- caltrip5 (10/5): Melinda - Melinda went beyond expectation. My wife suffers from sciatica and needed an upholstered
chair. Memlinda personally brought a chair in from another room. No handicapped accessible rooms available.
- Kristen (2/5): Clean rooms, good breakfast, horrible customer service - Clean rooms Horrible customer service from the staff, (Erica and Charleen,) both extremely rude and incompetent.
- Land (8/5): -
- Paul (8/5): Would stay again - Comfortable and quiet Nothing

- Cindy (8/5): Would stay again. - Location was good.
Was clean.
Breakfast was ok. The bed and pillows were hard.
- Phyllis (6/5): Not what I thought it would be. - Check in was nice. The desk clerk was friendly. However the halls had a bad smell going to the room. The room was not clean! There was so much long dark hair in the bathroom there is no way that it was cleaned properly. The hair continued on into the bed spread and that looked like it had not been washed in a long time. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. I had to go get bathroom towels, bath matt.
- Brad (10/5): - Very neat place and clean
- Connie (7/5): - Friendly and helpful employees, nice pool hot tub. Would recommend, always liked Comfort Inn Some problems with the key
- Sheilakay (9/5): Great stay wild stay here again when in Woodward. - Very convenient to food and shopping. Breakfast could have been better. Cereal was stale, coffee was more like hot water than coffee. Beds were a little hard but all in all a great stay.
- Lance (4/5): - WiFi didn’t work!!!
- Kenneth (2/5): - Not with the money, breakfast ok, pool ok, disinfectant up internet would work better, room smelled musky, not a good experience over all
- Dave (8/5): - Very friendly staff...very willing to help with anything
- Velasquez (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maribel (10/5): Exceptional - Location. Honestly everything was really good.
- Amy (10/5): - Perfect place for an overnight stay with children
- Courtney (10/5): - Would stay again
- Cindy (10/5): We had a great visit and enjoyed our stay. - Everything was clean and well maintained. I stayed in an accessible room and the walk in shower was awesome! The staff were friendly and the decor was nice.
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful
Halfway place for us! Nice spot!
- Richard (8/5): - Laundry machines take debit or credit cards.
- Pamela (8/5): - Everything was great except the bed was not very comfortable. Other than that, it was great!
- Tyler (10/5): - The hotel exceeded my expectations. For me this was just a one night stop on my way home so I went with a cheaper option. The room was very nice, very clean, the lobby and hallways were clean and smelled good. My only knock or negative was at the time of my stay (March 2025) the hot tub pump was broken (inoperable), and the pool was not being heated so it was ice cube cold, but it was clean.
- Stacey (2/5): - Hot tub, pool and fridge broken. Beds were hard.
- Stacey (4/5): - The hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing. These two advertised amenities are why we chose this hotel. There was no discount offered or anything. Then the beds were hard and fridge in our room was broken.
It was clean and the staff was nice. It’s not their fault. I will not be staying there next time we are in town, which is often.
- Desiree (10/5): Comfy - The staff was friendly My room had a few issues but nothing I couldn’t deal with
- Amber (8/5): Very good - The staff was great and very attentive. I asked if they had cribs available and one was brought up right away. The beds were comfortable and were clean. The breakfast was horrible tasting. Very cheap and not worth even eating. The carpet in the room felt dirty and with two toddlers we felt they needed showers at home after being on the floor.
- Anthony (10/5): - Overall, a nice hotel. We especially liked the hot tub and pool. Also, the breakfast was very good.
- Shauna (8/5): Very good -
- Jerri (4/5): Low class - Hotel was fine. Nothing special.
No central AC in bathroom.
So that made uncomfortable when getting ready.
Front desk checkout lady was not wearing a bra and it was discusting seeing her that way.
Other hotel help were smoking outside front doorway so it stunk when you walk outside.
- Tu (6/5): Pleasant -
- Colleen (8/5): Rodeo - We were there for the NW OK JR RODEO. We stayed 2 nights. It was a nice place to stay and close to where we needed to be.
- Kimberly (9/5): Great place to sleep. - The breakfast was good. This Comfort Inn had apple juice. The also had biscuit & gravy. The staff was friendly & very informative. The evening hostess recommended the Albaster Caverns State Park. In which we are now going to visit. All the stains in the carpet in the hotel room.
- Jessica (6/5): Pleasant -
- chris (10/5): - Was nice friendly staff close to a lot of things hot tub could of been hotter liked the gym
- Ramona (10/5): Great place - The place was clean, neat & up to date upon entering the building. The attendant was nice. She provided the extra towels & washcloths I had requested before I walked to my room. Handicap parking was great & available. Cameras for safe parking. I had requested a ground floor room & a 2 queen bed studio suite, as my son has Autism & needed his space. This was provided & greatly appreciated. The rooms were equipped with microwave & refridgerator. The rooms were spacious & clean. The beds were very well made & were very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. We took advantage of the bananas for breakfast on our way out. It was a very, very wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the stay. The location was great, as it was near a restaurant for a great, home cooked meal. We took advantage of it & liked that it was so near the hotel. This place was a great place to stay & would highly recommend it. The shower curtain was torn on the top corners & would not shut all the way & would remain open because of this, during a shower. So water would spill out onto the floor.
