- Channy (6/5): - Super vue, pour certaine chambres. Lit pas tres confortable. Staff gentil mais (a part Houssim) pas trop au courant du fonctionnement. Salle de bains adequates (a l’etage). Wifi adequat. Distance de marche du centre-ville. Dejeuner correcte, pain, yogourt, oeuf cuits durs, granola. Quand meme assez bruyant si couche-tot.

- DOMINIC (2/5): - Je ne vous conseille vraiment pas de considérer cette option sauf si le prix est de moins de 100$. Nous avons été très déçu pour une chambre dans une auberge que nous avons payé 350$. C'est du vol pour ce qui est offert. Deplus les fenêtres était bloqué et il n'y avait aucune air climatisé. Le service des incendies interdit ce genre de pratique. Les employés se plaignaient de différentes situations concernant les clients. Le déjeuner est fait le plus cheap possible. Il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre et nous attendions la musique du bistro.

- Guylaine (10/5): - Nous étions 2 seulement ds toute l'auberge. J'ai dû me lever à 1h du matin pour aller dire à mon voisin de mettre ses écouteurs pour écouter son film car il m'empêchait de dormir ! Pour le reste, tout était correct.

- sandra (6/5): - Ce n’est pas mon premier arrêt à La Secousse et je dois dire que je suis généralement satisferaite de mon court séjour mais l’an dernier l’accueil avait été exceptionnel, le dejeuner avait été copieux (muffins biscuits, oeufs et toasts) et l’ambiance etait imcroyable. Cette année le staff était plutôt malpoli… une personne tuait les mouches autour de ous tandisqu’on mangeait dans la cuisine principale en plus qu’il ait manqué tact avec mon chum la veille. Je ne crois pas y retourner, mais je garde de bons souvenirs de l’an dernier.

- Susan (6/5): - The picture shown of the property is not the property I stayed in. Very misleading!!! The property is not on the beach. It's in a residual/business area a couple of blocks from the waterfront. I chose a private room which I liked but it was above the outdoor dining area of the pub below so noisy & cigarette smoke until 11 p.m. I couldn't open my windows which was very uncomfortable since there's no air conditioning & my stay was in July. Staff was nice (men only). Breakfast was included-continential.

- Jonathan (8/5): Great location, great staff, a good seaside stay! - Good location, friendly staff, a bit noisy, would benefit from sound proof insulation in the floor over the bar downstair. Since bed was not the most comfortable, don’t be afraid to ask for extra pillows. Staff was amazing!

- Alexandre (10/5): - Nous avons passé un moment absolument fantastique dns cette auberge ,accueil,commodité,services ,connexions et emplacement chambre avec super vue sur le St Laurent. J avais fortement souhaité depuis Quebec de retrouver un piano quelque part afin de jouer ….a ma plus grande surprise on retrouve un super piano dns le grand bar salon ,resto de la Secousse ou j ai donc pu en profiter. Ainsi puisque mon reve pianissimo est devenu realité je donne les 5 étoiles…sns oublier le cherry on the top …Wifii fonctionnait parfaitement ainsi qu un tres confortable lit …Merci a tout le personel de la Secousse !

Je ne m’entendais pas à rencontrer un chien sur le balcon avant de la propriété et qu’il est acces à l’intérieur (désagréable lorsqu’une personne à peur des chiens) j’aurai aimé qu’il l’indique sur le site.

Je compte y retourner 1 nuit ou 2 pendant mes vacances et je veillerai à prendre davantage une chambre à l'étage si possible.

- Martin (2/5): Si vous voulez vous reposer, chercher ailleurs. - Service lent à l’accueil. Je ne comprends pas le principe de faire attendre sur place les clients qui ont déjà une réservation au profit des gens qui appelle au téléphone et qui n’ont pas de réservation. La logique et le respect est de d’abord servir les clients à l’accueil pour qu’ils puissent s’installer et aller à leurs activités et ensuite s’occuper de répondre aux questions des gens au téléphone. Aillant fait ma réservation via Hotels.com, je n’ai pas consulter leurs site web et je ne savais pas que cette auberge sert aussi de bar horriblement bruillant où les gens font la fête en criant et en tapant du pied sur le plancher. Plancher qui est aussi le plafond du dortoir juste en dessous. Impossible de dormir avec tout ce raffut. J’ai visiter beaucoup d’auberges et celle ci est la seul ou j’ai été déçu. On aura beau me dire que le service reçu est en fonction du prix payé et que le dortoir est pas cher, un auberge reste un lieu pour se reposer et manger. La section bar aurait du être aménagée dans un autre bâtiment sur le terrain. De plus c’est la première fois que je dort dans un dortoir où les gens ont aucun respect pour leurs voisins. Ils entre et sortent souvent, viennent fouiller dans leurs tiroirs, s’éclaire avec leurs cellulaires, parle fort et éclatent de rire. Et ce même si la lumière est fermé. Et pourtant j’ai été en dortoir a beaucoup d’autres endroits au Canada et ailleurs dans le monde. C’est une loi non écrite. Lumière fermée évite de faire du bruit

Les lits en dortoir était bien aménagé et très confortable. Service de salle de bain commune propre. J'y retournerai sans aucune hésitation mais pour un plus long séjour.

- Ricardo (8/5): Buen Albergue con vistas. - Se trata de un muy buen albergue situado en un buen sitio. Desde la terraza del mismo se puede cenar contemplando la bahía. La habitación no tenía el cuarto de baño dentro, pero no nos importó. Cumple con las expectativas de este tipo de establecimientos.

- MARIE-LAURENC (8/5): Agréables nuits à l'auberge de jeunesse la Malbaie - Très agréable auberge de jeunesse. Chambres individjelles en haut et dortoirs en bas, donc pas de bruit. Équipe très sympathique, petit dej en buffet appétissant avec jolie vue sur le St Laurent. Nous avions la chambre romantique. Tres bon matelas. Avons pu faire une lessive. Frigo et cuisine commune bien pratique. Évidemment nous sommes en auberge de jeunesse et non en hôtel donc il ne faut pas non plus s'attendre à une même catégorie de prestations.
- Kesinee (8/5): Great hostel, can get loud - The hostel is clean. The staff are friendly. I got a room in the basement, right under the bar area. It was a bit loud at night when the bar is open, and when people walk on the floor above. But overall, great hostel.
