Nuestra hija echará de menos la piscina y la minidisco. Sin duda, volveremos Nos encantó todo. Si algo podemos decir como crítica constructiva es que el desayuno podría variar un poco más. • Kristina (5/5): Nie wieder! - Das der Strand in der Nähr war sowie all die kleinen Städe die wir sehen wollten! Es ist alles sehr veraltet, Es wird nie richtig sauber gemacht boden wurde nie gewischt immer war sand am Boden. Badezimmer hat immer gestunken warscheinlich die Rohre die so alt sind! Unbequeme alte betten! Bettwäsche wurde nach 5 Tagen noch immer nicht gewechselt deswegen habe ich dann alles abgezogen und habe anschließend ein schreiben von der Putzdame bekommen. Essen war auch sehr schlecht. All inklusive von wegen es gabs jeden tag das gleiche essen und man hat gesehen das es einfach nur verschönert wurde und wiedef serviert. Ekelhaft!Habe leider keine fotos denn wir haben so gut wie möglich versucht von diessm Hotel fern zu bleiben. Haben leider keine andere Unterkunft gefunden sonnst wären wir schon am ersten Tag gegangen.!

Mali sme obe žalúdočné problémy- dosť silné a trvali okolo 10 dní! V jedle som cítila pleseň, jedlo nebolo veľmi dobré! Škoda, celé to pokazilo tomuto skvelému hotelu! Už by sme sa sem nevrátili!

• Rosa Maria (10/5): Amazing view, relaxing stay with family! - Staff was very nice, always helpful, smiling. There was a good variety of food at the restaurant, and the spa (where you can bring your kids from 0 years old everyday from 10 to 12) was a nice plus point to the experience. The beds were not as comfortable as I expected and every time we were taking a shower the floor was getting wet because the glass that make the bath like a shower has a space between the wall and the glass so the water was passing through it. I would suggest to find a way to get it closer to the wall to avoid flooding the bathroom every time somebody takes a shower.

• Britt (3/5): - Lage des Hotels ist top. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großes Zimmer mit viel Stauraum. Leider hat unser Zimmer jeden Tag nach Fäkalien gerochen und unsere ganze Familie in zwei separaten Zimmern ist an Noroviren erkrankt. Offensichtlich sind auch noch deutlich mehr Gäste erkrankt. Das Hotel hat auf die Bitte einer Desinfektion zumindest unserer Zimmer überhaupt nicht reagiert. Das Animationsprogramm gerade am Abend war sehr laut
• Marianne (4/5): Mye bra, og hotellet kunne lett fått fire stjerner om enkelte ting ble forbedret. - Mye bra. Oppvarmet basseng ute, solterrasse i tiende etasje. Spaanlegg innendørs, selv om ikke alt var i funksjon. Romslige og rene rom. Som regel tilgjengelige solsenger. Lekeområde for barna. Det ble spilt høy musikk til alle døgnets tider. Vi slet med å få sove grunnet dette. Jeg hadde bedt om et stille rom i bookingen men fikk et av de mest støyutsatte rommene. Ikke mulig å bytte, på grunn av at hotellet var fullbooket. Lite serviceinnstilt resepsjon. Det ble også bestilt privat transfer til en mye høyere pris enn vanlig taxi uten at vi hadde bedt dem om dette, kun bedt om taxi. Når vi ønsket å avbestille fikk vi høre at det var for sent. Maten var varierende i kvalitet. Alle oss tre fikk magevirus i løpet av oppholdet.

