- Dianne (5/5): It was ok but I will not stay there again. - The staff was nice and helpful I spilled water on the floor. When I cleaned it up with paper towels they were quite dirty. I don’t think the floor is cleaned regularly. The baseboard in the bathroom was dirty.

- Priti (8/5): - convenient location. easy check in
- Josephine (6/5): - The property is close to Burney Falls. 3 thin pillows for 2 people. Receptionist unable to
Supply more, stating housekeeping already gone for the day. Pretty quiet.
- Mauricio (10/5): -
- Evelyn (2/5): In the website it says units two rooms when I hit to the hotelwas two separate rooms , dusty I got stuffy nose and the - it was ok
- Diane (8/5): - Modest, clean and comfortable place to stay while visiting Burney Falls and Lake Britton. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious and i especially appreciate the larger than usual fridge.
- Odina (6/5): - Bed was very firm, the a/c unit was to load. Bathroom didn’t seem as clean, hair on base boards and toilet needed some bleach. We enjoyed the stay, room was spacious, restaurant across the street and it was quiet at night
- Mohsen (7/5): -
- Vivian (9/5): - Comfortable and good value for money.
- Yaotian (4/5): - Bed was not of the correct size. We booked 2 rooms with Queen Bed but both room was Full/Double bed. The staff claimed they are queen despite obviously they do not measure to be a Queen
- Aj (10/5): - Staff are great… the place is good according to the price you paid for. No hotels around the area just motel.
- jennifer (1/5): - Closeness to the falls
The size of the room Everything is extremely dirty
Our room was right on the main road . Super loud
The shade in the kitchen on the main road isn’t long enough so we had to put a cardboard box and paper bag up so no one could see in to our room
Kitchen was very poorly supplied. This room is for 7 people and there are 2 glasses 1 coffee mug, two wine glasses and 5 plates not enough silverware. No paper towels
The furniture is clearly old and never cleaned. Disgusting I had to ask the maid for sheets to put on the two chairs and we didn’t even sit on the couch. I shudder to think how filthy the pull out bed. The floor in the whole place is so filthy mine and my granddaughters feet are black with filth within minutes of walking barefoot.
We all wore our shoes all the time when indoors. The big hair all right in front of the kitchen sink on the mat that’s a hazard in itself. The blind above the stove needs replacing. I don’t think thru g to clean it would suffice.
The meter bathroom has a lovely big tub with jets….however no one bathed due to the tub being filthy big brown spots throughout. This was is big disappointment!
I am appalled that they collect this much money for this dump. Clean the rooms people!
- Michael (10/5): Charm motel is charming. - Cute little rooms. I believe its 3 different inns/motels. We stayed at Charm. Room was tiny for us. But comfortable. The AC unit worked great. We had a parking spot right outside the room. The bathroom was a good size. Nothing else to do around. There are 3 restaurants. A steakhouse, Chinese, and Mexican. We drive up to river falls for dinner.
- Ofelia (10/5): Exceptional - Cleaning service showed up when we were sleeping and then did not return during the day.
- Salma (4/5): - The room is nice. We stayed one night but if you want to have a quiet night sleep I wouldn’t recommend Chad you can hear people talking and banging the doors. So the noise is an issue. But the room is clean.
- Bromberger (8/5): A nice motel in a good location. Very clean with nice room. A very good value - Good location. Excellent value.
- michael (8/5): - The room was nice, the grounds were very clean. Town was just a little lacking.
- Logan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Phyllis (4/5): Disappointing - Close to burney falls and other lakes and waterfalls Very old. Everything in burney is old, so you can't expect too much. Paper thin walls you can hear your neighbors. Small rooms but for the price it wasn't too bad.
- Doris (8/5): - Because it is so hot, we had every night people sitting outside drinking and talking forever.
- Edward (8/5): - nice easy access from street, mostly quiet from road traffic.
all the units on the Charm side have the parking in the middle courtyard. Someone starting a motorcycle or any car with a loud muffler is noticable as I discovered at 6am.
Felt a bit sorry for anybody with the room next to the laundry/ice room. That would be noisy. Otherwise, a good value overall.
- Tristan (8/5): When in Burney and you’ve got to sleep… - Simple, nice, clean. All was fine
- Jaime (10/5): - We had a Great time and liked a lot the friendly stuff.
- Rishav (8/5): Very good -
- Greta (9/5): Superb - Good location in a nice town close to beautiful nature.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
- Yana (3/5): Very dirty! - Location. Opposite is a waterfall. It was so dirty that we had to throw away the socks we were walking around in. We didn't dare take a shower because the shower was also dirty.
- Hongqiang (7/5): Good -
- edward (10/5): - Nice, clean room with a friendly check-in staff
- Jean R. (8/5): - Needs updating. Room at 112 on a/c not efficient. No directions in the room how to work it.
Depressing room.
- Vanessa (1/5): Bad - Not safe weird people I left the motel instead
- Liam (10/5): - This place was great! It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and close to a lot of places. The bed was super comfortable.
- Brad (6/5): - Thin walled as I read in reviews, loud people after 11:30 pm. Definitely seems like people are living full time there.
- Jana (7/5): Good -
- Valentine (6/5): - Quaint older property well maintained. Clean and quiet
- Virginia (10/5): - staff was welcoming. room efficient, clean, and comfortable.
- Mary (8/5): - Nice ,near parks .
- FRANCESCO (8/5): - Buona sistemazione di viaggio
- irina (8/5): - Clean room but very noisy air conditioner, parking lot is dirty .It is Ok to stay a few nights to enjoy Burney park, falls and lake, but is not cheap.Great restaurant across from Motel ,Steakhouse.
