• antoinette (10/5): Stay there ! - Our experience from the moment we checked i. to the moment we checked out was seamless. We experienced friendly, athenians helpful information on the town of Noto- How to walk there (easily)from the Villa Ambra, how to park in the town itself, what to see & where to eat. Then, there was the breakfast! A spread like we have never experienced- almonds, chocolate & homemade jam, all made by the owners + several Sicilian breakfast specialties, yoghurt, a hard boiled egg, almond paste and pistachio stuffed pastries- and of course coffee of our choice. I could go on, but you get the idea 🤗

• Arno (9/5): Goed verzorgd onderkomen. - Ambra en haar team hebben bijzonder goed voor ons gezorgd. We hadden een ruime kamer met goede voorzieningen en een balkon. Op onze verdieping bevond zich ook een comfortabel terras met een prachtig uitzicht op Noto. Het ontbijt blonk uit in een verscheidenheid van (eigen) producten. Er is ook parkeergelegenheid bij de villa. Houd er rekening mee dat er enkel trappen zijn naar de bovenste verdieping. Maar er werd hulp geboden met het sjouwen van de koffers. En lopen naar het centrum is wel een dingetje.

L'établissement est très bien entretenu, propre. Le parking privé est un plus. Une bonne literie, l'espace commun et la zone de repos sont bien appréciables. Petit bémol sur la taille de la douche.

A simple walk into Noto was part of the beauty of staying just on its outskirts, and gazing at it from our balcony allowed a nice perspective of its whole. nothing

Bra parkering på innergården. Ca 15 min gångväg till ”restauranggatan”. Det ligger lite off men helt ok och även skönt att slippa köra i de trånga gränderna :-)

Ik zou wel een kamer langs de achterkant kiezen in het vervolg, de zijkant is tamelijk rumoerig, veel gerij en hondengeblaf. Super dat we de auto achteraan op privé terrein konden parkeren.

Ambra herself was wonderful and knowledgeable, always ready to help with a days lovely itinerary. The rooms were perfect, very clean with comfortable beds and hot showers. The guests also share a lovely terrace with a beautiful view of Notto. The highlight was a magnificent farm-to-table breakfast with many Sicilian delicacies from her garden. Nothing - it was perfect.

• Renate (9/5): Sehr zufrieden, würde wiederkommen! - Das opulente Frühstück, der Garten mit kleinem zum Zimmer gehörigen Platz mit Tisch und Sesseln, hübsche Zimmerausstattung, schöne Gesamtausstattung mit typisch sizilianischem Geschirr. Trinkwasser war immer kostenlos. Hund in der Nähe hat oft in der Nacht gebellt.
• Saric (10/5): Very pleasent, and will repeat if ever come close to Noto - The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, and it was a great way to start the day. Also, the owner explain the breakfast and you really feel Noto and Sicily. I also really liked the balcony, as well as the shared one, which were both lovely places to relax for a while. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and it felt like being at home. The accommodation was excellent overall, and including the parking. The location is reasonably close to the city, but the surrounding buildings and the general atmosphere of the area were not particularly attractive.

Pusryčiai yra iš kito pasaulio - tobuli, tai kaip ritualas, paruošia atskirą stalą su labai daug paragavimo dalykų, viskas iš jų ūkio. Vien dėl pusryčių čia rekomenduoju važiuoti. Labai labai verta. Šiek tiek toliau centro, bet per langus tobulas vaizdas, todėl ir toliau.

• Werner (9/5): - Spezielles, mit viel Liebe zubereitetes Frühstück. Wir erhielten gute Ideen/Vorschläge füt unsere Weiterreise. Autoparkplatz ist abgeschlossen. Ist bestens zu empfehlen. Es war alles vorhanden, aber das Badezimmer war etwas klein.

Nous recommandons la villa Ambra Une soirée à cause d'un voisin mais ça n'est pas la faute de l'hôte si certains n'ont aucun respect.

• MARC (10/5): À conjuguer au plus-que-parfait - Parfait l’accueil et les conseils d’Ambra sur les visites dans tout le val di Noto, parfait le B&B, un VRAI B&B avec la famille qui loge dans la maison, parfait la terrasse, la maison, la chambre, l’emplacement, plus que parfait le petit-déjeuner avec des produits de la maison.

Baño con muy buena presión de agua. Aire acondicionado. Desayuno variado y personalizado con productos regionales. Estacionamiento propio en el predio, sin costo. También se puede estacionar en la calle gratis. En auto son 5 minutos al centro. A pie tener en cuenta que hay subidas y bajadas. Por momentos la señal wifi se perdía en la habitación, pero el B&B cuenta con WiFi. La cabina del duchero adecuada. Puede que personas muy obesas tengan dificultad para maniobrar.

Noto ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen im SE der Insel. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 10 Min. Fussweg von der Innenstadt entfernt.

The room was very clean, and comfortable, (hot water, comfortable bed and pillows, spacious) there is not a bad thing that I can say! I had my dog with me, she was able to go in the garden and was welcomed. Parking on site. Breakfast….the breakfast served is worth the visit in itself! Highly recommended, will certainly stay again if visiting Noto again! Short walk to the town centre.