Then, my card was recharged for my room I had already paid for online. The woman in the morning had come in & had recharged me, as the guy before her, had not put it all in correctly. I noticed the charge on my receipt after we had driven off. We came back as we were only a few minutes out. The young lady was on the phone trying to get this figured out & I left after approximately 25 minutes & was still waiting for the boss to refund the cost on the room, after I had left. I was reassured that it would be refunded & it was refunded. All taken care of, by the time I/we were home & able to check our card. We appreciate all their efforts & doing this so timely, as we left early. I am so grateful for them tending to this issue as quickly as they did.
- Mike (6/5): - When I booked (and I’ve checked to confirm) the room was supposed to be two queen sized beds, they were doubles, the bathroom was supposed to accommodate a large soaking tub with jets, it was a tiny tub. The ice machine downstairs was broken, front lobby door was stuck open. The people on the taco truck outside were rude so decided to go elsewhere. Breakfast was good
- Tray (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lance (6/5): - The staff was super friendly. The room was clean the only thing was the blinds was just for look so they dont close and their property light are very bright keep me awake all night long
- Robert (8/5): Very clean, Newer Hotel, Moderate Pricing. - Location was on the main street running through the town. Online app worked well for reservation. Noticed that front clerk did not have complimentary bottles of water for guests that asked. Since water is cheap to purchase, you might think of providing.
Other hotel of the same quality was $35 cheaper but was booked full. Can you at least come closer to that price?
- Joan (10/5): Exceptional - Large room. Very high ceiling. Tastefully appointed. Comfy chair and especially the bed
- Tammie (10/5): Excellent front desk - Jo was so friendly - Jo at the front, & 3 queen beds in the room Front doors open all night
- Kathleen (10/5): - We were treated so kindly and efficiently. Kingson and his employees were so gracious and upgraded our room upon arrival. Hotel was clean and new, and very quiet. We’d definitely stay here again❤️
- Carl (7/5): Clean, comfortable - Location, clean Direct tv would not work, clerk didn't care one way or the other
- Jean (10/5): - Just as expected…like when there’s no surprises
- Roberta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammy (8/5): - Great location
- Ashley (10/5): - Our room was very comfortable!
- Emilie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Larry (7/5): Good - Close, quiet No extra pillows, breakfast option limited.
- Betty (8/5): Very good -
- Sabrina (6/5): Not great - Location There was no wash clothes in bathroom, no tub stopper, you have to call to find out how to even use the tv, which I thought was insane.
- Lucas (6/5): Usually good - We usually stay at this hotel with out a problem but this time the water pressure that’s usually a hit or miss was not good there was a cockroach in the bathroom and a insect on a wall in the room and the key card did not work the front desk lady was outside smoking when we got there and there was someone waiting on her and she came in after us then when I want back to tell her the keycard did not work she was back outside smoking already
- Ellen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teri (10/5): Great stay - Friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Beds are a little on the hard side. Besides that our stay was good.
- Markeela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was very good.
The staff was extremely helpful. I had asked for all my rooms to be on the same floor. But they promptly remedied the situation.
- mobydeezee (4/5): Not a good experience! - I traveled here for business. The beds were ok. The staff was friendly. There was a large spider in the bathroom and the wifi internet was poor in room 111. Had to use a hot spot to work from the room. Wifi was better in the common areas. I would not recommend this hotel for business or anything else.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was really great to us!
We wanted three rooms on the same floor and they went ahead and changed one of our rooms when we arrived, so that we could all be together.
Also, we asked to use their dining room at supper so that we could all eat together and they set it up for us! So very accommodating!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We called ahead to let Comfort Inn know we
Would be checking in late. Staff was polite.
When we arrived, the night staff clerk was polite and welcoming. Our room was a large suite. They had turned on the air conditioners. Our room was very spacious. Three beds in one room. Bedding was clean, high quality and modern. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. It was quiet; we all slept well. Didn’t check out the breakfast, since we slept in and wanted to get back on the road. We will be staying here again on our way back home.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Was there for my youngest granddaughters first bday party Everything was great.
- Janette (8/5): Very good -
- Gavin (1/5): Bad - Nothing Over priced A/C didn't work
- Lori (8/5): - Quiet and comfortable. Will book here again!
- Tiffany (5/5): Decent for a overnight stay but expected more for the price. - Property was decent and easily accessible. The room was musky; some areas were not cleaned or vacuumed well; air conditioner did not perform well at all; vending machines were sold out and would not return money put in; not enough linens/towels provided for a family of four as documented on booking.