• martyn (10/5): - This hotel provided a tranquil setting right on the coast. We had a warm welcome and the attitude of all the hotel workers gave us a feeling of comfort and trust. The room was spacious with lots of wardrobes, a decent bathroom, and a small but very hany kitchenette. The outside space was large enough with plenty of sunbeds. A huge plus in february was the warmed outdoor pool ! The little ones had a super soft play area, and were safe. It was good that they could use the spa area for a short time in the mornings. The spa was free and excellent, although some services were charged for, massages etc, my pertner had a massage and found it was great value for her 40 euros. The food was standard european buffet fare, fresh and tasty if not always imaginative. We had themes each evening though, and the poolside snackbar catered well during the day. Evening entertainment got off to a start with a regular mini disco, which the children enjoyed. After that a choice, stay downstairs and watch an hour show or pop to the lobby bar to listen to a singer. All very good. The circus act that we saw on friday evening downstairs was top dollar entertainment. We felt sad to leave and will revisit, we had a wonderful time . Nothing
• geoffrey (8/5): Beautiful spot, lovely pool and spa. - Lovely spot overlooking the ocean. We walked along the promenade most evenings and Arguineguin had some nice looking restaurants and cafes to try but we were all inclusive so enjoyed the hotel buffet. Food was good, plenty of choice, lots of salads and veggies for me as I’m mostly vegetarian, and meat and fish choices for my husband. Beautiful view of sunset from restaurant terrace. Spa was great and small gym had most of what we needed. The small protected beach close by was perfect for a swim - water a cool 19/20C. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and catered for all ages. Had the best sleeps lulled by the sound of the waves. Most of the morning sunshine around the pool is reserved for the smoking area, which seems a bit unfair to non smokers. They are a bit mean with towels, just a small thin bath and hand towel for each guest. You could rent beach towels though for small fee.

• Linda (3/5): - Atrašanās vieta ir laba. Mēs nesaņēmām ģimenes numuru ar balkonu un skatu uz okeānu, kādu bijām rezervējuši jau pus gadu iepriekš. Atruna, ka sūtot caur booking nevar garantēt izvēlēto istabas veidu. Mūs izmitināja dīvainā, tumšā istabā, bez balkona. Jutāmies kā pagrabā, vannas istaba līdzinājās morgam. Recepcijā mēģināja iestāstīt, ka tā ir īpaši laba istaba ar džakuzi (varbūt pirms 20 gadiem...). Nākamajā dienā mums iedeva citu istabu, diemžēl tā bija paredzēta tikai 2 cilvēkiem, nevis ģimenei, bet vismaz tajā iespīdēja arī gaisma... Koridoros nebija iespējas aizvērt durvis, bija milzīgs caurvējš, kas iešanu uz spa zonu un baseiniem padarīja ļoti nepatīkamu. Personals nelaipns un neatsaucīgs. Neradās sajūta, ka kādam būtu svarīgi kā jūtas viesi. Istabene atnāca saklāja gultas un ar netīriem apaviem izmīcījas pa dvieļiem uz grīdas vannasistabā tos nesamainot. Kas tāds vēl nebija redzēts! Ēdiens - ļoti bieži tur atradās produkti no iepriekšējās dienas, kas vairs nebija svaigi. Brokastīs maz dārzeņu/augļu. Pārsvarā junk food. Cena neadekvāti augsta priekš 3 zvaigžņu viesnīcas. Daudz kur nepieciešama renovācija.

• Pablo (9/5): - Hace casi 20 años desde que me aloje en este hotel por primera vez y solo tengo cosas positivas que decir. Esta vez me gustaria aprovechar para mandar un saludo al equipo del Spa y en especial a la masajista del sabado 7 de junio, que realizo un gran masaje deportivo. Muchas gracias y nos veremos de nuevo! Como punto negativo solo puedo mencionar el recurrente problema con los ascensores, por los cuales a veces hay que esperar unos minutos.

• Rosanna (8/5): Rilassante - È un buon hotel e lo consiglio anche se ci sono cose che possono essere migliorate. Animazione carina la sera e cibo buono. Fermata bus attaccata così da poterti spostare. Spa, con una delle vasche con acqua salata, molto carina anche se l’accesso ai bimbi è solo per due ore la mattina. Mi aspettavo un servizio ancora più alto visto il prezzo.

• Gerd (8/5): Vi har vært der ca. 11 ganger i november og likte de gamle møblene bedre. - Frokosten var bra. Møblene på rommet. Klumpete og tunge. Sofaen er vond å sitte, stolen også. Savner noen puter å ha i ryggen. Hadde også vært ønskelig med et par gode stoler på terrassen.

