- SONIA (9/5): Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante. - La posizione dell'Hotel è ottimale, in zona tranquilla accanto alla pista sci che d'inverno diventa una super comodità. Si sente dalle camere lo scroscio del ruscello che accompagna piacevolmente il sonno. Abbiamo gradito molto l'accoglienza e la cortesia del Direttore Alex, disponibile e gentile che ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste. Colazione ottima e abbondante, di prima qualità. Avevamo una camera con balcone con vista sui boschi e pista sci. Zona Spa e piscina molto bella e ottima cura e pulizia degli ambienti. La piscina interna ha una vetrata dove puoi ammirare il paesaggio e i boschi. Molto rilassante! Mancavano le luci all'entrata dell'Hotel e la notte quando siamo tornati era tutto buio.
- Liliya (5/5): Disappointing service experience for a family wellness stay - Breakfast and dinner were good (Dinner especially). The Restaurant staff was friendly and very responsive. There is a range of different saunas in the wellness area. The hotel is located in a very quite area, we could sleep with opened windows. We booked this hotel as a birthday present for my husband and were looking forward to a relaxed 4-day family escape with our 3-year-old child. Unfortunately, our experience started in a very uncomfortable way already during check-in. The receptionist who welcomed us came across as unfriendly and not very empathetic. While she was explaining the hotel information, my husband asked a few questions, and the situation quickly became tense. Instead of responding calmly, she reacted in a rude manner and even said that she could refuse to accommodate us and that we could leave the hotel because he had “interrupted” her explanation. When she noticed that I speak Russian, she switched to Russian and complained to me about my husband’s behaviour, saying that interrupting her was inappropriate. This made the situation even more uncomfortable for us as guests, especially right at the beginning of a family holiday. Later, as the hotel presents itself as a wellness and spa hotel, I tried to book a massage. Unfortunately, this was also handled in a confusing and disappointing way. At first, I was told that one massage alone would not be possible and that two treatments would need to be booked, because the massage therapist would not come for only one appointment. After we found another hotel guest who was willing to book a second massage on the same day, we were then given a different explanation: the massage therapist apparently does not work on weekends at all. This was surprising, especially for a wellness hotel where many guests probably arrive for a weekend stay. In the end, it felt as if the service was advertised but not really available in a practical way. We understand that staff may have procedures and that certain services depend on availability. However, the communication could have been much more friendly, transparent and solution-oriented.

Il fatto che abbia dovuto pagare (e caro) dell'acqua del rubinetto, e il fatto che le docce nella stanza erano tutte e due semirotte. I doccini perdevano. Da una suite di un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato di meglio.

- Elena (4/5): Die Unterkunft hat leider nicht das erfüllt was sie versprochen hat, was zu einem unangenehmen Aufenthalt und somit nich - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist leider das einzige was uns super gefallen hat. Das etwas abgelegene Hotel hat eine wirklich schöne und idyllische Aussicht und bietet sich extrem gut zum Wandern an. Etliche Routen gehen direkt vom Hotel aus, sodass man nicht mal ins Auto sitzen muss. Wir waren leider ziemlich enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen auf Booking, Google und der eigenen Webseite hatten wir uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub gefreut. Jedoch hat das Hotel in keinster Weise den Anspruch eines 4 Sterne Hotels erfüllt… Am Anreisetag mussten wir nach einer Stunde sogar schon nach einem neuen Zimmer fragen, da die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen, die Wände rissig und der Teppich versifft waren. Leider war aber auch das zweite Zimmer nicht so wie wir es uns erhofft hatten (wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht). Hier waren noch alte Tabletten und eine Badehaube vom Vorgänger im Schrank, der Stuhl war komplett zerfetzt und der ganze Balkon war mit Vogelkot bedeckt, wegen eines Schwalbennestes. Wir wurden jeden Tag aufs Neue enttäuscht, sei es vom Buffet (das jeden Tag weniger Auswahl bekam), vom Abendessen (was nicht nur nach Kantinenessen aussah, sondern auch so geschmeckt hat, zudem lagen die ganzen 5 Tage tote Fliegen auf der Fensterbank) oder vom Spa-Bereich, der eine mangelnde Hygiene aufwies. Also für das Geld was wir gezahlt haben, wurde nicht eine der versprochenen Leistungen erfüllt. Zudem war eine der Rezeptionistinnen sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell und hat uns nicht das Gefühl gegeben dass wir willkommen sind. Wir wissen das Fehler unterlaufen können und auch bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht alles perfekt ist. Jedoch sollten gewisse Standards vorhanden sein, die es leider nicht waren. Bei unserer Abreise haben wir alle Fotos gezeigt und unsere ehrliche Meinung abgegeben. Uns wurden immerhin die Getränke erstattet, wobei man hier auch sagen muss, dass uns für den ersten Abend eine Flasche Wein abgezogen wurde die wir gar nicht bestellt hatten… Wir sind zu tiefst enttäuscht von diesen 5 Tagen Aufenthalt und hoffen dass die Fehler und Mängel für zukünftige Gäste behoben werden. Wirklich sehr schade.

Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Tasche mit Saunahandtüchern für den Spabereich. Dieser umfasst zwei Saunen, einen Vitalraum, eine Dampfsauna, einen Jacuzzi und einen Pool. Der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen und das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!

