Guest Reviews
- Sidney (10/5): Beautiful Inn, gracious, friendly innkeepers. - Beautifully restored antique home. The bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed chatting with Innkeepers Richard and Jo and meeting Lola(pup).
- Annelie (10/5): Beautiful inn in the heart of Cape Cod - A beautiful cozy place with love to detail. Everything was absolutely clean. The beds were compfy. We loved the tea and coffee and snacks in the lounge, but there were also great breakfast options in walking distance. It’s a great location to explore Cape Cod and the beach in Orleans is beautiful. Richard is an absolutely lovely host. We had a great stay.
- Eliot (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful accommodations and the hosts were lovely! Free coffee and snacks available at all times was a wonderful and much appreciated touch!
- Mary (10/5): - Hosts are lovely and helpful while not intrusive. Room is nicely appointed with comfortable king bed with small but adequate bath and shower.
Old house is very quaint. Use of refrigerator helpful. No food service but coffee, tea, fruit and homemade cookies make it homey. Lovely early Spring get away in convenient location to shops, restaurants, short drive to Nauset Beach.!
- Paula (10/5): Had a wonderful time and will return. - since we were there off season, there wasn’t a sit down breakfast, just some fruit and coffee. Everything was wonderful although the tv in the bedroom could have been a little bigger.
- Hilary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marie (10/5): absolutely delightful - very friendly hosts it was a little far from the centre without a car
- Manda (10/5): - Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing stay
- stuart (10/5): - This is a charming inn a quarter millenium old. Our room was clean and updated and completely comfortable with perfectly up to date private bathroom. And we are picky! The innkeepers were cheerful and helpful but gave you space and privacy. It was quiet and classy and in a great location in East Orleans which is the best part of the Cape.
- Kevin (10/5): Outstanding - Perfect stay. Jo and Richard are great hosts. Breakfasts were fresh and very tasty. The Inn is an old historic house and is beautifully decorated. Bed was extremely comfy. Good location for exploring the area.
- John (10/5): Just what the doctor ordered. - Rich and Jo were most welcoming. Great coffee, fabulous breakfast. The property was partially built in 1770 and is in great condition considering it’s age. A wonderful Cape Cod experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): es yes yes - Awesome place and Innkeeper
- KevinD (10/5): - Very nice, clean place, Near great beaches. I would go back again.
- Lisa (8/5): - Food was amazing and owners very friendly. Great location.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The owners were very accommodating and gave u the feeling like you were family. Very friendly. The Inn Was in a great location and very clean. Perfect stay for our vacation.
- Jimmy (10/5): Beautiful and full character - Jo and Richard were amazing hosts, So kind and helpful! The Inn was beautiful and full of character. Our room was so clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious everyday! They both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect! We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary while in the Cape and had a wonderful time. The Inn is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and beaches. We will definitely stay there again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It is an old 18th Century property with 8 rooms and Rich and Jo also live their, so not all rooms are huge, but many are and all are adequate for a couple looking for a few nights on the Cape. Being in Orleans it is central for exploring north and south, and Rich was a font of knowledge with suggestions and recommendations to visist and eat out. The lounge has Tea and coffee facilities and these are also on the first floor landing along with a shared fridge. Breakfast is fruit, yoghurt and granola followed by a different hot plate each day prepared by Jo. There is a lovey deli shop opposite with an abundance of fresh local produce to buy for lunch. Beaches are a 5 minute drive.
We would go back here in an instant and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, homely B&B on the Cape.
Great Job and perfect Hosts Richa dn Jo.
Tim and Karen.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful property owned and run by amazing hosts Jo and Richard. Large beautifully decorated room with comfy king sized bed and sitting area, large well equipped bathroom. Access to communal lounge with coffee facilities, biscuits, water cooler and visitor info. Amazing breakfast on the patio - cooked by Jo and served by Richard. Excellent location for visiting Cape Cod. Best B@B we have ever stayed in. Thank you Jo and Richard for your fabulous hospitality.
- HELEN (8/5): - Very clean. Pleasant Inn keepers. We did not have breakfast but was offered daily but only 8:30 to 930am.
- Sarah (10/5): Charming Inn - Jo and Richard are the most incredible hosts! The energy at the Inn is so incredible starting with the outdoor seating area at the entrance. You can sit and watch the street activity, listen to the wind blow through the trees, sip a glass of wine while making new friends or enjoy a delicious morning breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Coffee, tea and water are available all day. It's conveniently located across the street from an incredible market with wine, great eats and a bakery with pastries that looked incredibly delicious. We had a delightful stay and will definitely return. Jo and Richard are so welcoming and they genuinely care about their guests. It's more of a guest experience rather than an inn experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Breakfast each day was delicious. Richard and JoAnn were so nice and knowledgeable of the area
- Donald (10/5): Fabulous! - The Parsonage Inn was amazing. Perfect location and the hosts are awesome. Breakfasts varied each day and included fresh fruit. I'd definitely stay here again.
- Nancianne (10/5): - Love the Parsonage Inn! Richard and Jo-Ann are wonderful hosts.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect spot for a Cape getaway - Lovely hosts, amazing breakfast, great location, lots to do. Everything you could want in a weekend away, and a great place to stay to do it in.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very pleasant.. but the rooms are small, understandably, in this classic historic venue. Price doesn't quite coincide with the facility, but that's because it's on Cape Cod!
- CJ (10/5): - What a lovely Inn and great location! Richard was such a welcoming host (we didn't really see Joann until our last morning). So glad we found this little gem!
