Maria (6/5): - Faltam edredons, ar condicionado no quarto faz muito barulho, pequeno-almoço sem produtos regionais, foi necessário pedir 3 vezes por toalhas para a piscina e demoraram cerca de 45min, secador de cabelo muito fraco... no fundo o valor cobrado pelo quarto/noite é muito inflaccionado para o produto/serviço que se recebe em troca.
Bryan (4/5): Pictures and reality dont match - Dinner was good and the view / area is gorgeous Basically the rest. - staff: appears stressed, largely untrained and unattentive - rooms: look pretty on pictures but are cheaply equiped, cold, humid, and have an open bathroom - overall facilities: again, lovely on pictures but they're not real. The hotel is somewhat run down, dirty and not well maintained (trail, sunbeds, humidity stains on wall, sunbathing plattform, dead bugs and spiderwebs inside, ... The hotel got for some reason a Condé Nast recommendation and is highly praised. Not sure why.

Andreia (7/5): - O pequeno almoço Os quartos têm sinais de desgaste e já pedem algumas intervenções. O telefone do quarto não funcionava. Perguntámos se era possível fazer late check-out e foi-nos transmitido que tal não era possível. Quando deixamos o hotel vimos um casal a pedir late check out, o que foi imediatamente aceite. Também não gostámos particularmente que houvesse reuniões entre o gerente e os empregados dos quartos na sala de estar com os clientes a ouvir as conversas…

Rita (8/5): Fantástico para descansar e carregar baterias - Localização, comodidades no meio da natureza. Quarto óptimo com uma vista e varanda incrível. Aquando do check-in um cheiro muito forte a detergente/amoníaco no quarto. A piscina deveria ser aquecida e não estava muito limpa.
Bruna (4/5): - A envolvência do hotel é bonita e bem cuidada, vista agradável do quarto. De resto, ficou tudo aquém. - HUMIDADE terrível, nunca vi nada assim. Nas frechas das janelas e ombreiras da porta caiam pingas de água, o que quer dizer que o isolamento era péssimo. A roupa que levamos ficou encharcada e a cheirar mal, assim como malas, bolsas etc. - Tivemos sorte de ir numa altura onde havia poucos hóspedes, por isso estivemos alguns dias sem ninguém nos quartos ao lado. No entanto, assim que entraram pessoas OUVIA-SE absolutamente tudo dos quartos ao lado. - Quartos não são iguais as fotografias e falta manutenção. Chão frio, desgastado e sem tapetes. Cadeiras da varanda sem almofadas. Falta brio. A piscina também não é tão grande como parece nas fotos. Atenção que também não há divisória entre quarto e casa de banho, inclusive na parte da sanita. - No jantar só há uma opção de menu a 30 euros que limita imenso. O espaço das refeições também não é muito acolhedor, cadeiras e mesas brancas do Ikea. - O campo de ténis não está utilizável, apenas o de padel.

Nuno (9/5): An excellent retreat to recharge in the middle of nature with the family. - The calm, serene atmosphere close to the Alentejo coast. The clean architecture and décor, well aligned with the surroundings. The excellent staff, always attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The nature trails suitable for children. The pool water is quite cold. As a hotel that welcomes many families with young children, an additional lock on the doors would have been very useful, as my two-year-old son opened the room door several times and went outside. There could be more options for meals and snacks.

Lisa (9/5): Stop over on way back to Faro from Lisboa with our dogs to relax - The location of and the arrangement were fantastic. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Really lovely. The concept of the hotel is great, also the space and layout. It even had a dog park for the dogs to have a good run. The walks around the land are beautiful. Breakfast was good. Totally relaxed spot. Great with our dogs. Our room was a bit dated/ damaged. Maybe from the recent storms and needed some attention. The room had a clinical smell that was a bit overpowering. The dog park whilst amazing, needed the ground clearing and gate fixing to be safe.

Eliana (8/5): Experiência Agradável - Experiência agradável!! Ideal para quem quer descansar ou para uma escapadinha romântica. O hotel fica mesmo numa zona sossegada e o conceito das “casinhas” é muito engraçado. Funcionários muito prestáveis. O hotel necessita de alguma manutenção nomeadamente as portas dos quartos. O quarto estava cm muita humidade e bem visível e os cortinados necessitam de uma atenção redobrada na sua limpeza. Pequeno almoço tem um espaço demasiado pequeno para a lotação de hotel, apesar de funcionar por marcação.

