There is construction going on next to the hotel and the parking lot is a rock parking lot. We drove up on a motorcycle so the only down fall is beware of the construction going on because no where on booking was there any information about construction and that the property doesn’t have motorcycle friendly parking

- Joseph (5/5): Mostly enjoyed the stay, but would have really enjoyed it if the pool, which is required amenity.. - Location was great, staff courteous, friendly. The pool was not very inviting, and was very cloudy, the chlorine vapors were very strong and the evaporated chlorine was sucked into the room via the air-conditioning leaving myself and my wife with a sore throat in the morning.

- Shannon (10/5): Relaxing - I really liked staying there. The room was comfy for 5 of us. The private balcony was a plus. Pretty much quiet n right across from the beach. They had all the kitchen accessories plates cups pans and even dish soap ect.. just a short walk to the center. Perfect view of the wed night fireworks! I would stay here again :) The only thing I would say pool was a bit small. It was great if there wasn't a pool full of people. My grandkids loved it ❤

Would not pick the 3rd floor again since it's hard lugging suitcases up and down the stairs. The curtains are difficult to close and I would suggest using black out curtains because it's very bright in the morning. Overall it's a nice place to stay and has a heated pool. The pciture showed full stove/oven and full sized refrigerator. My room only had a microwave and two burner cooktop with a compact fridge.

- Richard (10/5): Great location for the beach-close enough and just far enough from busy summer boardwalk vibes! Even closer to the beach - The location is amazing. Short enough walking distance to the bustling boardwalk area-w/ just enough distance for a peaceful sleep/relaxation. The beach is literally across the street from the property.. once you cross the road-it’s up to you where you choose to spend your time on the beach.. ++You won’t need to worry about getting a parking spot either, as the motel has a designated 1vehicle/per room - in the parking lot behind motel property-upon check-in- a spot will be assigned by the front desk agent, good for the duration of your reservation. The rooms are bright, clean & tidy. Giving nautical beach vibes. Also, the ocean can clearly be seen from the top few floors-there are balcony areas for motel guests to enjoy.. where you will find some seating for all to enjoy gorgeous beach views, or even the fireworks on the fourth- perhaps w/ a cup of coffee or a beverage of sorts ; ) Soo Dont feel bad if “ocean view room type” isn’t available for your stay-you’ll still enjoy the views all the same!! (Images 1-3 attached: view from just some of the seating areas, mentioned above!) The front desk staff is friendly-and the housekeeping crew is on point and very hardworking. Hk services available upon request-the hk team does their best to ensure you have all that you need-ex. towels, trash emptied out etc. Also, word of advice! When you arrive and are ready to bring your belongings to your room- there is a short but gravely walk from designated parking lot to the stairs of the property. anything on wheels-literally gives a new meaning to *h—- on wheels* not going to roll smoothly-from point a to b! Without out obstructing entry: Unload your luggage prior to parking in rear designated lot. - and bring your things to your room & park your car after! : ) (The last image I attached, the designated parking lot in the short distance-seen under the sunset. As expected the pool was a bit noisy at times. But not awful! Obviously not, since we returned to this property for another stay!!

Being it is a touristy place I feel he should have been somewhat knowledgeable. He didn't really interact with us.

Beach is beautiful and clean though. - If you’re a fan of breathing in mold, trying to sleep through an AC that sounds like a freight train, and resting on a mattress as comfortable as a slab of concrete, this place is perfect for you.

It was right across the street from the beach a little bit of a walk to the boardwalk, but that’s what our legs are for only issue I had was that no one ever came in and swept the room. And being across from the beach, we couldn’t help but bringing some sand. Otherwise staff and facility is outstanding.

Staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean. The refrigerator in the room was small. So bring an extra cooler for drinks! The only issue i had was the bed. It was not comfortable and had a big dip in the middle. Other than that its a great place to stay.

Everytime we moved we could hear the springs going “boing, boing.” Couldn’t leave the sliders open, people were walking by looking in our room. In their defense we booked last minute so they had no private balconies available.

Manager tried ti tell me the spider webs that covered the balcony showed up they wipe ever say haha in siding railings furniture tub stained bathroom floor filthy behind toilet looked like years floors in room not swept or mopped $796.00 for two nights don’t do it!!
- Patten (9/5): Review of the Atlantic motel - We liked the kitchenette so we didn't have to buy food out. The pool was nice. It is walking distance to everything on the strip and only across the street from the ocean. Would stay again on a future Hampton trip. Only downside is the bathroom was so small you couldn't get dressed in it and the sink was outside the bathroom. Also the shower curtain was too short and the floor got soaked when showering.
- Judith (6/5): Work in progress, definitely MOTEL and a double bed room conversion - Location, locking mechanism being keyless, parking included in price, lots of hot water in shower and pressure, kitchenette area has been upgraded so could be a good benefit if had enough supplies; it is a work in progress motel from what we saw. Staff was friendly and helpful at front desk when open. Pool was clean but small Pulled into a sketchy looking parking situation but then was able to move to secured lot but had absolutely no lighting at night, Front room bed springs uncomfortable, lack of a/c in 2nd room and no pillows for daybed & trundle, had to rearrange room completely to even pull out trundle, also no curtains so sun comes through blinds, kitchenette missing complete settings to eat or prepare food, plastic chairs for table super hard, bathroom no sink and is around corner across from the kitchenette sink so really a strange setup reducing the small footprint. Housekeeping had to be requested.

It is Hampton Beach, which is not known for its “luxury hotels” and knowing that, I would stay there again!

- Susan (10/5): Seafood Festival 2024 - There was a rip in the sliding door screen upon my arrival to the room. I took a pic and told the front desk ckerk. This did not affect my peaceful quiet stay. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything you need to cook too...Pool looked great but it was windy, too cold for me. The porch deck was comfortable with all their great furniture.

- Patricia (10/5): It was a wonderful experience hoping to return next year - The room was a wonderful surprise very cozy & comfortable, the location was ideal I LOVED the ocean breeze on my face as I sat on the balcony. We didn't actual go on the beach because my husband has a handicap that limits his walking so the room was everything I could have asked for Thank You & the Staff was Very helpful, Friendly, & Polite Would have liked a restaurant or snack bar a little closer for anyone not able to walk any distance .
- Eric (9/5): It was what I expected. Comfy, close to beach, on the more quiet/less busy part of the beach. - Location, price, it had a pool, Kitchenet, main rooms were clean and tidy, comfy beds. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger and a little cleaner
- Christy (5/5): Avoid room 204 - First room smelled of old urine. pushed to get another room and on second request got moved to a better room that smelled ok. Otherwise the staff was very nice see above
- Sabrina (9/5): Great Stay, staff very friendly and clean rooms - Amazing! Loved the staff, how clean it was and the pool was great and warm ☺️ Only thing I would say is that it is not as close to the main boardwalk area, like if you go and come back a few times a day it may be tiring.

- Wanda (8/5): Very good - Love the location and the room rates are reasonable for the area. The standard double rooms are a little small, especially for families, but for my friend and myself, it was a little tight but we made it work.