Ambra si è dimostrata persona davvero squisita, professionale e disponibile.

• Ralph (9/5): Von der Villa Ambra kann der Südosten Siziliens sehr gut erkundet werden. - Die Villa Ambra ist fußläufig (ca. 10 min) zum Zentrum von Noto gelegen und hat einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Vom Balkon unseres Zimmers gibt es einen Blick auf das Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe zubereitet und sehr variantenreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das WLAN ist verbesserungswürdig, teilweise gab es kein Internet.
• Unterwegs14 (10/5): Super Host - Die beste, freundlichste, hilfsbereiteste Gastgeberin, die wir jemals erlebt haben. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und mit Blick auf Noto. Viele Tipps wohin man gehen kann, gut essen kann. Auto in abgesperrtem Garten. Frühstück mit süßen und salzigen Teilen. Selbstgemachte Marmelade. Weg in die Stadt zu Fuß nicht schön. Mit dem Auto kein Problem - nur kurzer Weg.. Gastgeberin weiß die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Altstadt.

Sie versorgt ihre Gäste mit tollen Ausflugstipps für Noto und die gesamte Umgebung. Das Frühstück mit vielen Produkten aus ihrem eigenen Garten ist außergewöhnlich. Sonderwünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Die Lage ist ideal, um Noto und Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch Syrakus ist gut und schnell erreichbar. Nichts!

El lugar era muy lindo, se ve que fue creado con mucho amor y dedicación. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y las personas que trabajan en el alojamiento muy amables. El parqueadero es gratis y en el lugar.

Very easy and comfortable atmosphere and check in, very good and rich breakfast (local products and plenty of choices), private parking and good for a stay when you are in Noto. The bathroom was small (probably different for other rooms), yet not a minus as the overall package was 100% a good one. We would come and stay again. All good!!!

• Silke (10/5): Wunderbares B&B mit fantastischem Frühstück - Als wir mit dem Auto nach Noto zur Adresse des B&B gefahren sind, waren wir zunächst etwas geschockt - die Umgebung passte nicht zu der überaus guten Bewertung. Aber welche Überraschung erlebten wir, als wir die Aussicht von der wunderbaren Terrasse auf die Altstadt von Noto sahen! Einfach gigantisch. Das Frühstück war das allerbeste auf Sizilien, mit vielen typischen Speisen und Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten. Wir erhielten wertvolle Hinweise für Restaurants und Speisen, die besonders gut sind und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Außerdem erhielten wir tolle Tipps mit Karte für Unternehmungen in der Stadt und in der Umgebung und sogar für die ganze Reise.

• rudolf (10/5): ein sehr schöner, unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, leider viel zu kurz - Ambra ist eine begeisterte Gastgeberin. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, viele Tipps (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants in Noto). Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, Balkon mit schöner Sicht auf Noto, abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Garten. Das Frühstück ist unschlagbar: sehr grosszügig und liebevoll angerichtet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Absolute Spitze! (unbedingt Frühstück buchen, es lohnt sich!!)
• gudrun (9/5): Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen - Das B&B liegt etwas außerhalb, das Zentrum ist aber gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es gab kein Frühstücksbufett, da es jeweils mit viel Liebe gedeckte 2-er Tische gab. Es gab von allem etwas - Süsses, Herzhaftes, Joghurt, Obst und einige Leckereien mehr. Da man nicht alles schaffen konnte, gab es Tüten, um die Reste mitzunehmen. Das Zimmer hätte größer sein können, aber wir hatten einen Balkon mit Stadtblick und haben Abends den Blick auf das beleuchtete Noto genossen. Es gibt ausserdem eine Dachterrasse. Ambra gibt viele Tipps, auch noch über Noto hinaus. ./.

• Schaeper (9/5): A charming hotel with a warm welcome - A true family run hotel, Ambra and all the staff are lovely, efficient and welcoming. They make the stay special. Villa Ambra has a traditional Italian b&b style which is charming, and what we came to Italy to experience. There is a lovely terrace with a view of Noto and a common lounge room, also quaint and charming. The breakfast is supreme. It is so generous and varied, we could only sample part of it each morning. It is made more special and impressive because much is home grown and made including a health giving drink, fruit, honey, jam, eggs and nuts. Noto is a picturesque town with grand buildings, piazzas and churches and plenty of restaurants. A perfect place for strolling around. Even after our stay Ambra went out of her way to help with our luggage. She gave excellent suggestions for Noto and our next stop. What an impressive young woman! Nothing

• agc (10/5): Fantastico! - Our stay at Ambra B&B was wonderful, exceeding our expectations in every way. The facilities are beautiful, the staff welcoming and so so helpful. And breakfast was beyond belief, a buffet at every table, including fresh pastries, home made foods with ingredients from the garden, and everything you could want and more. The owner (Ambra) was so helpful in planning our daily site seeing and selecting the best restaurants, she should be a travel agent :). We used Noto as a home base to visit many of the surrounding towns, and this worked out well for us. Ambra, thank you for making our stay at your beautiful B&B so special.
