Guest Reviews
- gina (2/5): No Water - There was no water , no offer of bottle water or jugs, could flush toilet, and they didn't seem to care.
- Rebecca (8/5): - The campground is pretty outdated, but the beach is great for kids that love to go rock flipping and exploring at low tide. Stayed in a pet friendly cabin. As long as you aren't allergic to dust (I am) and you don't look under furniture (I warned you LOL). It's decent especially with the beach so close by. We completely lost water our last day, but the awesome staff was able to fix it within a couple hours. I have been coming here since I was a kid myself in the 90's. Still one of my favorite campgrounds.
- christiane (8/5): - Très rustique
Matelas pas confortables
Mais sympathique
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Teri (10/5): - Was a bit of a rough start getting checked in. We had an employee who was a bit rushed and obviously needed more help. But other then that the trip was wonderful! The cabin was more then we could have asked for and the amenities were amazing. Easy walk to the water and ample parking!
- Alex (8/5): Very good - Very comfy and secluded in a nice setting on the water. Laundry and hot tub were dysfunctional and I should have been informed of this prior.
- Jenny (9/5): Superb -
- Olivier (4/5): Somewhat disappointing wrt advertisement - Images and descriptions did not match the cabin; there was no sea view, no wood stove, and no WiFi in the cabin. Also hot tub not available. Cabin and furniture were old, worn out and only medium clean.
- TOLGA (6/5): - Great area. I had fun. Though for the price paid I was expecting a bit better cleanliness and cabin condition. Friendly staff.
- Tony (4/5): - Rented a cabin. Shower and toilet did not work. Did not have the amenities advertised. I would have saved money and just rented a tent site if i knew the conditions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great getaway in the PNW - I would stay there again. Stayed in cabin and all was great but the sofa-bed. Would recommend bringing own air mattress. Location was awesome, service was stellar. Just a great place
- Anonymous (9/5): Wondful - Quite The outside lights cause we slept in the living room
- thuy trang (10/5): - Has everything you need for a great getaway.
- Norma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gerald (7/5): Good - It was quiet, clean and comfortable. There were no check-out instructions. If there were, I couldn't find them.
- Holvik (2/5): Very disappointing. Shower did not work. Mattress is old and out of shape. We were overcharged. - Location is decent. Close to the village. On the water. I was quoted $375.41 USD. Our credit card was charged $443.37 USD. Reached out to both La Conner RV facility and Booking.com who facilitated the transaction. Neither company has replied to explain the discrepancy. Unacceptable.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb - Very nice cabin, quiet and clean. It was difficult to get specific information about this location. Everything online was general company wide. I couldn't even find contact info for the location to ask questions. Once there, the staff were very helpful.
- Anonymous (8/5): It was overall a solid experience! It felt safe and was a great alternative to tent camping since we have a newborn and - The location was right by the beach, tons of blackberry bushes that were ripe, the playground was old and needed an upgrade but my kids didn’t care. . . it was lovely. The toilet was in bad shape and wiggled wildly when you sat on it. The coffee table also wiggled, my husband got his tools out and tried to fix it so it’d be stable enough to use as a changing table.
- Beverly (8/5): Very good - Peaceful missed the fireplace but electric heaters work showers were warm. Liked the full kitchen. Bedspread was dirty looking like someone had sex on it. Bed was hard as a rock.
- Susan (6/5): - Beautiful location by the ocean. Blankets missing and gentleman at desk not very friendly. Very basic for the price.
- Susan (10/5): - Love the campground
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We were very pleased with our stay at our cabin. It was clean and the area was so beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied and the staff were eager to make sure that we wanted for nothing. We highly recommend renting a cabin at this resort!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beautiful Location. Great for families. Cabins well stocked with necessities.
- gina (10/5): - Excellent
- gina (10/5): Great Place - Excellent, love this place
- Mike (8/5): - The cabin was clean and comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed with was all the amenities were closed.. mini golf, playgrounds, courts, hot tubs..all closed. We took our family here to be able to use these and nothing was mentioned on the website about everything being closed. That was a little disappointing.
- Brian (10/5): 2021 tulip festival - family had a great time visiting la cinner h the tulip festival
- Christine (8/5): - Nice cabins on the beach, however there is a parking lot between the cabin and beach. Be sure to bring your own sheets, blankets, and pillows for the bunk beds and/or sofa beds in the cabins because they are not provided. The beds are also uncomfortable. We would love to come back after the pandemic because all amenities were closed, including mini golf, playground, and sports courts. It seems like it would be a nice place if everything was open and the weather was better. Instead, we visited some nice nearby parks including Edgewater Park, Hillcrest Park, and Cap Sante Viewpoint with beautiful sunset views. We also enjoyed the wood burning stove in the cabin since it was too rainy out to use the firepit.
- Holly (8/5): Good weekend getaway - great location and ver cute rustic cabin. Private small garden with a picnic table. nice and sunny in the morning and cool in the afternoon. The place can take another good cleaning since it was dusty. Also some upgrades to the bathroom tub and heating is needed. The little stove also has seen better days
- Tessa (8/5): - The staff was extremely friendly and the location is great. The cabin was pretty expensive for how small it is. I can't imagine having more than 2 people stay there. Not a lot of room for parking outside. Firepit outside was really nice. They made our pets feel welcome, but if you stay in a pet friendly cabin be aware there will probably be stains all over the carpet. It wasn't the cleanest place I have stayed.
- Dave (10/5): - It was beautiful, senic, quiet and the grandkids loved exploring.
- maureen (10/5): - The cabin was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some more.
- Frank (10/5): Great Place! - We had a wonderful time! twenty yards from the beach, we were able to bring our small dog with us. Very quiet and peaceful. We're already planning a return trip.
- Krissy (6/5): LaConner Glamping - We stayed in one of the cedar log cabins, which was very nice. It felt like a very corporate campground, with "A Thousand Driveways" as the accurate name, vs "A Thousand Trails". It felt like a maximum number of RVs were shoved in there. But it IS an RV park, and maybe this is normal for that kind of park. It was very unclear from the site how it worked - we learned that there were some free opportunities, like a "hay ride" (flatbed trailer stacked with bales pulled by a very diesely earthmover of some kind) and a free movie, that there is an "adult lounge" where I don't know what went on, but the kids (4 and 8) had a great time running around with other kids on the rocky beaches and playing on the playgrounds. I'm pretty sure it was an expensive way to stay - really didn't check out rates in LaConner - but this was an interesting experience. Not sure I'd do it again. I like a more rustic surrounding - usually a tent camper - tho they did a good job of keeping lots of big trees. Still, it was REALLY crowded! LaConner is charming and busy itself, but we enjoyed Nasty Jack's photo studio, the train up towards Acme, the hay ride, an ice cream cone downtown, and Christianson's Nursery with its animals.
- Laura (6/5): Great location/scenery but cabin not so much - The cabin was very small, outdated and the carpets were very dirty and stained. The bed was not a queen as advertised, it was a double bed and it was very uncomfortable. There also was a stain on the sheet. The couch was small and also uncomfortable. The dishes were above the stove that made it impossible to reach for a short person. It was nearly impossible to find an available electrical outlet to plug something in. There is no cell phone or wifi service unless you go to the family center.
