• Juan (8/5): Fue bueno - Los instalaciones del hotel fueron excelentes, mi esposa y mi hija amaron mucho el hotel desde el primer día Habíamos reservado para 2 personas y mi hija pero, pero al llegar recibimos otra habitación, aunque no nos quejamos por ello, si fue difícil que nos dieran sábanas y una almohada extra, tuve que llamar 3 veces e ir directamente a recepción a arreglar el problema, al final solo recibí la sábana pero no la almohada.

• Artur (10/5): - Some hotels are just a place to sleep, but this one actually made the trip feel better. Mornings were quiet, there is no queue for breakfast. The room always smelled fresh after housekeeping. After long day outside, coming back here felt genuinely relaxing. Small details were clearly taken seriously. We enjoyed it a lot.

• Katerina (2/5): I do not recommend this hotel - The hotel does not meet a 5-star standard. It is very outdated, with only the lobby renovated. The furniture is old, and the hallway carpets are dirty and stained. The windows in the room do not close properly, so all the street noise can be heard. The bathroom has a persistent damp and musty smell. At breakfast, the table runners are dirty. Hotels like this should not be rated as 5-star.

• Saundra (8/5): My stay was great, outside the temperature of my room, which made it a bit uncomfortable while sleeping. - I loved the location, accommodations and the welcoming staff. I didn’t like how hot my room was. I understand it was still set in winter mode, so we were unable to turn on air only heat. I was advised to open the window, but for the most part it remained 28 C in the room.
