• Joanne (10/5): Excellent - The views from our room were beautiful and we had a comfortable big bed. The staff are very kind and helpful and even did some laundry for us for a good price. The location is excellent for seeing the sights. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. The best of our five week trip. The bathroom is looking a bit worn but it’s functional and very clean and the water pressure and hearting is excellent.

Breakup is one of the best we’ve had on a hotel in the whole of South America so far and the common area with the fireplace and the views to the lake, the perfect place to unwind! We loved it all and for sure would come back.

Rooms are a bit outdated and could do with a modern renovation. We missed a chair in the room, however the communal area was so lovely, that we spent time sitting there.

Spacious bedroom with fantastic view and very comfortable bed. Made to order breakfast each morning was delicious and generous and it was such a nice treat to return in the afternoons to fruit, sweets, and warm drinks in the main entrance area. The staff are warm and friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, including packing breakfast the morning we left for our early flight. We loved the warm and cozy indoor areas to enjoy the views when it is cold/wet outside and as well as the lovely outdoor deck to enjoy relaxing with the unforgettable scenery. Such a wonderful place to stay while exploring Bariloche!

• petecY474UL (10/5): An idyllic hotel on the San Pedro Peninsula - We loved this family run boutique hotel located on the banks of Lake Nahuel Huapi, approximately 20km from San Carlos de Bariloche. Our Superior Room overlooking the lake and across to Cerro Campanario was excellent, courtesy bar was a nice touch and meals in the restaurant were superb. We particularly enjoyed having sundowners on the private lakeside beach. Although we had a hire car, we went spent most of our 3 days in the area around the hotel based on local recommendations from Pablo and his amazing team. We cycled the Circuito Chico, visited the Cerro Campanario lookout, walked the lake shoreline, spent the afternoon at the Tom Wesley microbrewery and had dinner at two of the best restaurants we experienced in all of Argentina (Solis & Lumbre). We will definitely return on our next visit to Bariloche.
• Aloisa (10/5): Perfect place to stay when you visit Bariloche! - We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It is located between the city center and the lake circuit and has amazing lake view from the rooms. This location is perfect as we did not end up spending any time in the city center. Besides that, the staff was super kind and helpful in planning our stay in Bariloche. The breakfast is also great - many options and great portions. They also offer dinner but we did not end up having dinner there. Highly recommend! Nothing major - only the bathrooms were a bit less nice than what we expected from the photos

• Mrs Hannah Gregor (9/5): lovely quiet hotel - Lovely quiet hotel close to the water, staff were super friendly and the food was very good. The breakfast was excellent as we were offered a la carte rather than the usual cold buffet. We also received a welcome smoothie and cake on arrival which was a nice touch. You can also make yourself tea and coffee through the day with snacks served in the afternoon. I felt these extra touches were very nice. It's pretty basic in terms of the rooms but they are comfortable. I felt it was good value given the cost of most of the accommodation in the area.
• Christian (8/5): Hideaway mit pro und cons - Das Hotel liegt prima als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Wg zum See ist einfach. Die Anfahrt mit Auto problemlos. Sehr schöne Aussicht, auch aus dem Sitzbereich der Rezeption. An kalten Tagen brennt ein offener Kamin, Klasse Atmosphäre. Bett gut, Bad weniger gut. Zum Frühstück: wirklich sehr gute Qualität, einzelne Gericht a la minute. PRIMA. In Summe: 4 Sterne mit Abstrichen Die Zimmer 01 .. 03 sind sehr hellhörig, die Nebengeräusche stören sehr das positive Bild. Die Nachbarn waren nicht laut, es ist einfach eine schlechte Bauweise. Das Bad lässt zu Wünschen übrig, Fugen, Schimmel etc… In dieser Preisklasse enttäuscht die Ausstattung. Preis war 180€ !

Ficamos no quarto superior: confortável, com bom espaço, aconchegante e com uma vista linda. Foi fantástico acordar todos os dias apreciando o nascer do sol. O café da manhã é o ponto alto do hotel. O café era servido na mesa e com ótimas opções do menu. O especial do dia era sempre uma ótima surpresa. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram muito cuidadosos em tudo, além de serem sempre muito simpáticos. Nos sentimos em casa. Esperamos voltar um dia.

