- Leslie (3/5): Would possibly bring our camper to stay again, but never in the cabins - The location is nice. The campground was very nice for campers. It appeared that there were nice amenities for families. The tv didn’t work. The bed was small and uncomfortable. Had to put towels over the window of the door due to large broken holes in the blind. It was cold with air whipping through several areas of the walls. Had to go get firewood and build a fire in the wood stove in order to stay warm. The heater in the bedroom was broken. The water heater was so small that 2 people couldn’t shower right after one another. Large spider webs everywhere.

- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiffany (10/5): Ready for next year! - Our stay every year is always fabulous! From the customer service to the activities. If i could get my husband to sell it all and move here believe me we would have left yesterday!
- Judy (6/5): We enjoyed our stay over all. But only because it was a long weekend trip. No access to the tv was unacceptable as it wa - Location, lake, pool, game room AC not big enough to cool cabin.
Gate person rude and slow
Tv did not give us an access as promised.
- Denver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Wendy (10/5): Wonderful - Amenities Needs more linens for bunk beds etc
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (8/5): Comfortable so far - The washer and dryers could be upgraded and or repaired.
- Starks (8/5): Very good -

- Harmon (10/5): Great Experiemce - I absolutely loved everything about it. We had cabin 9 and loved it and so much to do. I only wish they had outdoor grills at the cabins. Loved the firepit buy didnt get to use it. I will definitely go here every year more than once. I loved it. The food was great in the restaurant too.
- Aaron (8/5): great for what we paid - quiet, easy check in, old school feel. bed could be better
- kendra (8/5): - The bed was comfortable and the space was good. It could use some updating though. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. We would definitely stay again we would just need to keep in mind that we need to bring cleaning supplies. Like it wasn’t filthy or anything but we cooked out so we could’ve used a larger dish detergent and some sponges.
- Sally (2/5): We were cold and couldn't shower unless we used cold water .I'm 73 and handicapped. - Being on the water and having a ramp to door . Heater didn't work and nights were 35-40 degrees.
Not enough hot water for even 1 shower. No handicap safety bars in the shower .
- Christian (6/5): good - loved the grounds there should be specific instructions, that you have to pay before a certain time. I didn’t plan on checking in until 6 PM but a friend told me who already checked in that you have to pay by a certain time. It should be more specific on the website. I was disappointed that nobody called me to let me know. They said I had a balance which I figured I would pay when I got there at 6 PM. I was stressed out, thinking I could not check in, but I did call and the person that answered did take my payment. But there should be some kind of notifications somewhere that you have to do that before hand. If my friend didn’t call, just let me know I would’ve showed up there at 6 PM thinking I could pay and would have to wait a whole day before I could check out otherwise the rounds were awesome.
- Amanda (10/5): - The cabins were nice with a beautiful view. They have a full kitchen and bathroom, which was unexpected. The cabin was clean but in need of some repair but overall it was satisfactory.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice campground with cabins - This is a nice campground and is close to the Childress winery! We would like to go back when the pool is open. The game room has a pool table. The cabin was nice and we stayed as a couple. We brought our own linens. We couldn't have a fire but enjoyed sitting on the deck of the cabin at night listening to the frogs in the small lake. It had a full kitchen but we didn't need to use it. We will be back in the summer.
- Rinald Covington (10/5): Childhood Memories! - It was just like I had remembered as a kid. Fun, fun, fun, and relaxing!!! I was able to take my kids to experience something that they would remember. Only this time I was able to get a cabin on the lake. Which in fact, was very peaceful. This is a great get away from home for the price. Way better that getting a hotel room.
