The unit had been rented, but they must have left early. Beds weren't made, floors were dirty. There is the bare minimum in the kitchen. But it is a nice place to have with kids. The pool area wasn't really kept clean but i understand its hard to keep up on.

We stayed in a cottage and absolutely adored it! It was very clean and well kept with all the amenities we could need. I was pleasantly surprised by all the up to date appliances, and loved the amount of space. Our family can't wait to visit again!

Also, the Internet for the cabin had config issue but was able to connect with a neighboring router. Staff was wonderful and appeared to be responsive in wanting to correct an problems.

• Brent (4/5): - Our cabin was quite close to the highway, such that road noise significantly disturbed our sleep. Rain was also rather load on the roof, though this was not nearly as bothersome as the highway traffic. The cabins are rather closely packed together, in a manner that does not exactly make for a picturesque scene. The interior of the cabin was itself fine (clean and reasonably comfortable), but small and nothing special. We had no internet/wifi available at our cabin, and poor cell reception. We will not be returning.

• Cody (8/5): - We had a nice two night stay in a deluxe cabin. It was great having air conditioning on the hotter day we were there. The shower head was horrible, and the bed was equally as bad, but overall the visit was good. It was great having a safe area to ride bikes / walk around, go in the pool (which could use a cleaning for all the bugs in it), and playing on the playground was a nice way to end the day. Definitely family friendly and at a more affordable price than other places in the area. We'd go back but would bring a mattress topper.

We spent two nights there, but we were really uncomfortable because it’s hard to even take a shower in the tiny homes, so if you are on the bigger side, it is really uncomfortable and it was just two adults staying the night.

They were able to accommodate a last minute change due to my husband having a broken arm and not staying in a tiny house due to not being able to climb a ladder to the loft. Great recommendations and wonderful cabin that we ended up with! Would stay here for much longer if we could! These types of properties are hard to find in this good of shape!

• Stephen (10/5): - Conveniently located near Mt. Hood. A quite large RV park with a few tiny home/cabins in the mix. The Deluxe Cabin is cozy but workable for 4. Overall, what you'd want from a full service RV park. You're not camping out in the wilderness, but you've got a store and cafe on site. And stuff more or less works. Plus easy access to the attractions nearby. In the winter, you're less likely to get stuck in the snow here, since it's low elevation. Overall atmosphere is quite chill.

It had a stovetop with plenty of cooking and serving dishes and a set of silverware for 3 people. We were able to base our mountain adventure here so well! It was easy to find good food in the area and most of the ski resorts are within a half hour drive. The facility is behind a gate and we felt very safe. We are definitely looking to stay here again during our next mountain getaway.

• Gary (8/5): - Staying in a tiny house was fun for the family and it was comfortable, but I do have a couple of issues. For one thing there was no place to setup my CPAP machine in the main bedroom. I had to create a shelf for it with some soda cases and it barely fit. Also no place in the bedroom to plug it in, so had to run the cord from the kitchen. Also the kitchen light didn’t work. Mainly though, the toilet in the house smelled very bad.

I think "full kitchen" was an exaggeration because there was not a microwave or oven but we still had a blast and would definitely come stay again!

• Shawn (2/5): Black Mold & Crap Management - Room does NOT come with a microwave despite what the listing on this website says. On site-staff was amazing, friendly, accommodating, but only a few hours after check in we discovered a black mold on every window. Seal on toilet was also broken, it smelled like rotting corpse. After hours phone line was dead. For our health and safety, we packed up and left only 4 hours after checking in. Reached out to property management later, Jerry Stotler, first he said what we "visualized" was, "somewhat harmless" .... very comforting. And then in the very next sentence said, "perception of moisture related discoloration." We have tons of photos and videos, it was MOLD. Not discoloration. When I asked him to clarify what "somewhat harmless" meant, he has failed to yet give me a response. I also know what a well-system Sulphur-like scent smells like, and the bathroom/toilet was NOT that. We were told we could have a refund, still waiting to see the proof of that. Piss poor management has killed this place for us, caring more about trying to save their butts then fessing up to what they did wrong, apologizing and learning from and fixing it. You think with all their on-site amenities they could afford keeping their rooms mold free and beds that don't feel like they're older than I am.
• Tiffany (8/5): - Perfect little get-away. We stayed in Zoe and were told there was a microwave, but just a stove top so bring things you can warm up on the stove! The water never got hot and I took a cold shower before I realized there were public bathrooms and showers right next to the Tiny House Village. Overall it was amazing! The cold water and hot soup on the stove top added to the winter wonderland!