- Edouard (8/5): - Concierge Alex war bei unserem Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt, so wie wir es auf den Fotos von booking gesehen haben. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr fut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren Skifahren. Wir konnten von der talabfahrt direkt zum hotel. Das booking bewirbt die falschen Bilder des classic rooms und es ist quasi ein tieferer Standard.

Da wir zu Fuß unterwegs waren und kein Auto hatten mussten wir 25 min ins Dorf runter und wieder zurück. Leider ist nicht einmal nachgefragt worden, ob vlt doch die Möglichkeit bestünde, das Abendessen hinzu zu buchen.

Les chambres assez spacieuses et bien agencées même à 4 avec les enfants. Le personnel est très avenant et extrêmement pro. Pas grand chose à dire Peut être les horaires de piscine pour les enfants, qui ne peuvent plus y accéder après 16h30. Parfois juste après une journée de marche.

Super consigliato per una vacanza all’inseg - Posizionare fantastica, tra la natura e accanto ad una pista da sci. Personale accogliente e cordiale, che ha ottemperato ad ogni necessità. Super l’idea della “merenda alpina” dalle 13.30 alle 17.00. Buffet vasto sia a colazione che a cena (oltre al menù alla carta). Piscina e spa super, noi con un bimbo avevamo accesso con lui fino alle 16.30. Unica pecca il letto, a mio avviso, scomodo poiché fatto da due letti singoli uniti e la temperatura elevata nella camera che è stata subito abbassata, dopo averlo richiesto.

- Sara (9/5): - Hotel pulito, ottima colazione con grande scelta di prodotti. Bella anche la SPA. Appartamento nuovo molto ampio. L'hotel è un'ottima struttura, e ho solo dei suggerimenti che potrebbero migliorare ancora di più il soggiorno. Nell'appartamento aggiungerei delle mensole/comodini e appendiabiti nelle varie stanze, è presente una grandissima cabina armadio ma è all'interno di una stanza. Qualche grado in più dell'acqua della piscina nella spa sarebbe personalmente meglio.

The hospitality at this place is truly unbelievable, without a doubt, it’s a hidden gem that I’m so happy to have discovered. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, spätestens mit Kindern für das Skigebiet Karer - Freundliches Personal, Zimmer, Wellness, Lage, Ruhe, angenehme Gäste, Essen war top, es wurde trotz vollem Haus auf Einzelwünsche Rücksicht genommen. Gute Sauberkeit, schöne Aussicht (unten zwar Autos, aber ansonsten toller Blick!). Der Check In hätte ein klein wenig besser ausfallen können, es war aber auch ein wenig viel los.

His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference. Lily was equally amazing always welcoming us with a genuine smile and providing excellent, attentive service at all times. Thanks to both of them, our stay was especially pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended! There was no kettle or refrigerator in the room.

- Luca (10/5): Struttura ottima, personale eccellenti! - l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è ideale: a pochi chilometri da Bolzano e dallo splendido Lago di Carezza, perfetto per escursioni e passeggiate panoramiche essendo alla base delle piste e di vari percorsi da trekking. La camera era ampia, curata nei dettagli e pulita, i letti comodi, gli spazi ben distribuiti. La zona wellness è un autentico punto di forza: saune, idromassaggio e la piscina con vista sulle montagne innevate offre momenti di puro relax. È davvero suggestivo immergersi nell’acqua calda mentre fuori si apre il panorama invernale. Il buffet, presente sia a colazione che a cena, è ricchissimo e di grande qualità. Oltre alla parte salata e all’ampia selezione di pani, c’è anche una ottima scelta di dolci, tutti freschi e ben preparati. La varietà e la cura nella presentazione rendono ogni pasto un momento da gustare con calma. Ma il vero ringraziamento speciale va alla disponibilità dello staff e dei proprietari, sempre gentili, attenti e pronti ad aiutare con un sorriso. È raro trovare una combinazione così riuscita di professionalità e cordialità. In sintesi, un soggiorno perfetto. Consigliatissimo a chi desidera comfort, buona cucina, relax e un’accoglienza autentica in una cornice naturale straordinaria e a due passi da moltissime attrazioni per adulti e bambini!
- Mauro (8/5): Stacchiamo la spina in vacanza ma non le luci - La Spa era bella e pulita anche se alcune zone non erano in funzione come i bagni kneipp e la yacuzzi esterna. Merenda alpina offerta anche se non molto variata, colazione ricca anche se rifornita con lentezza. Bella doccia ampia nella camera, bagno un po’ stretto. Cena buona e abbondante, servizio curato in sala. Termosifoni rumorosi, frigo anche. Non è stata data informazione alla reception riguardo l’uso della Spa, le info in generale erano più incentrate sulle regole del ‘non’. Nella Spa quasi tutte le docce erano otturate, obsolete e guaste, oppure erogavano acqua insufficiente. La moquette della struttura è vecchia e macchiata. Soprattutto nell’appartamento che immagino fosse adibito all’ospitare cani gli stipiti delle porte erano stati puliti senza successo, la moquette non va di pari passo con l’ospitare cani non ben educati oppure bisogna pulire di più le zone. La gestione era ossessionata dal tenere spente la maggior parte delle luci per risparmiare sulla bolletta, sale e percorsi erano spesso molto bui.
