Zu Fuß, keine zwei Minuten ins „Leben“ der sehr schönen Altstadt von Alcúdia (Geschäfte, Kaffes, Restaurants & …) und dennoch hat man im Hotel die Ruhe die man sich wünscht. Nach dem herzliche Empfang von Martha mit vielen guten Empfehlungen (Märte, Strände, Ausflüge, Tapa-Bars & Restaurants) fühlte man sich von Anfang wohl. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sehr sauber und hatte alles was man von einem kleinen, familiär geführten Stadthotel erwarten darf. Vor der Stadtmauer von Alcúdia gibt es ausreichend kostenfrei Parkplätze, die nur 5 Gehminuten zum Hotel entfernt sind. Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, denn wir waren in Alcúdia oder auf unseren Kurzausflügen frühstücken. Wir haben die 5 Tage (Mitte Mai) genossen und waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden => 5 von 5 Sterne und wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir haben kei Kritikpunkt!

Property was trendy and comfortable with a lovely ambiance, quiet and cool. A nice stay We stayed in a suite which was on two floors which wasn't a problem but accessing the toilet a night which was downstairs from the bed. Also the water machine was downstairs and not usually a problem however when it's raining and you have to dash from your suite, not ideal

• Marcel (9/5): Makelloser Aufenthalt in der Altstadt von Alcúdia - Besonders gut an dem Hotel hat uns die Lage inmitten der malerischen Altstadt von Alcúdia gefallen. Außerdem hat uns die übersichtliche Anzahl an Zimmern überzeugt, wodurch eine gewisse Ruhe und Familiarität herrscht. Wir waren unter anderem zum Rennradfahren auf Mallorca und das Hotel bietet sogar einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem das Frühstück, bei dem jeden Morgen frische Eierspeisen oder auch Pancakes bestellt werden können. Wir können das Hotel in jedem Fall empfehlen! Nichts.
• Nicole (9/5): Beautiful building, great location, and awesome hot tub! - The room was compact but very functional. The beds were comfortable, and the robes and slippers were a great touch! The hot tub and lounge space were incredible. The "honour bar" was a great feature as well! We did not try the breakfast, but it looked impressive. We may have missed it, but I don't think there was air conditioning. It was fine when we were there in March, but I imagine it might be quite warm in the summer.
• Charlotte (9/5): Charmant hôtel au cœur du centre historique d’Alcudia - La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner, l’emplacement de l’hôtel et son charme, le jacuzzi, les parties communes (bâtiment « Quinze »), la cuisine partagée avec thé, café et eau à volonté, le calme des ruelles alentour bien que l’hôtel soit situé en plein centre historique d’Alcudia La fonctionnalité de la chambre. Il manquait des étagères et des accroches au mur pour pouvoir suspendre les serviettes par exemple. La porte de la douche qui ne coulissait pas très bien aussi.

• Melanie (7/5): - Das Frühstück war großartig. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist in ein altes Gebäude gebaut. Die Wände sind großartig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Man fühlt sich im Hotel wohl. Anders als das Hotel war unser Zimmer 108 weniger einladend. Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster in den Innhof zum Pool, wodurch es nie ganz ruhig war. Es war auch nie ganz dunkel, da die Poolbeleuchtung dauerhaft an war. Das Zimmer war auch an vielen Stellen abgenutzt und besonders im Bad hat man dies an den Fugen bemerkt. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr klein und nicht einladend weil kein Tageslicht ins Zimmer kommt. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass die Zimmer im neuen Teil einladender sind.

Alles is op loopafstand in het oude centrum. Altijd makkelijk de auto kunnen parkeren rondom de stadsmuur. Het is wat prijziger maar zeker het geld waard !

The hotel is small but very modern, it has all you might need. The breakfast is the only thing I thought could maybe be improved a bit. But still would def recommend this place!!!

Wir waren im Oktober hier und an kälteren Tagen tat es sehr gut, im warmen Wasser zu entspannen. Das Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet und jeden Morgen ein Highlight.

Ein sehr freundliches und junges Team, tolles frühstücksbuffett mit verschiedenen eier- oder süss-speisen auf wunsch, auch glutenfreies gebäck nach vorankündigung war reichlich und gut! Ein mini- jacuzzi mit wenigen liegen im innenhof, ein kleines aber sehr hübsches Zimmer, Balkon in den innenhof mit Blick auf den Rathausturm, Bad mit gut duftenden rituals- produkten- alles in allem ein tolles stadthotel, wenn man lieber in den Gassen bummelt als direkt in strandnähe zu sein !

Die jungen (ausschließlich) Damen scheinen Freude an ihrer Arbeit zu haben. Besonders beim Frühstück ist zu sehen, dass alle Hand in Hand greifen, um dem Gast ein besonderes Service zu bieten. Frühstück ist super - nicht nur Buffet, auch individuelle Bestellungen sind möglich; zum Beispiel leckere Pfannkuchen. Parkplatz vor den Stadtmauern - in rund 200 Metern Entfernung. Aufgrund der Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt aber logisch.
• Thabea (10/5): Eine kleine Oase inmitten einer süßen trubeligen Altstadt - Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und lädt auf jeden Fall zum Entspannen ein! Das Frühstück ist perfekt gestaltet mit einem Buffet mit allem was man braucht und warmen Speisen à la carte. Die Lage ist inmitten der Stadt mit dem Menschentrubel um die Ecke, von dem man aber nichts mitbekommt! Kostenloses Parken war kein Problem ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen, vielen Dank! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder !

• 376SimonL (10/5): Fantastic staff in a superb location. - We had a short journey from Pollensa to Alcudia, so knew that we would arrive early. Staff were lovely and told us that we could check in and leave our bags safely in reception until our room was ready at 3 o’clock. We returned to the hotel early evening (due to a storm) and we’re advised that our cases had already been delivered to the room! The room was fabulous with a large bed and dual aspect windows as we had a corner room. The bathroom was large with a powerful rainforest shower. There is a small Pool, which is by the courtesy bar. We didn’t venture to the spa, and also be aware that there are two separate buildings for this hotel. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel due to the lovely friendly,professional staff and the location is fantastic. You can’t get any closer to the old town.

This was the best hotel we stayed at by far, and we will definitely be back. We also tried Hotel Nixe Palace - right on the beach - and preferred this one.

The food was excellent and very diverse, with something for everyone to enjoy. The location in the old town is also fantastic. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

• V6523VYjessicaj (10/5): Perfect hotel - We only stayed here one night but we had the best time! The staff were so lovely and helpful and helped us arrange a taxi from the hotel to another location. It is in a great area with lots to do - we visited the markets on the Sunday morning which i would recommend. The hotel itself is perfect - so clean and the rooms have everything you need. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here as we will be coming back!
