- Betül (8/5): - Arp Dalyan güzel tatlı bir tesisti. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Odalar temizdi. Temizlik en hassas noktaydı yorumları okuyarak gelmiştim zaten. Biz dört gece konakladık tatilimizin ortasında yan odamız doldu. Malesef ses yalıtımı yeterince iyi değil ama çok geç bir saatte eşyaları fütursuzca hareket ettirmeleri ve yüksek sesle konuşmaları tabiki insanlarımızın düşüncesizliğü. Malesef iki gece çok rahat uyuyamadım. Ses yalıtımı bir eksi olabilir belki. Kahvaltısı zenginleştirilebilir ve daha sıcak gelebilir börekler ekmekler vs. Manzara müthiş, her şeyden uzak bir tatil için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Cuma geceleri canlı müzik var. Otelin girişinde küçük bir takı mağazası var kesinlikle çok güzeldi alışveriş yaptık. Dalyan çarşıya yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Gürültüden uzak ama yürüme mesafesinde oluşu artı puandı. Çok yakında yürüme mesafesinde migros bulunuyor. Havuzu küçük ilgilenenler için. Ben havuz sevmediğim için beni etkileyen bir durum değildi. Yine gider miyim? Evet giderim :)
- Daphnée (10/5): - Perfect boutique hotel, with amazing staff. the localisation is amazing, no needs to pay for a boat tour. You’re at 20 min far away from turtle beach. You also have chance to see turtle in the morning! Thats a very nice localisation.

- Niyazi (8/5): - Otel temiz ve tenhaydı konum olarak da gayet iyiydi tam kral mezarları karşısındaydı. Kahvaltı ideal ve doyurucuydu kral mezarlarına bakarak kahvaltı yapabiliyorsunuz altta nehirde kaplumbağa ve balıklar size eşlik ediyor gayet memnun kaldım.

Temizlik durumu iyiydi. Kahvaltı inanılmaz değil ama yeterli düzeyde. Ekstra ücret ile alınan yeme/içme hizmetinin fiyatları makul. Türk kahvesi 60tl, kokteyller 350tl. Havuz küçük, pek bir şey anlamazsınız, ancak serinlemelik atlanır. Üst kattaki odalardan birinde kaldım ve tavanlar çatı eğimliydi. Çok sorun olmadı ama boyu uzun, 1.90 üstü kişiler bu tipteki odalarda sorun yaşarlar. Odalar küçük, ferah değiller ama otelin konsepti bu şekilde zaten. Otelin konumu çok iyi, dalyanın canlı bölgesine 10dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin iskelesinden kaplumbağaları izleyip besleyebiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar kibarlar. Günlük havlu değişimi, çöp alımı yapıyorlar. Otelin kendi otoparkı sadece 4 araçlık ama çevreye de park edilebildiği için otopark sorunu yok denilebilir. Giriş ve çıkışlarımızı hızlıcı yapabildik.

The Turkish breakfast was delightful overlooking the river and tombs. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the row boat to the other side of the river and Kaunos. Highly recommend.

As you eat your Turkish breakfast, you can gaze upon the rock tombs and see a flotilla of tour boats, cruising along the river towards the amazing turtle Beach. The tour boats can pick you up and drop you off right at the dock. The hotel is family owned and family run so you get great service.

- Huong (10/5): First rate accommodation - A modern clean bright wonderful riverside hotel (15 min walk from Dalyan center). Surrounded by many cafes, restaurants yet quiet in the evenings. Hotel owners and staff services are excellent. The terrace view of the King’s Tomb and the river over delicious and bountiful Turkish Breakfast is sublime.

Son gün çok erken otelden ayrılacağımız için 2 tane süper lezzetli sandwich hazırlayıp odamıza koymaları da çok düşünceli ve hoş bir davranıştı. Dalyandaki adresimiz belli artık.

Unfortunately the service was very poor and somewhat unwelcoming. The pool area could do with an update. Lots of weeds and looking neglected. The hotel lacked atmosphere. Would not return sadly.

The only to ‘issues’ were : 1: electricity was cut during a day with 40+ degrees but I understand that it also affected other properties in the area 2.: the blinds are too thin and it’s super bright in the morning . Other than that, the place is a 10 out of 10.

- Gerry (10/5): A little gem in Dalyan. - Great location, very helpful staff, great breakfast sitting beside the river. and on 3 mornings, whilst having breakfast a turtle swam just below us. Fantastic! Also great views across the river to Kaunos. Free parking (for about 5 cars), and parking nearby is not difficult. Only small problem was the blinds were practically transparent and let too much light in (which woke me too early). The owners say they are addressing this. Only 30-40 mins from Dalaman airport. Overall, a great stay and v good value.