- Philip (8/5): Good - Bed Room smelled musty, like had been shut up when wet
- David (8/5): - We were greeted by Crystal (the General Manager) when we arrived. She was very professional and friendly. We found the facility to be clean and functional as you would expect for a hotel in this price range.
Breakfast was good with most of the normal offerings such as waffles, eggs, sausage and gravy along with various pastries and yogurt.
The location was very convenient to Walmart, Atwoods, fuel and various eateries and businesses. Since we were traveling on Hiway 270 it couldn't have been easier.
- Stephanie (4/5): - When I checked in I was not greeted from the guy at the reception. I checked in at 11pm, the only thing that he did speak to me is to ask us for license and a credit card. He slid the card keys for our room on the counter and did not say a word to direct me to the elevators a goodbye greeting absolutely nothing. As someone who travels hospitality is very important to me. Which that is not a biggie but definitely bothered me.
The pillows smelled musty, me and my spouse did not enjoy sleeping. I couldn’t stand the smell of someone else’s head sweat. If I am ever in the area I would definitely not stay here…
- Shannon (6/5): - We never did get our room cleaned the 2nd day nor did we ever receive more towels the 2nd day. That was the only downside of our stay.
- Kent (9/5): Superb - It was a nice, clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast selections weren't the best and only open from 7 to 9.
- Brake (7/5): Good - Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Shower had not been from the previous night and only had 1 set of towels. TV was hard to work. Evening desk clerk was totally frazzled, as we weren't the only room with problems.
- Lisa (8/5): nice hotel and accommodations except for room key incident - easy to find, near to the events we were attending another customer was given a room key to our room. the customer opened the door to our room and immediately left. contacted front desk and was informed our room number was mistakenly keyed for our room. desk clerk apologized for the inconvenience. I had teenage girls on this trip who were a little nervous about safety. Except for this mistake everything else was nice and clean.
- Randall (10/5): - Good hotel for the price. Breakfast was pretty basic, but sufficient.
- Vickie (8/5): Very good -
- Vickie (8/5): Very good -
- Lanecia (6/5): won’t stay here again. - wasn’t very clean. looked like the elevator had not been vacuumed in weeks. had to wait for someone to come to the desk to check us in for over 10 minutes! Finally came up there after I started calling the hotel and told her I was waiting at the front. The room was just ok… bed was horrible like a brick and had hair all over it.
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh (10/5): - 👍
- Jorge (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Kyle (7/5): Good -
- Richard (7/5): Good -
- Leslie (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff and room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub had only 1 working jet. TV remote battery was dead & they had none to replace it.
- Sharon (8/5): Needs some updates but comfortable - Our room was clean but missing soup, a trash cans, a smoke detector and the deadbolt didn’t work. Everything else was fine and we were tired.
- Derek (8/5): - Ac sucks
- justin (2/5): - I reserved a room that had 2 queens and a sofa bed for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 young kids. At checkin they said They had us in a king and would check for a room with 2 queens. We got 2 queens and no sofa bed…for 6 people and they didn’t have a bed they could put in the room. I showed them my reservation and they said they couldn’t do anything.the inside of our window was broken as well. I will never stay at a best western again!
- O4649LIceciliam (6/5): Where's the furniture? - We stayed in a huge suite with a big open area. Why not put in a table with two chairs? The breakfast room downstairs was very spacious. Again, why not put in some more places to sit and eat? I awoke with a backache from the sleeper sofa which was not made up when we arrived. I was given a sheet and pillowcase...no pillow, no blanket. Not my favorite comfort inn.
- Michael (10/5): Excellent - Very clean and very comfortable!
- Preji (10/5): - Clean, updated, and courteous
- PATRICIA (10/5): - Clean Rooms, Comfortable Beds, Nice Staff, We highly recommend.
- PATRICIA (10/5): - Clean Rooms, Comfortable Beds, Highly recommend if you are in the area.
- Jonathan (6/5): It was ok - Bed was comfortable but the bathroom looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned, dirty wash cloth put back, toilet seat had not been completely clean, shower curtain had dark stains on it. Let the person up front know and they didn't seem surprised........
- JoNathan (8/5): - Comfortable beds and atmosphere! Would be nice to have a fan in room for ambient noise and the heated indoor pool was freezing cold and hot tub was at temperature the pool should of been. Would be nice to have only 1 tv remote to deal with and not have to figure out which input to put tv on and which remote controlled volume and which controlled channels etc. I'd stay there again if the pool was warmer. I am certified electronics technician and have designed entertainment rooms so the TV remote to me was nothing, but I am frustrated for those older folks who hate technology because things are not set up for ease of use by consumer.
- Kenzie235 (8/5): Great hotel, close to Woodward Event Center - We were in town for a livestock event at the event center and the proximity of this hotel to the barn was great… right at a mile!
Atwood’s right around the corner too, Ramiro’s across the street for great Mexican.
Room was comfortable and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was sufficient.
When we return for another event, we will book again.
