Éramos 3 mulheres,as camas de solteiro eram muito estreitas, apesar de ser melhor camas separadas do que se fosse 1 de casal e 1 de solteiro. . Faltam ganchos no banheiro, lugar para deixar as toalhas molhadas, por exemplo. As toalhas de banho poderiam ser um pouco melhores.

Localização excelente para todos os pontos turisticos da cidade de Split, perto de locais para alimentação porque não disponibiliza cafe da manhã .Excelente escolha e custo beneficio Nada importante somente que o quarto que escolhi era o economico, que era muito bom mas pouco espaço de circulação/ malas, porem sem atrapalhar a estadia.

• Hanna (10/5): Amazing, just book! Perfect location right in the centre of everything. - Location could not get any better. Right in the centre of everything but once you get in the corridor of the building it’s peaceful and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Two grocery stores located right as you step out of the courtyard which is conveniently located so you don’t need to lug heavy bags of groceries far. Bus stop within 2 minutes if you want to check out the mall. Location, location, location. Perfectly placed. The terrace was a great place to enjoy a drink after a long day of touring. Frane is amazing and will give you little tips where to go and recommend a few places to try out. Thanks for the great stay. We would definitely book again. Absolutely nothing! If I was picky I could just say , the mattresses could be a little more firm but that is my preference.

Some sort of kitchen would’ve made our stay a little easier, but we managed fine still.😊 Good thing we had atleast the refridgerator and the kettle!

De gastheer was ook heel vriendelijk! Daar was het heel fijn! Kan mij wel voorstellen dat als je in het hoogseizoen bent dat parkeren lastig is dichtbij de locatie, als je met de auto komt.

• Sue (7/5): Great location and a wonderful Host who could not be more Helpful - Frane was wonderful - very helpful and accommodating. I was able to drop my bag earlier and he was more than happy for me to occupy the room as soon as it was clean. The rooms itself is great - a small window that lets in fresh air and some light which is nice - and very clean. Personally I prefer more light but that's really neither here nor there as pretty much, I only slept there. I really wanted the overall rating to be higher, but unfortunately the walls are really really thin and the room I was in (4) had another room beside it that shared the same entrance. If the neighbours were considerate it wouldn't be an issue - but there was a family next to me who were literally yelling at each other. Despite having really good ear plugs in (as I anticipated it would happen) when they came home it sounded like they were crashing into my room. So if you strike quiet people there will not be an issue. The next night was fine so it's the luck of the draw. Perhaps a little notice in that adjoining room to let people know to be somewhat considerate when coming and going from the rooms. Not meaning to sound negative because the accommodation doesn't deserve it - but having a couple of small plates would be helpful - or even a little chopping board. Otherwise I highly recommend.
• Joanna (4/5): Drogi pokój pod schodami bez okna - Stosunek jakości do ceny był absurdalnym nieporozumieniem. Dostałam pokój pod schodami, które widać na zdjęciu, i jedyne okno było w drzwiach. Trzy pojedyncze łóżka, przy czym nie dostałyśmy pościeli na trzecim (zakładam, że po to żeby nikt nie przespał się dodatkowo) ale wygadało to zabawnie. Czajnik, który mógł być podłączony tylko na szafce nocnej oraz dwie kawy instant. Brak płynu do umycia kubków, woda na boiler. Generalnie czysto i bardzo miły właściciel. Lokalizacja też fantastyczna. Ale za 30% tej ceny. Cena, brak okien, zdjęcia na ogłoszeniu a realne pomieszczenie bardzo się różniły.

• Jerko (10/5): Nova Godina - Sve je bilo savršeno, dočekao nas je čist, zagrijan apartman. Nismo došli svojim automobilom i kasnili smo sa prijavom, gdin. Frane nas je dočekao, objasnio sve u apartmanu, te se dodatno potrudio da našim prijateljima objasni gdje mogu parkirati po razumnim cijenama. Od Apartmana do Rive laganom šetnjom stiže se za 5 minuta. Sve preporuke za apartman i domaćina. U ulazu dvije dvokrevetne sobe i apartman koji ima dodatni ležaj, idealno za veće porodice ili grupu prijatelja.

Also good communication before we arrived. He provided us with a map showing our position and other areas of interest. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you needed.

• Coggins (9/5): Unforgettable stay grilled with chill days and exciting nights out! - We absolutely loved the location! It was right in the centre, easy to get to anywhere. We also loved our host, he was so accommodating and extremely welcoming! Additionally, we loved the safety of our property, with it being such gated property. Lastly the wifi was exceptional, my phone stopped using 5G for some reason in Croatia and so the Wifi at the accommodation was extremely helpful! The only thing we did slightly struggle with was the lack of hot water in the shower.

• Enid (9/5): - Friendly host who organised airport shuttle on the way home with no hassle. Location is super convenient. Courtyard to sit and eat was nice and peaceful. Aircon is effective, which was great as it was pretty hot in Split whilst we stayed. Larger trashcan in the room would have been nice, otherwise it had everything we needed.

• kupinic (10/5): Lijepo provedeno vrijeme u predivnom gradu uz ugodan smještaj u centru grada - Čista, uredna, lijepa soba, predivno dvorište za sjest navečer. Ugodan domačin i uvijek dostupan. Svi potrebni sadržaji na dohvat ruke.

De locatie is erg goed en er zitten enorm veel tentjes om te eten in de buurt. Even lopen naar de haven is ook erg goed te doen.

Жили на 1 этаже в 5 номере. Есть небольшой дворик, где можно почилить. Месторасположение отеля супер: в центре Старого города. Рядом есть платные парковки. Мы очень довольны. Отдельное спасибо за пляжные полотенца (рекомендую сразу брать с собой, тк свободных может не быть, а на пляжах нигде не выдают)

Fair price and perfectly safe. No front desk but someone was available all the time. We lost internet a couple of times but was reset immediately. Highly recommend this stay. Easy access and 2 minutes from National theater.

• Ilaria (10/5): Clean and comfy room in quiet area just next to the city centre - The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, and the host is kind and available. There is a courtyard that's separated from the street so the room is safe and quiet, and you have a cozy place to spend some time in company. It's a 5 minute walk from the seaside and 3 minutes from the old town. Frane, the host was really helpful in recommending places to eat, beaches and activities.

• Klaudia (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Split - I booked a room on the 1st floor with an annex and a balcony. Everything was in perfect condition. The owner of the apartment is a nice and friendly person who explained everything right away. Everything was clean and well prepared for us. Great location - close to stores, the old town and the seashore. I would definitely recommend it!