However, only tee and coffee are included in the breakfast rate. We found noise cancellation in the rooms to be lacking. Sezon sonu olduğu için tek eksisi kahvaltı aslında yeterki iyi ama başka yerlerdr bana hep sorulurdu omleti nasıl istersiniz diye bırada hiç sorulmadan kendi zevklerine göre klasik kahvaltı tabağı denilecek şekilde getirmeleri. - Sharon (10/5): - The Arp is a home from home- I stayed here 4 years ago and was not disappointed. The same high standards of care and attention- comfortable rooms and amazing showers ! In the perfect position by the river and a beautiful pool area and surroundings. I would only say that I would like to see the return of the buffet style breakfast as for me the breakfast can be overwhelming when presented to you and I would like to be able to pick and choose on a daily basis and I would hope it would be less wasteful. Cake served everyday at 5pm with tea and coffee was an absolute treat and delicious. Brilliant place and highly recommended.

- Matthew (10/5): Highly recommend for a romantic break - Beautiful boutique hotel on the river front in the quiet and more up market end of Dalyan. We have an upstairs room, which has recently added a balcony it was bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool area is a beautiful place to react. The cafe/ restaurant area and terrace over looking the river are beautiful and provide such a great setting to start your day at breakfast. The breakfast which is Inclusive in the room cost is exceptional with eggs (cooked to preference) and a meze of cheese, fruit, pastries, bread and jams. It was super!
- Nigel (10/5): - Superb stay. We were upgraded to a magnificent large room but all of the rooms were very good. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very good with 20 individually prepared items. The owner also arranged our transfers and asked for our genuine feedback when we checked out. The view across the estuary to the tombs could not be beaten in Dalyan and the pool was secluded and cleaned regularly. 5 minutes walk into town. There are dozens of hotels to choose from but this was perfect. We would recommend this to friends and family and I don’t know how it could be faulted in any way.

There is also a spacious common area by the water and pool, with water taxi pickup and a great view of the tombs. Especially at night. - JackiU (10/5): - I had the perfect, most ideal stay at Arp Hotel during my visit to Dalyan. I couldn't have picked a better hotel. The location perfect, as you can see from the photos. The common space area is so pleasant to relax at during the day or late into the night. It's clean, peaceful, with option to purchase Wine & Beer from the fridge. The owner and his family who live on property are so helpful and friendly. They leave you alone, yet are around if you ever need. Breakfast is fresh and abundant. Room is spacious, clean, with modern amenities. Heat system works great in the winter months. If you need help arranging a boat tour, massages, recommendations, they can help arrange it all. I highly highly recommend it for a stay here.

The view of tombs and river was breathtaking - it has a very calming, relaxing and magical setting. Everything was so perfect... room, decor, pool area, conservatory, staff and breakfast!

The hotel was spotless and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure this was the case, we had a small ground floor room with outside space which was ideal for us with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

- Alan (10/5): Amazing wee hotel.... - Stayed for 11nights. And this is our second time here. A small boutique hotel and a wee cracker it is too. Located on the riverside with beautiful views. Rooms are well sized with aircon tv safe all free. Tea and coffee facilities too. Breakfast was more than plenty with a good selection for all. Snacks at anytime too are lovely. Pool are is very quiet with plenty sun beds. Owners are lovely. In fact I couldn’t say a bad word at all

- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing hotel on the riverside - This hotel is in a fantastic location on the Dalyan river, a boat can come directly to the hotel to take you on tours etc. Breakfast was fantastic, the staff were amazing and especially the hotel manager Berk and his wife - they really made us feel welcome and I would stay here again and again. There are no riverside views from the room however you can sit by the river whenever you like. Afternoon tea was also served complementary as well. Perfect place for couples. 10/10

- Alan (10/5): A wee Gem... - This is a generally small hotel with only 15 rooms..Which suited us to a tee...The rooms are more than adequate with free Aircon and a Safe too..Satelite television and a large shower with constant hot water.. Staff do a great job from the cleaners who clean your room every day and fresh towels too everyday..Breakfasts are more than adequate for most peoples pallet..No English breakfasts. Fruits Cereal Cheeses Meats Eggs olives etc etc...Basically a turkish breakfast which was lovely.. Hotel itsself is small but very welcoming..Plenty sunbeds and adequate size pool..Its also has a bar at the end of the garden which looks onto the river and Tombs... Overall i would highly reccommend this hotel to couples...

- paul (10/5): Ideal small hotel with great views over river - First time to Dalyan and staying at this small hotel made it all the more enjoyable for me.Its in a quiet area about 10 mins walk into centre. Sit out on the jetty at the back Tombs across the river lit up at night.Its just so peaceful and relaxing.Just what I needed.The odd turtle coming up to have a look at you.A real experience.
- Ann (8/5): Down in Dalya - The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk into Dalya town centre which has lots of waterside restaurants and tourist shopping, as well as bus/boat transport to local points of interest. We did a great 12 island boat tour and day excursions by bus to the Turtle beach and Fethiye for the rock tombs and museum.