Carolina (9/5): - Gostei muito das instalações. Bonitas, limpas, com uma vista lindíssima. Staff simpático. Paz. Estive em um quarto muito amplo, que é uma pequena casinha. Mas também estive no mesmo fim de semana no mesmo hotel com os amigos, na casa deles que tinha 4 quartos, cozinha, piscina... Tudo muito bonito, clean e limpo. Também gostei que é possível levar animais, e que há quartos apropriados para cadeirantes e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Do pequeno almoço. O espaço é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, o que nos obriga a fazer marcação de horário. E de facto a última coisa que quero quando vou passar um fim de semana tranquilo, de folga, é ter horários para o que quer que seja. Os pães e bolos são bons, mas os ovos mexidos deixam bastante a desejar. Parece que vão ao forno ou algo parecido, e é um grande bloco. Tive que pedir por chávenas, taças, talheres que já faltavam quando fui ao buffet... Ou seja, o espaço não dá vazão à demanda. Mas atenção, apesar disso, os funcionários foram sempre prestáveis e simpáticos.

ATrehy (10/5): Excellent - A beautiful location with great views over Alentejo. On our arrival, something had broken down in the kitchen so lunch was limited but the artisan toasted sandwiches we were able to have were excellent. By the evening the kitchen was back online and dinner was superb. It's a fixed menu but the options were fine and quality was excellent. The overall design of the hotel is modern and restrained - very relaxed style. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is also very dog friendly. The location is incredibly quiet.
André (8/5): Relaxante. - A paz, o sossego. Bastante relaxante. Atendimento ao cliente. Poderia ter uma rampa de acesso para os quartos localizados do lado esquerdo à receção. Com carrinho de bebé torna-se difícil. A casa de banho deveria ser fechada, para uma maior privacidade e higiene.

João Pedro (9/5): Opção excelente para relaxar. - Paisagem fantástica. Boa localização. Herdade muito bonita, num ambiente tranquilo, perfeito para descansar do stress do mundo moderno. Complexo excelente. Pequeno-almoço muito bom. Pessoal simpático e profissional. O quarto tem WC praticamente em "open space", ou seja sem porta divisória. O que pode ser desconfortável e estranho para alguma pessoas.
Maria (8/5): - Paikka oli erittäin rauhallinen ja kaunis. Huone oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huoneessa tuoksui todella voimakas pesuaine tai hyönteismyrkky. Huone oli myös jossain kohtaa kastunut pahasti ovessa olevista jäljistä päätellen.
Paula (10/5): Memorável. Obrigada 🦋 - Lugar espetacular, muito calmo, onde o silêncio faz bem a alma e onde recuperamos energia. Quarto lindíssimo muito bem decorado de uma limpeza extrema, com uns miminhos à nossa espera. Cama enorme e super confortável. Adoramos . Pessoal super simpático e atenciosos. Nada a apontar.
Monika (7/5): Mittelmäßig aber nur auf Grund der schönen Aussicht und der Architektur von außen. - Sehr schöne Lage, gute Aussicht in die Ebene. Sehr weitläufig. Heller Raum. Die Klimaanlage/Heizung war sehr laut. Unmöglich damit zu schlafen. Nach dem Ausschalten war es innerhalb von 3 Stunden nur noch 10 Grad im Raum. Der geflieste Boden war extrem kalt. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und das nach oben und zur Seite offene Badezimmer bot keinerlei Privatsphäre, ein absolutes no-go auf welches nicht hingewiesen wurde.

Do quarto não indicado para familias, da cama extra que nao tinha qualidade nenhuma. Espaço de pequeno almoço pequeno para a afluencia sendo que tinhamos de "marcar" hora de intenção de ir tomar o pequeno almoço...

Mark (10/5): Wow! - Ausblick ist wow! Hotel ist super gelegen, weg dahin ist etwas abenteuerlich. Pool etc. sehr toll. Frühstück stabil durchschnittlich. Viele Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Durch die Lage ist das Thema "Taxi" sehr schwierig - weder Uber noch die Rezeption kann ein zuverlässiges (und erschwingliches) Taxi organisieren.
