Guest Reviews

- Phil (8/5): Very clean cabin and friendly folks - I stayed at cottage 14, not 28 Clearer notification that no bed sheets and towels are included
- Cherilyn (10/5): Short and sweet weekend 😊 - Everyone was so sweet and helpful! They have a great variety of activities and it was a great property. Letting patrons know up front what they need to bring. We didn’t know we had to bring our own bedding, towels, pillows, hair dryer, etc.
- Tatjana (9/5): Superb -
- Curt (10/5): - Family friendly in the traditional sense. Thank you!!! Wonderful time.
- Nancy (10/5): - Nice cabin cottage. Cold air conditioner, firm mattress.
- Andrew (2/5): - Paid a premium price for sub-par commodities. Only supplied the mattress and toilet paper. Had to bring bedding and towels. Nothing was free, not even internet plus they threaten outrageous fees for any discrepancy. Again if I'm paying that much, then i shouldnt have to supply my own materials or clean an outdated shed sized cabin.
- Maryjane (1/5): Just don't - The lot was spacious. They provide the fire ring. The cabin was handicap accessible. Our cottage and site were filthy. The office has limited hours, and management will not return multiple calls. The set up of the cottage was awkward, and made it hard for us to manage simple tasks without being in each other's way.
- Mary (9/5): Loved the campground and will stay there again. - It was our first time renting a cottage and we really loved it. The pool is great and my grand kids loved the jump pad and playground. The light bulb in the bedroom was out and a maintenance man followed up within an hour. There wasn't a toaster in the cottage and was given one right away. The TV remote was not synced up to the TV and had to change the channels the old fashion way.
When booking the cottage on booking.com it was listed as cottage 28 but at the campground it was cottage G5. That was a little confusing because the cottage was not located by the pond as pictured on the website.
- Sophie (10/5): sweet country caban - quiet place, wonderfull swimming pool with great slide you need to bring linen and pillow
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great family fun! - Great activities for all ages to participate!!
The cabin we originally booked did not end up being available. We would have preferred to be notified in advance instead of finding out upon arrival. However, without even asking, the staff did give us a complimentary upgrade and made things right. We enjoyed our cabin and had a great time. We wouldn't mind seeing some of the buildings getting a refresh. A new coat of paint could go a long way!
- Joel (8/5): Cozy cabin, great place...limited by foul weather - Jellystone was a great place to stay. Weather limited some of the fun things to do but that was not Jellystone's fault.
Plenty of fun opportunities for the whole family. Mini-Golf, big pool (slide limited hours) fishing, nature trail, jump pad, arcade, camp store, evening kids movie, The cabin was cozy but comfortable. Beds are understandably what one would expect in a dorm or hostel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great family weekend away! - The campground was wonderful and we would definitely return! It was a great family campground with a ton to do. The staff was accommodating and did a great job communicating what would and wouldn't be open during covid. We did think some of the Facilities could use a bit of upkeep. New paint, etc. The cottage we stayed in was great for a family of 4. Though it was surface cleaned just fine, a better job could have been done with cobwebs in the corner, Dirty window sills. Etc.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Family Outing - Great park, away form the city. We stayed in Cabin #120 a secluded little cabin away from the RV's very quite. I will request that cabin when we go back. Some of the amenities could use a little sprucing up but over all great place to stay.
- Sarah (8/5): Great camping fun! - Great campground-so many things to do, well kept!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was great very quite getaway. And very nice staff.
- olivier (8/5): - wifi payant
pas de drap ( preté ensuite par l acceuil ) ,ni serviette
- Felicia (10/5): Fun but bed was creaky - The only thing that could have made this trip the best was to have had the s
Ring bottomed mattress in the front room of the cottage a board bottomed mattress like the one in the back!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cabin Rental - Cabins are bare bones. hard mattress lying on plywood, no other furniture in room. No bath or toilet. Have quite a walk to a bath house, there were two porta potties located by the cabin.
- James (8/5): Proper expectations are key - The hard sided tent is an accurate depiction. It has one bed. I advise bringing a mattress for your comfort. Typical campground fare w/ good location. Outhouse use is a gamble. I recommend making the trip to the community shower toilets. Launching and slipping a big boat is challenging because the slips do not have cleats or posts and the lake is shallow. One issue was the rope holding our door latch broke, locking us out. We called maintenance before heading out on the lake to repair. We were gone most of the day. It was fixed when we returned. If you want more than A/C, a roof over your head, and a real floor, pay the extra for a comfort cabin if available. But we had a lot of fun and great weather for outdoor activities.
- Marypatricia (10/5): - Staff was good. There were a lot of organized things for the kids to do.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place, but they really need to do some upkeep - It is a nice campground, but the price for a cabin with nothing in it was a bit high. Would have hoped for a usable firepit, as the one we had was not able to be cooked on at all.
- Ruff'n it (4/5): Not impressed - The good news is that most everything I encountered, was clean and well maintained. Hat's off to the staff for their efforts. However, I spent 4 days in a cabin with no running water, more mosquitoes than I had ever seen in my life, various other insects attracted to my iPad screen, and had to get in my car and drive each time to the bathroom and shower. Honestly, this was not the fault of the staff, but it just lead to an unpleasant stay and I would not be going back, certainly not for the $95 per night I had to pay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Problem with check in, they gave us wrong cabin. Otherwise good, cabin was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed pool and slide.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Would have been nice to know sheets pillows and blankets were not provided. This is not the fault of the hotel since this info is on the website but since I booked on hotels.Com I didn't looI at their website.
