Juste une déception lors du petit déjeuner, une personne an mis en doute le fait que ma fille puisse avoir 12ans pour profiter de la gratuité. J’ai proposé de le prouver en allant à la réception mais celle-ci a dit qu’elle allait le faire. 🤷🏽‍♂️

• Claudia (8/5): Es war ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. - Das Personal war extrem nett. Die ÖV Anbindung ist sehr gut. Die Betten waren bequem. Das die Minibar im Zimmer nur ein Kühlschrank war 😉. Aber es gibt die Möglichkeit im Foyer was zu kaufen.

• rmx_1880 (8/5): Très bien - Chambre propre et plutôt grande. Superbe salle de bain. Excellent petit déjeuner Les chambres ne sont pas hyper bien agencées pour un usage familial. Elles sont bien adaptées à un usage business ou pour un voyage d'affaires. Une meilleure séparation des coins enfants et adultes pour une meilleure intimité serait à considérer au vu des dimensions des chambres quand même tout à fait correctes...

Je n’ai eu personne en français ou italien à la réception et mon anglais est laborieux... Snacks et boissons totalement hors de prix!

• Volker (8/5): Die Vorteile überwiegen - wir werden wieder dort reservieren. - Danke an das Personal. - Die Lage war hervorragend - egal ob zum SSB- oder Bad. Bahnhof - in weniger als 10 Minuten war man mit dem kostenlosen Baselticket mitten im Zentrum. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, optisch ansprechend und allzeit befüllt. Die Versorgungsmöglichkeit mit kostenlosem frischem, kaltem und ggfs. sprudelndem Baselwasser ist mehr als erwähnenswert. Am 08.05.2026 mussten wir am Barfüssermarkt 11,00 Franken für einen Liter Baselwasser bezahlen - WUCHER! Quieteschende durchgelegene Betten - sollten dringend und unverzüglich erneuert werden!

• CD323 (8/5): Good location - Very clean comfortable modern hotel in a good location for arriving by train and a reasonable walk into the city but there is a tram close by if needed and card provided by hotel to use at no cost. Staff on reception very friendly. Bar staff not so much when i redeemed my welcome drink vouchers. A little surly. Gym was adequate. Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t comment. My only gripe was the cardboard coffee cups. No idea why proper cups which can be washed can’t be provided instead of throwing away the cups!!! Apart from that all good and would recommend.

• Charles (8/5): Ben posizionato ma non del tutto al riparo del rumore - Posizione eccellente (per la stazione FFS e per lo stadio St Jakob) Si sente un po' in sottofondo il rumore della strada principale e delle altre camere (chiusura delle porte, grida di bambini nel corridoio, acqua che scorre nei tubi). La parete semitrasparente tra il bagno e la camera è poco pratico perché se uno dorme è disturbato dalla luce proveniente dal bagno Avremmo apprezzato una macchina da caffè invece del caffè solubile
