- Wallace (6/5): - Other than the bed the stay was fine. The bed was creaking and had an unsupported spot that was collapsing under my wife and I. New bed frames would make the stay a lot more comfortable. Property was beautiful and staff were nice.
- cristian (6/5): Non so come faccia ad essere un agriturismo - Aspiratore bagno non funzionante e porta che non si chiudeva. Buona posizione ma non è un agriturismo vero e proprio. All’interno della struttura c’è anche un campeggio e fino a mezzanotte non ririusciva a dormire

- Patricia (6/5): Agriturismo at a soccer camp - We booked 3 rooms. We were assigned 1 room in a building near the office/restaurant and 2 that were across 2 soccer fields from the 1st room! They were full and could not offer us a 3rd room closer to the rest of us. The door locks were difficult to maneuver; had to call the manager to get into the 1st room. Once settled, the rooms were clean and good enough for an overnight visit.

- Lauren (10/5): - The bedroom was nice and clean with AC and a little tv. The bed a very firm queen mattress placed low to the floor. The bathroom was very small with 2 toilets, a sink with a mirror, and a tall/narrow shower. The used towels and the used toilet paper is restocked daily. They do not speak a word of English. The bedding was not replaced once while staying there for 9 days. The door locks were very difficult to use.

Appena prenotato arriva una mail della struttura nella quale riferiscono che la sera dell'arrivo avremo potuto cenare direttamente lì e bastava dirlo in fase di ceck-in. Rispondo immediatemnte alla mail per prenotare, raccogliendo l'invito, in quanto saremo arrivati in tarda serata ed avendo mia figlia era comodo per noi restare direttamente lì ma, purtroppo... mi riferiscono che era tutto pieno !.Sarà per la serata del 31 ottobre, ma non riuscire ad aggiungere un tavolo per 3 persone, che soggiornano nella struttura, mi è sembrato alquanto scortese. La colazione, inoltre, non era inclusa nel prezzo (lo abbiamo appreso al ceck-in) ma senza problemi abbiamo pagato l'onesta differenza di € 5.00 a persona per poterne usufruire, pur se da un agriturismo così non ci si aspetta una colazione commerciale e veramnte di bassa qualità d organizzazione (pochi tavoli e seduti vicino a persone estranee). Nel complesso, avendo appreso le pecche ed essendo in maggior parte superiori le qualità della strutturam credo che ci ritornerò e stavolta pretendo di restare a cena.

Non ho effettuato la colazione perchè non era nel mio pacchetto, ma posso affermare che il ristorante propone piatti tipici della tradizione locale da leccarsi i baffi! Forse il posto dovrebbe essere meglio pubblicizzato perchè le foto pubblicate non rendono l'idea della struttura.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Poteva andare meglio - Appena arrivati abbiamo seguito la freccia con scritto Reception ma percorso un vialetto non ci sono piu' indicazioni, scopriamo che bisogna entrare dentro al ristorante ed attraversarlo fino in fondo per fare la registrazione, magari sarebbe utile scrivere Reception sulla porta del ristorante. La camera tripla e' in una struttura separata con vista parcheggio, il bagno e' cieco e senza ventola, non c'e' nessun appoggio per gli asciugamani e il supporto per il doccino e' rotto. Non c'e' l'armadio, ne' una sedia, ne' una scrivania, abbiamo dovuto appoggiare le valigie sul letto. Il letto ha un materasso veramente troppo sottile adatto solo a bambini piccoli, anche i cuscini sono sottilissimi. La tenda non e' oscurante ed alle cinque c'era gia' luce in camera. Abbiamo dormito male. Non lo consiglio
- Concetta (8/5): - Nel complesso siamo stati bene. La stanza era pulita, anche se priva di sedie ed appendiabiti, ma abbiamo prontamente risolto portando all'interno due sedie che si trovavano all'esterno. Il prezzo è ottimo, per un soggiorno breve tutto ok. La colazione buona.
- Ugo (4/5): - Abbiamo prenotato x 2 notti poco prima di Pasqua. La struttura merta molto per lo spazio e la natura che la circonda. Il cibo è stato buono, ma la camera é stata molto scarsa. Il prezzo è modico ma non giustifica la mancava di utilita e servizi. Appoggi zero, sia in bagno che in camera. Anche un gancio o appendino avrebbe fatto la differenza. No frigo. No armadio. No sedia. No poggiavaligia. Nessuna mensola in bagno, né portaspazzolini ed il fono non funzionava. Il letto scomodo con materassino e cuscini sottiletta e la Biancheria No Comment. È vero che il costo è stato invogliante ma se non avessimo pagato saremmo andati via. Peccato, con qualche piccolo dettaglio potrebbe essere un bel posto. Favorevole l ampio parcheggio. L'accessibilita e lo spazio verde intorno.

Molto ben curato anche il ristorante, mentre alle stanze del b&b hanno dedicato qualche attenzione in meno. Avrei gradito una sedia in camera e il riscaldamento in bagno...entrambe fondamentali secondo me. Complessivamente ci tornerei, lo consiglio!

Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi, ma l'insonorizzazione è pessima (si sentono chiaramente le voci dei vicini). La tendina della finestra fa entrare tutta la luce la mattina.Il bagno non è per niente funzionale (nessun appoggio), gli asciugamani a nido d'ape e non c'è il kit per l'igiene personale (solo il sapone). La colazione da migliorare.

- Antonio (4/5): Bungalow un pò vecchiotti. - L'idea non è male: una serie di bungalow in pietra, poco lontani dal ristorante (che è ottimo), con la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto di fronte l'ingresso. Purtroppo il servizio, i letti, il bagno sono piuttosto vecchi e poco comodi e decisamente poco funzionali. Non c'era neanche un armadio (solo cassettiera). La pulizia buona. Certo, va considerato il prezzo, che è basso, e rende quindi la soluzione accettabile per un paio di giorni. Si trova un pò fuori da Genzano, da considerare in base alle proprie esigenze.