- Trevor (2/5): - Terrible hotel u can hear a wisper through walls heard hotel roomes tvs entire conversations terrible service and super scetchy
- Ivy (1/5): not a dog friendly hotel - honestly nothing they say pet friendly however do not allow dogs to stay in the room alone, so if you need to go to the grocery store you have to bring them.
- Fariba (5/5): Passable -
- Mark (10/5): - Great place to stay. Very clean rooms
- Lita (10/5): - Nice and clean
- Donna (8/5): Clean and comfotable at a good rate. - Room was clean and comfortable. There were no towels, or toileteries in the room when I checked in. Talked to the staff and they quickly brought all the needed items, and apologized for the issue.
- Kathy (10/5): Burneys home town feel - A very eclectic home town feel, very quiet, comfortable and cozy. Housekeeping was knocking on our door @ 9:15 am, I told them we would be out @ 11:00, we laid back down only to have housekeeping, knocking on the door 25 minutes later.
- Erica (10/5): - Great place for a short get away. The women who checked us in was nice and helpful with information on the local stuff.
- Ronald (9/5): Superb -
- Fredrick Baker (6/5): - It was a fine stay for our needs.
- Jodi (8/5): - They have washer and dryers for cheap
- Jodi (10/5): - It is nice and clean walking distance to stores and there's Chinese food bowing alley subway rite aide Safeway all within walking distance Burney is a small town
- Monica❣️ (10/5): Exceptional - Niceeeee and warm, easy to find Everything was great!
- Mcmillen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jobelle (8/5): Very good -
- Rijas (7/5): Good - The coffee maker wast not clean
- Jodi (10/5): - I like Burney nice place to stay
- Joan (6/5): - It’s an older motel and there seemed to be people living there
- Bonnie (6/5): The bed was comfortable the facility is old. - There was no breakfast. The picture on the site did not match the actual motel. It was much more dated. The metal base under the bed that clanged every time a foot hit it.
- Glenjohn (10/5): - Great location of major street
- Gregory (6/5): Thank God it was just over night. - The price was good and check in was e easy. The room was fine but the bed was small and hard and there was no air conditioning. On top of that, there was nowhere to eat in town.
- Jeannette (8/5): It's a great place to stay! - The staff was great, and it was right in the middle of Burney making it a great location. They only put 2 pillows on the bed. If you are going with a partner, 2 pillows are NOT enough. The beds are a little hard to sleep on, not that comfortable.
- Marty (8/5): Very good - clean room, good location, great a/c. most uncomfortable bed I've slept in in recent years. nicer pillows and maybe a mattress topper would help.
- Lindsey (9/5): Quick trip up north for a wedding close by, Charm was perfect for what we needed. - Breakfast is available at a nearby restaurant. Offering coffee and Danishes is a plus though! Everything was just right for the stay we needed.
- Honeycutt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giho (4/5): Not too bad but won’t go back - Good location Smelly
- Ronald (1/5): Make sure you have toilet paper when you check and get your towels for the duration of your stay - I liked the location as we come often to visit family. We have stayed on both the Green Gables side and Charm in the past and we like that we can bring out little dog. Services need to be restored to pre-pandemic. Historically both sides of Burney Lodging provided house keeping services prior to the pandemic. Upon check in we had no toilet paper, and without house keeping services you run out of towels daily and staff either has none to give out, or you have to wait for house keeping to arrive at 9:00am, which is frustrating when your on vacation or staying for work. My husband and I have never stayed anywhere other than here, but definitely researching other lodging options. We also had no microwave in the room and the TV remote could not change the channels.
- Jon (9/5): Burney was the right place to stop in our 3 day journey from Los Angeles to Portland. - We stayed in the handicapped room because we can't easily carry luggage up stairs and we thought it was excellent. The motel wasn't crowded and the woman at the desk was nice to talk to. I wasn't impressed with the shampoo in the tubes.
- Justin (7/5): A little loud, but cute, safe & great staff. - Loved the location, staff and room was comfortable enough. Basically if you need a safe place to pass out but not sleep in, this is your place! Unfortunately this place caters to a lot of construction workers & bikers who are nice enough but both, stay up late and leave super early. They aren't trying to make noise, but aren't being quiet either. It's the worst if you are on the first floor, especially under the stairs. And if someone flushes a toilet, uses a sink/shower, you are hearing all that plumbing in the walls. Basically the acoustics suck if you have a first floor room (single level is fine, stayed in there too).
And I kept stubbing my toe on their bed frame. It was dumb. (Whether me or the bed frame is up for discussion! 🤣)
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Marji (8/5): Very good -
- Balbuena (10/5): It was a very affordable but very comfortable stay with places to eat and play nearby. -
- Janet (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect for our stay. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
- Lisa (8/5): I won't book at the charm.. - Location Charged me for cleaning
- Samantha (10/5): - The staff was amazing and accomodating. Definitely will stay again!
- Kerry (8/5): Very good - Being on the first floor.
The ladies that service the room are great. I stayed in room 134. The noise. It was terrible. I guess different work crews use this hotel. Once they get off work they sit outside and drink and congregate. Not a big issue for me but the area the sit and drink was close to my room so all I could hear was their conversations.
For 3 of the 4 nights we stayed it sounded like a football team practicing above us. This would go on to 1 am then start all over at 5 am. I. Assuming the acoustics in the floor are not that great.
The fridge chirped all night. Luckily we travel with a fan so the fan drowned out the noise. To be fair I forgot to report the issue to the front desk.
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Typical motel with everything clean and functional. No issues with anything. A good Safeway 6mins walk to buy breakfast and dinner goods. Otherwise not much in Burney. A little expensive for where and what it is.