• i7 Telcom (9/5): Recomendable al 100% - Nos sorprendió mucho la calidad de la comida en el buffet, las croquetas de pescado caseras buenísimas, la garbanzada, los quesos, el pollo en salsa...comida de casa, la verdad que esa calidad la hemos visto muy poco en los buffet. La única pega que pondría es que la instalación de la zona de espectáculos por la noche es un poco deficiente en el sentido que la distribución dificulta que se pueda ver los espectáculos desde cualquier parte de la sala, ya que hay columnas que imposibilitan la visión.

• Anita janni (8/5): - Dejlige værelser og god mad og drikke Vi blev noget skuffet over at vinikke engang ku få besøg af vores bror som kørte helt ind til os på sin fødselsdag !! Han måtte med nød og næppe lige sidde i reception. Vi ville godt ha betalt for hans drikkevarer og mad eller evt ha købt for en hel dags all incl. selv om han vare sku være der et par timer meen nej det ku der ik blive tale om. Det var sgi for dårligt, han kom netop hen tilos fordi vi vorså mange af sted og med børn så derfor var det bedre han kom til os.

I servizi sono ottimi e la cucina variegata e per tutte l'esigenze. Ha la spiaggia di fronte che non è così scontata in questa zona. Animazione presente ma non invadente. Dovrebbe esserci maggiore controllo per chi occupa ombrelloni e sdraio e poi sparisce lasciando molti senza sistemazione. Questo purtroppo però è un comportamento scorretto che parte dagli ospiti. Già in prima mattina occupavano i posti.

• Belen (10/5): Repetiremos - Prácticamente todo La piscina se ha quedado algo pequeña en la fecha en la que yo he ido estaba el hotel al 100% era algo incómodo bañarte con colchonetas flotadores y los juegos de pelota dentro del agua ( no hablo de salvavidas)

Aspeto a melhorar - a variedade de comidas às refeições. Em alguns dias no pequeno-almoco não havia fruta descascada e a que havia era de qualidade duvidosa. Cheguei a pegar numa maçã podre.
• Andreia (8/5): - The direct access to the beach, larger beach 10min walk from hotel. Enough sun loungers for everyone, not many directly next to the pool but enough overall. Pool bar was good with food and many drink options, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The buffet - chocolate fountain!! Also flask coffee not just the usual cappuccino flat white etc etc machines. Lots of melon and watermelon everyday - so nice! The staff all really friendly. The spa access included in the all inclusive. we paid extra for a massage and it was worth it. Also rented towels at the hotel, it was good having this option. Spar supermarket 10min walk from the hotel. Vegetarian options - there are options at the buffet but you may need to get creative with your salads and pasta. However you will not be hungry! Chips always available, some grilled and raw veggies as well. Pool bar veggie options - very limited. Wish staff would rethink placing a bit of baking paper underneath pizzas to ensure the veggie pizza is actually veggie. Laying a veggie pizza on leftover ham from the previous pizza is not actually that great. Animation was ok - there is not much space available inside pool or outside. Bring some card games or such with you when travelling and you will be ok. There are no double beds in the hotel except for 1 room per floor, according to reception. However they did put the beds together which we appreciated since it was our honeymoon… all good.

• SEVERINE (9/5): Bel hôtel - Superbe hôtel en bord de mer, le buffet très varié chaque jour et de bons produits. Le personnel de l’accueil vraiment gentil et accueillant parlant pour la plupart français ce qui est rare et vraiment agréable pour nous. Les transats sont débarrassé lorsqu’ils ne sont pas occupé par le personnel et c’est agréable car on peu trouver des places. Trop peu de commerce et pas de belle plage à côté de l’hôtel il faut aller à 3km pour trouver de jolies plages. Les femmes de ménage ne sont pas toutes agréables c’est dommage. Les cafards au restaurant le matin énorme en plus… La surveillance de la piscine quasi inexistante c’est dommage et dangereux pour les enfants. Les maîtres nageurs passent en plus de temps à ramasser les verres que surveiller la piscine je pense qu’il y a un gros manque de personnel. Et enfin les activités sont trop peu nombreuses que ce soit à la piscine ou pour les enfants
