Staff molto disponibile, gentile e chiaro. Deposito bagagli molto gradito. Colazione da rivedere.

• Lucrezia (8/5): Alla scoperta di Parigi partendo dal cuore della città. - L’hotel è situato in un’ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, elegante e centrale, a due passi dalla metropolitana. La struttura è piccola ma molto accogliente e pulita. La signora bionda in reception è altra nota positiva, molto educata, gentile e accogliente, parlava bene inglese e ha risposto ad ogni richiesta con il sorriso e disponibilità. Tutti gli altri receptionist per quanto cordiali non parlavano bene inglese e rendevano complicata la comunicazione.

L’emplacement dans un rue calme à deux pas du métro L’absence de volets, les rideaux occultants ne suffisent pas. Le palier occupé par des sacs de linge et des seaux. Le manque d’isolation phonique, l’odeur des égouts .

• MNL (9/5): - I had only stayed for 1night with my 16 year old son. It was clean and comfortable beds. Asked for an early check in but they couldn't and had to wait after 3 o'clock to get in my room after being travelling since 6:00 in the morning. The room especially the door needs repainting and maybe they can put a bottle of water and coffee.

Pokoje są małe ale zupełnie wystarczające jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Pokoje są czyste i codzienne sprzątane. Nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadań w hotelu ale obok są dwie genialne piekarnie oraz wspaniała śniadaniarnia. Na recepcji spotkaliśmy panią z Polski :) nie mogę się do niczego przyczepić. Uważam że jest to świetny hotel w bardzo dobrej cenie. Brak

• Frédérique (8/5): - Le côté innatendu des pavillons et de leurs cours intérieures, la gentillesse du personnel, le calme de la chambre, le grand lit confortable, la propreté, la situation géographique. Chambre un peu humide et sombre car au rdc, lavabo tout petit.

Entrée de l’hôtel un peu triste mais je pense par manque d’espace
• Anton (5/5): - Location is excellent. Just because I am Eastern European it doesn't mean that I am Russian and that I speak Russian language. It felt very wrong to be spoken in Russian by the hotel staff. The room was ground floor and not well isolated. I mean that the price - quality balance is not there.

• Aïcha (9/5): Hôtel propre et très bien situé - Super emplacement, à quelques pas de la ligne 1, et de l'arc de Triomphe, donc des Champs-Elysées. Quartier de l'hôtel très calme, et avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants variés alentours. La prochaine chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, avec un ascenseur. Je dirais la taille de la chambre, assez serré, et la taille de l'ascenseur, très petit.

• Katherine (7/5): Decent hotel with lovely staff and great location - The staff were really lovely and friendly. The room was very clean. The location is great- a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and surrounded by supermarkets, take aways and cafes etc. It was reasonable value for money. We walked to lots of places including the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. It was good that there was a courtyard but unfortunately it wasn't the sort of weather for sitting outside. The room facilities mentioned tea and coffee facilities but we found they weren't in the room. I had my own cup and teabags so could use the kettle in the breakfast annexe but we were on the 4th Floor and it's good to have a cup of tea as soon as you get up. I mentioned the discrepancy re the room description but was initially told it wasn't possible. However, I asked again on the second day and was given a kettle for the room, which was great , as that was all I needed , as I had my own tea bags and don't take milk. I might have had the breakfast but at €10 for croissants, bread and jam with no eggs or fruit, I thought it didn't sound especially good value.

Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, anche nel farci lasciare le valigie nel deposito bagagli, sia al check-in che al check out. La pulizia andava bene e ci hanno cambiato le asciugamani ogni giorno. La stanza era estremamente piccola per due persone, così come il lavandino del bagno. Aprendo le valigie non ci potevamo più muovere.

• Laëtitia (9/5): Bloeuffant! - Une très belle surprise! Comme quoi un deux étoiles peut être l'équivalent d'un 3-4 étoiles. Certes le hall d'accueil n'est pas celui d'un 4 étoiles mais nous dormons rarement dans un hall ;-) La chambre et les services associés sont dignes d'un hôtel classé 4-5 étoiles. Soigné, propre, silencieux à seulement qqes pas de l'arc de triomphe. Le personnel est de plus aux petits soins avec vous. Je recommande vivement!

Personale cordiale e gentile, hotel pulito, stanza non troppo gra - Posizione strategica nei pressi dell’Arco di Trionfo, a 2 minuti dalla metro principale della città. Tutto buono, il bagno un po’ piccolo e c’era solo un comodino.

Hôtel bien situé près de la station Argentine, au calme et avec beaucoup de points de restauration aux alentours. Les bouches d'aération de la chambre mériteraient un nettoyage (une odeur de poussière est apparue quand j'ai allumé le chauffage). Les cages d'escaliers devraient aussi être désencombrées.

The hotel is very well located, with easy access to public transportation and close to many attractions, which made exploring Paris very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Paris. Highly recommended!