• 869roxanap (10/5): Great cozy and familiar hotel! - You feel like you are at home here. All the staff is super friendly and highly personal. There are just 11 rooms, each with a lovely view. Breakfast is amazing, very complete and tasteful! It's our favorite part of the day! The views are also great, the lake and mountains, and a small pebble beach where you can relax, swim or kayak. The location is in a quiet spot, away from the busy roads, very peaceful! At night they offer dinner as well, so when you come back tired after a full day trekking you just don't need to leave again! It is our third time in the hotel and I am sure we will be back!

• Andrea (10/5): Lugar perfeito - e com vista - para descansar em Bariloche - O hotel é perfeito: longe do agito do centro, com uma vista linda, bem pequeno e muito, muito bem atendido desde o momento da reserva até o check out. O café da manhã é servido à mesa, com produtos frescos, produzidos no próprio hotel. Além disso, tem praia privada e estacionamento. É perfeito para descansar e curtir Bariloche tanto no verão como no inverno. O quarto tinha vista do lago e das montanhas, como eu imaginava e tudo muito, muito limpo e de qualidade. Quero destacar o atendimento de toda a equipe, que é o grande diferencial para os demais hotéis e me faz querer voltar logo. Não há nada o que apontar. O local é perfeito.

• 575megn (10/5): Heaven with views - Even before we arrived communications were excellent, including their accommodation of our delayed very late arrival. When we woke up in the morning the first thing we saw was the amazing lake and Mountain View from the bedside picture window in each room. Greeted by amazing. Flavorful and fresh food which all family members from age 8 to 70 enjoyed daily. Staff incredible and helpful. Watercraft and beaches here and nearby. Assisted us with any request or question. Clean, comfortable, lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Afternoon snacks! On site restaurant and close to grocery store and eateries. Avoided the hustle and bustle of town. Loved every minute!

Las habitaciones no tienen aire, tienen alfombras muy viejas y en malo estado. El baño es muy muy antiguo al igual que los colchones.

• Maps34798981082 (10/5): Six days in San Carlos Bariloche - this is the place to stay! - We loved our stay at the Peninsula Petit Hotel. The location is perfect to explore the outdoors, close to excellent restaurants La Masia, Anima and El Mallin and a beautiful view on the lake. The staff are amazing, the breakfast and dinners were awesome but the customer service support from Dai, Lilen, Cande to help coordinate dinner reservations, cycling, etc and recommendations on timing and what to do hiking at Cerritos Tronador made for the perfect holiday and some of the best communications & support we have experienced in our 25 years of travelling around the world.

It a very nice small relabel hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is the dinner menu. But we Shirley will recommend the hotel to friends.

It very much exceeded our expectations! Although our room and bathroom were basic and perhaps in need of a bit of refurbishment, our overall experience here was delightful. From the views, to the super friendly staff, to the cosy communal living room and tea corner with snacks, to the delicious dinner and breakfast, everything was just great.

The staff, especially Diana, was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Every day we enjoyed an amazing breakfast and packed lunch on the trail. If I return, I'll stay at the exact same place!

• frenchadventure (10/5): Good food, wine and staff - Lovely staff. Our room number 4 had a spa bath and was a lovely big room. You can walk to the local panaderia where the empanadas are wonderful and also a supermarket within walking distance. Best things were the private beach with ducklings and a glass of wine on the terrace. Food was good too. A wonderful stay.

He gave us a ride to our first hike and stopped along the way to help us buy a SUBE card. The hotel is very quiet and well maintained. It is a way seattle out of town so either a long cab ride or a transferon the bus in town. We took the bus out to eat and into town and it is easy to navigate.

• Linda (10/5): - Super amazing and the best ever! Receptionist was the sister of the owner - and she was over the top helpful and hospitable! She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! Location, room, and breakfast were just as over the top incredible - beautiful lake views and access to water (free kayak!), clean room with small fridge and all necessary items, home made breakfast with multiple savory and sweet choices! Free parking, great wifi, and restaurant on premises. You will not want to leave!
