Even though it was announced that the room had it. When we complained about it, the staff didn't offer any kind of compensation. Bedroom sheets were poor quality.

Pena que não perguntei o nome dela mas, trouxe um endredon assim que eu pedi. Muito obrigado. Banheiro minusculo, sem toalha de rosto e nem toalha de chão, molha todo o chão após o banho. Café da manhã após 7:30 hr. E o odor do banheiro.

- Paula Andrea (4/5): Honest review - Aceptable When I arrived at the hotel, I was honestly a bit scared because of the bad reviews I had read before coming. At first, I didn’t understand why the ratings were so low, because overall the hotel meets the standards of an acceptable stay. The room was clean, not too small, the bathroom was spacious, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. However, I believe the hotel has two major problems. The first one is the administrative management. It seems the hotel accepts large groups of young tourists from other countries, and unfortunately this makes the nights completely unbearable for the rest of the guests. They spent hours screaming, running through the hallways, knocking on doors, and making excessive noise. At 1:30 in the morning they were still shouting, even after several guests asked them to please be quiet. It was honestly a horrible night, and I don’t understand why these types of group trips are mixed with regular guests who are simply trying to rest. The second issue is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear absolutely everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which makes the situation even worse. I think the hotel itself has potential and could actually offer a decent experience, but these two problems seriously affect the quality of the stay.

- GS (9/5): Escale sympa et belle nuit de récupération - Nuit de transit réservée au dernier moment avant de rejoindre Bari le lendemain matin tôt . Chambre confortable bien qu’un peu petite et au calme . La literie était excellente. La gare est à 10 à pieds! Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de prendre tranquillement le petit déjeuner mais ils ont eu la grande gentillesse de nous préparer des sandwiches, fruits, jus et nous avons pu complété debout. Merci ! Le buffet était variée et de très bonne qualité . Le personnel était très avenant . Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter .

Datorita structurii hotelului camerele sunt mici, dar pentru camera repartizata mai rău a fost mirosul la intrarea in camera probabil de la lemnul ușilor de la baie care sunt mai vechi.

- Sara (1/5): - Niente Abbiamo prenotato una stanza pagandola in anticipo con conferma di disponibilità ma quando siamo arrivati li al desk il ragazzo(molto gentile) ci ha detto che purtroppo non risultava la prenotazione nel sistema e ha dovuto trovarci una “sistemazione alternativa”. Siamo finiti in una struttura esterna all’hotel minuscola, vecchia e trasandata senza nemmeno le coperte (il ragazzo è andato gentilmente a cercarne qualcuna). Esperienza da non ripetere.

Molto utile avere la reception sempre aperta e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out. La posizione era buona perchè a 10 minuti dalla metro Manzoni, ma la via in sé non era il massimo. Non mi sarei sentita così sicura senza mio marito, specialmente la sera. La porta era un po' dura da chiudere, proprio da sbattere. Purtroppo gli ospiti della camera affianco erano molto rumorosi la prima notte, ma questo chiaramente non dipende dall'hotel. Le pareti evidentemente sono sottili, ma c'è da aspettarselo in questo tipo di strutture a Roma, quindi niente di imprevedibile. Altra pecca: non c'era l'ascensore per salire al secondo piano. Ho visto sul sito che parrebbe che ci siano camere con ascensore e camere senza... va' controllato prima della prenotazione.

Ci sono anche dei distributori automatici con bibite, gelati o bevande calde con dei tavolini. Letto molto comodo. C'erano dei gruppi di ragazzi molto giovani che la mattina verso le sette e trenta hanno fatto un rumore infernale nel corridoio della camera. Però l'ho presa con umorismo perché veramente mi sono chiesta come fosse possibile fare tanto rumore. Bisogna dire che c'è un cartello che invita a non fare rumore...

Just a bad move. The reviews were absolutely right, unfortunately. Small and smelly room, no hot water. Breakfast included, it seemed a good deal... Until we found out that the quality was very low. Receptionist Joana was nasty and unfriendly. One of the worst Hotels i've ever seen.

- Pamela (8/5): Acceptable. - Staff excellent, I adored them. The room was not great, but this was maybe cause we were travelling with our dog, but we paid some extra for a room with a toilet that were not cleaned well before our arrival. I think that it's too expensive for what it offers. The breakfast is acceptable, but very low quality food. I recommend it anyway if you travel with your dog.

Soluzione valida per una sola notte per due - La posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni e alla metro Le camere non pulite a dovere è abbastanza mal messe. Il bidet integrato nel water scomodo considerando che c’è poco spazio per le gambe. Appendiabiti che traballano. filtri dei condizionatori da sanificate in quanto pieni di polvere. Letto duro con materasso a molle. Cuscini come veli. Corrente che salta se utilizzo asciugacapelli personale. Colazione scarsa, fornetto rotto e pane fresco non presente. Un tipo di cornetto e un tipo di torta.
