Breakfast was great. Large variety of foods to choose from. We had a handicapped room. Bed was the right height for my husband to get in and out of. We also had a suite for the kids and grandkids. Hotel, room and breakfast were excellent but especially want to acknowledge the outstanding support provided by Jody, the night clerk. She made sure we got the accessible room my wife needed, was very helpful with several questions we had about the hotel and town, and even talked us to the hotel after dark when we encountered a bridge out situation in town. Very kind, knowledgeable and patient. She truly made the stay memorable.

Staff were cheerful and friendly both at night when we arrived and in the morning. The free breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, sausage, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea...really tasty! Our bed was perfect, with both soft and hard pillows. Really enjoyed our stay!

After checking in around 10:44 p.m., I was moved four times (Rooms 306, 310, 402, and 302) due to repeated cleanliness issues, including visible hair, residue on bathroom fixtures, and urine around toilet bases. These are basic details that should be caught during any final room inspection before check-in. What was most concerning was that no one from management ever reached out to acknowledge my experience, despite multiple room changes and documented issues. A simple follow-up or apology would have gone a long way. Cobblestone is a brand built on small-town hospitality and attention to detail, yet this location fell far below that standard. I hope that leadership takes this as an opportunity to strengthen housekeeping inspections and guest recovery procedures—because every traveler deserves a clean room and to feel valued when things go wrong.

The hotel is well-kept, and staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciate a free breakfast while traveling; this one could be improved a bit but was satisfactory. Otherwise, this was a wonderful one-night stay and I hope to visit Waverly again soon!

We got up late a couple of days so we were late getting to breakfast, not much to eat, but I'm sure if we would have asked they would have prepared more food for us. We've stayed here many times and also brought our little dog! Every stay is wonderful, that's why we keep coming back!!! Housekeeping even left us a note that said, your doggie is very cute! We will continue to be a returning customer!!!

Went to the front desk with my confirmation email , and they told me nothing they could do. Room smelled of cigarettes, was not vacuumed, several items on floor. TV didn't work. The hallway smelled like something died. Another guest had their room door entered, and was found open when they re arrived. Afternoon guest were left at check in for extended period of time, as there was not one single worker in the hotel. They had to call a emergency number found behind the desk. Avoid at all cost

- Familymann1 (6/5): Big and Mid - On arrival, I was greeted by a phone for check-in. I called and was asked to leave a message?? maybe a 8 minute wait. The guest services person was brief and businesslike. The room was a suite, the kitchen and coffee was good. The TV - small and a mile away from the bed only got a handful of channels. The bathroom was outdated. The breakfast was awful to the point of moldy bananas and no hot entrees, just empty steam tables. Even my hot water for tea was luke warm. This place gets an average because it was clean, for sure.

Everything was very clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was ok, the pastries from the neighbor bakery were a special treat and very delicious. We even stopped by their business to buy more before leaving town. We will definitely be looking for more Cobblestone Inn stays in the future.

- thorn2025 (10/5): A Wonderful Stay - Kathy was a delight and made us feel welcome and right at home. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and there was plenty of free parking nearby. Nice local restaurants were within a few minutes walk. Exactly what we were looking for on our short business trip!

- L8684ZHamya (10/5): Worth the $ - Great hotel. Clean. The staff was very friendly. I bring my dog when I visit Waverly and it's great to have a hotel worth the money and also dog friendly! The Bakery next door has amazing donuts and cookies too! There is no pool or hot tub here but with the dog along I wouldn't have been able to use one anyways.

- brod141 (10/5): Had a pleasant stay here in Waverly. - We enjoyed our stay there. It was clean, and had the basic amenities in the room. The staff were kind to us. The downtown square is very cute! The breakfast in the morning was a basic continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked for what we needed it for. I just had to call the front desk to get it.

- Ryan (10/5): - Great stay, clean inside and out. Only semi-negative is that the main bridge downtown is out and there is a small detour (like 5-10 minutes extra). Property is well maintained, and rooms were nice and a great breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and prompt.