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with coffee pot and toaster. The bathroom is extremely small, you can turn around but if your tall difficult to sit on toilet comfortably.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Cozy - Just be Prepared - We stayed in the tiny home "Zoe" for a couple days for our a mountain fall get-a-way. The cabin was charming, though strangely laid out. It's true that this little place had to fit a lot in it's square footage, but there were some challenges. The first floor bed area was like squeezing through a birth canal to get into - great for small kids as long as you don't have to convince them to come out! Lol. Also, the stove top is induction, so make sure any pots and pans you might bring yourself will work on an induction burner, as there is NO other source of cooking heat except the coffee pot! If you use the shower in the cabin, get right in, turn off the water to lather, and get right out. There is enough "warm" water for one shower at a time, and no "hot" water. There is a community campground shower next door. The competing heating instructions in the cabin need to be updated - which unit, and what method. This place is a great jump off point for so many excursions in the area. It is, however, part of a much larger Thousand Trails property and right off of the highway, so you can hear trucks and traffic clearly. The staff were helpful and friendly, although we were awkwardly present for a few situations during our brief stay that probably not meant for guest awareness. Hard to contain when the reservation counter is also the store and vendor transaction area. Overall our stay was charming and manageable, and yours will be, too if you know what to expect.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - I'll start off by saying we've been staying here a couple times a year for the past ten years. I do really like it here. In January we stayed at a small cabin, they have not been kept up, the new heater goes off at night. Some bedroom doors won't shut, last year I was locked in twice for about ten minutes, One cabin had a gap in the wall about an inch thick. We take a white noise machine or fan to cover the noise from the road which is bad. The WIFI has been down- since the fire they said which was in Sept and no one told me either time. The main area has WIFI so this makes no sense. The weren't very nice when I called about it. The deluxe cabins only have a kitchenette with a microwave, not a full kitchen. The water in the sink smells of sulfur really bad, if you fill the coffee put and set it on the counter it's fine for coffee but I wouldn't drink it. The beds in the deluxe cabins are nice and the TV is great. The pool are was closed. We were allowed in the rec room by appointment only, which didn't stop other people from coming in. There was no sanitizing of that rec room that I could see and no hand sanitizer was out. It was nice to have a bathroom in the bigger cabin. The shared restrooms on our last visit were cleaned on Thursday and not again before we left on Sunday. I'd think that they'd have to have Covid policies but there didn't seem to be any.
• Gaynor (10/5): A Perfect Cozy Mountain Stay - I spent 3 days in one of the Tiny Homes while skiing at Mount Hood. The location was perfect as it’s only 15-20 mins up the mountain to the ski resorts. The Tiny home really is Tiny, I would say smaller than an RV but it had everything I needed. Just bear this is mind if you have any big guys in your group - they won’t have much space to turn around in the shower! There is a two burner cook top, fridge & sink & every type of coming utensil your could need so I was able to cook whatever meals I needed. I stayed in the ‘Atticus’ Tiny Home which was really clean & has cute decor. There is a TV with a small table, 2 stools & 1 comfy chair. If there had been more than one person we would have been fighting over the comfy chair! Outside there is a picnic table & BBQ which I would have used if the weather was warmer. This would be cozy for a couple who don’t need their own space & even though there is a second bed for another person or kid I cannot imagine 3 people being able to exist in that Tiny Home! There are 5 tiny homes & Atticus is one of the smaller ones, there were a couple that seemed bigger that would be good for 2 adults & 2 kids, so check the size before you book. The resort has a lot to offer usually but due to Covid times everything was closed except for the little store which is well stocked with necessities & you can rent DVDs. Usually there is a pool, playground, lodge with a pool table, ping pong & foozeball. I would definitely visit again, great value.

Hood - great day trip to the mountain and then warm up back at the cabin! Overall, it was lovely weekend getaway and the perfect getaway!
• Herbert (8/5): Scarlett House - We stayed in the tiny house Scarlett. It was a very cute house although the layout was a bit different compared to other tiny houses we stayed in. It did show some signs of wear but over all very nice.

• laura (10/5): - Stayed in deluxe cabin- had private bath, kitchenette, and linens. Super cute and WIFI enabled me to work part of the day. FYI- no stove top and like others said water is a little sulfury- so bring bottled water to drink. Water was not so bad that shower was impacted though. Wood nearby are terrific for running and hiking.

• Michelle (8/5): Definitely tiny house - We enjoyed our stay. The front desk employees were all very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well maintained. We stayed in a tiny house, Zoe. It's very cute and well made. We weren't prepared for just how tiny it was though. There's no where to sit and watch tv except at the table but it's not very comfortable sitting on stools for more than a few minutes. Also the only door is on the bathroom so if you need privacy to change clothing thats your only option but it's a tight squeeze. We were happily surprised that there is wifi in the tiny houses unlike what was stated in the description. Overall we had a nice stay.

The kitchenette had a microwave, coffee pot and some little dishes-coffee cups too. Bring filtered water and coffee. The water was very mineral and understandably so-we are on the side of a volcano.

Info on early cancellation was unclear as well.

• Brandi (10/5): Perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts - My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at the RV Resort. We stayed in one of the tiny homes. Perfect location for all of the activities we went up to enjoy. I highly recommend the resort. Great amenities as well.

The only thing that I really disliked a lot is that the running water smelled like rotten eggs. I was told that it was because it at comes from a water well, but non the less it was awful to have to brush my teeth and take showers with water that smells like rotten eggs and I am not exaggerating. Probably the only time I did not want to take a shower. The smell was not good. Sorry Mount Village

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Cute, little one room cabin with private bath room. Lots of amenities on site. Only complaint was the shower, small shower and hot water tank is way too small.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Beautiful outside setting - The cabin we stayed in was roomy enough but had outdated televisions/movies and the hot tub was dirty upon arrival.
• Julie (6/5): Ooh, that smell! - All was good until I went to wash my face, and was struck by the smell of rotten eggs coming out of the faucet. Cold water was fine, hot was smelly. When we told the front desk, they were not surprised, and told us strategies for making it smell less! (Which didn’t work) Why not fix the problem? No shower, no future stay.
• Margaret (10/5): cozy cabin in the woods - Enjoyed our cute cabin, comfortable wonderful hot tub, great bed close to our family, ease of registration.
• Tim (10/5): We'll come back - We loved our stay here. The room was smaller than what we expected, but it was a great place to come home to after being out all day every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
• David (2/5): - Check in staff sort, grumpy and unfriendly. At first we thought it was just a bad day. However every time we were in store same experience as well as observed it to other guest. Property in dier need in repairs and upgrading. We are early risers and wanted to get on road by 7, but unable to and delayed until store opened so we could return cabin key. Need a drop box at the very least. Will not return or recommend to anhone
