one of the main dishes was served on a plate of bread (bad quality beef), the other main course of option was pork with excessive cooking that made it inedible. Recommendation, do not hire by Expedía, they do not respect the payment at destination, you have to deposit at the time of booking.

- Enrique (10/5): PERFEITO!!!!!! - PERFEITO!!!!! Viajamos em lua de mel, e ficamos sem palavras com a qualidade do quarto e do hotel, além de todos os funcionários serem muito educados e solícitos. O quarto é IMENSO, a banheira gigante, vários aquecedores, uma vista surreal de linda. Roupões e pantufas disponíveis no armário. Limpeza excepcional. Valeu cada centavo!!! Fica afastado do centro, mas não tivemos problema algum pra conseguir transporte. Recomendamos!!!

- Jules (10/5): Hidden gem in my opinion. - Great hotel, staff are friendly, willing to assist and a resouce of information. The room was clean, large and confortable. It isnhspwing a bit its age but nothing to render it less than excellent. The gem is the pool and small gym that overlooks the partialy obstructed view of the lake. The restaurant well breakfast was fresh every morning with a full selection of fruitz, hot eggs, sausage and pastries. Dinner selections are extensive for such a small area.

- andrew (10/5): Magic! - A great little hotel in a great location for local activities. It is very comfortable, with excellent clean spa facilities and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant served good quality meals and in general it is an excellent hotel. My only criticism would be the very poor wifi I experienced. I would certainly stay here again. I Loved it!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Stating th as t rooms are with lake view is very misleading. Most rooms have barely any lake view since most of it is covered by trees. We got a lake view room and it had a tiny window through which there was very litlle lake to be seen. 90% of the view was s only trees with about 10% view of lake. To be generous, i would call it "partial lake view" at the most.
- Shama (10/5): Wonderful views and wonderful staff - The stay at Bosque del Nahuel was amazing. Paula and her team provided extremely professional and personal assistance throughout. The view from our room of the lake was truly breathtaking. The dinner we had at the hotel restaurant has been our favourite meal so far. Would highly recommend.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Breakfast is poor, but definitely a nice hotel. - I had a good time in this hotel. It's located close to the lake and it's surrounded by a little forrest. From there it's just a 30 mins drive to the ski-resort. It has a hot-tub and my room had a jacuzzi, what I liked a lot. The gym is really small btw. However: I had a good time.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 8/10 points. - I stayed at this hotel during my ski vacation. It was low season and the hotel was not really crowed these days. The local area is nice. It's far away from the city. What I really loved is that there was no traffic jams in direction of the ski resort, while there was much more traffic from the other direction of Bariloche. It took me 25-30 mins to get to the ski resort. The hotel is nice. The staff is cool. I loved their hot tub, which is really, really hot. The breakfast was poor, but that's probably everywhere like that in this region... Also the gym is not really a gym, but their spa area is nice. After all 10/10 points. There's nothing I could complain about.

Hotel restaurant was shut the night I spent there but there was an excellent alternative restaurant within 5 minutes walk up the road. Really nothing else in the area but if all you want is a comfortable place to spend one night, and you have a car (essential), this will do fine.
- CHERYL (8/5): Bariloche hotel - Hotel is nice . Nice pool. Location at km 18.5 from bariloche. It is a longer drive to 7 lakes and st Martin as it is on far side of bariloche. But it is tucked away in trees and modern.
- Julia C. (8/5): Typical Design Hotel with great staff - The hotel is a typical design hotel, very new. The highlight was the receptionist who explained everything very nicely to me and was very helpful. Comfy room, the bathtub was also a whirlpool. As I only was there for one night, I didn't use the spa area, but it looked very nice. Free breakfast was also a nice treat. The restaurant on the top floor looked pretty, however their menu is lacking small plates.
