- Richard (10/5): Great, comfortable and quiet stay! - Great location and room overlooking the canal. The location was quiet yet central. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were upgraded! The kitchen area is fantastic (dual hob, microwave and dishwasher), the bathroom very spacious with a shower and separate huge bath! The bed is very comfortable, and it’s good to know they regularly clean and antibac the mattresses. The guy at reception was very helpful with letting us know the best areas to visit, giving us detailed map information. Overall a great stay in Amsterdam!!
- Cameron (10/5): Best Staff and Best Views - Absolute 5 star rating all the way around here. The staff was so friendly and welcoming helping with anything we may need. Set up a car for us to get back to the airport after we left (you should do it, its on the water where taxis and ubers dont like to come as much). I also forgot a laptop in the room when I left and they got it internationally mailed same day back to me. Just excellent customer service. The room and its view were so beautiful and comfortable. We will absolutely be back 100%
- Kristin (10/5): - Beautiful boutique hotel with great service. We booked the huge imperial suite with kitchenette and living room. We shopped at the nearby Jumbo and made our own breakfasts, enjoying watching the boats on the canal every morning.
- Mehran (10/5): - Had a great experience staying at this place. They arranged a very comfortable ride from the airport to the hotel at a reasonable price. Upon arrival they surprised us by upgrading us to a royal suite overlooking the canal. The room was over 800 square feet, a spacious bathroom and a nice kitchenette. Breakfast was included and the espresso coffee and latte were great. The hotel did not have a restaurant onsite but it was very close walk to a variety of restaurants. Very quiet area but yet writhing close walking distance to the Centre. We practically walked everywhere. Close to two supermarkets (2 minute walk) with everything you needed. Great place, very friendly staff and 24 hour concierge.

- James (10/5): - Plenty of room. Canal view although not a sitting balcony which would have been great. About 7-8 minute walk to tram and not much further to red light area. Didn’t use kitchen. Breakfast was ok. Staff were great. Nice clean place and would return!
- Jeffey (10/5): - My wife and I chose this property over many other choices we had. Thankfully, we were rewarded with a lovely "boutique" hotel with only 24 rooms. The hotel is situated on a residential street away from the commercial areas. We were able to leave the front window of our room open and we could hear the quiet sounds of people making their way about the city. The room was one of the nicest and largest rooms we ever stayed at. There was a kitchenette, dining area, TV area , living room and large bedroom with a king-sized bed. The only downside of the hotel is given its size, the breakfast buffet was lacking. The staff was very attentive and helpful, making dining options as well as directions to the sites. I highly recommend staying here when you decide to visit this lovely city.

I received a room upgrade that was very spacious, had a king size bed was very comfortable, had a rain shower head and handheld, and had a wonderful canal view. The hotel is in a quiet section of the City Centre and overall I had a very good experience at Luxury Suites Amsterdam.
- Ande (10/5): Great stay as always! - Great Service from the minute we entered the hotel, all the staff are very friendly, polite & on hand to help with anything you may need. We was upgraded to the Royal suite which I was very grateful for as this room is stunning with beautiful views across the canal. I have stayed here 4 times previously and it has not changed, it is always a great stay in a good location, the only thing that has changed is the breakfast which I would suggest changing back to the A La Carte as the buffet was a letdown.

I got a room upgrade and they even let me check in several hours early. A shoutout to the gentleman who helped me open my suitcase. Absolutely no hesitation to provide immediate assistance. The area is quiet and lovely. Breakfast was delicious. On the 2nd day, the young lady who waited my table remembered that I only ate a croissant from the bread basket gave me two croissants instead.

You can't find a better location if you want to be in the midst of everything yet tucked in a quite island. Our suite was extremely spacious, beautifully furnished and had a little kitchenette. We liked the breakfast ad the bar, however the concierge team topped everything. Thank you the team. Simply a gem.
- Gregory (10/5): Don’t Walk, Run to this gem!!! Perfect! - This place was incredible. I regret not booking a longer term but definitely next time. I was upgraded to a suite overlooking a canal. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet and peaceful, but yet in walking distance to entertainment, food and drinks. SLA was a great recommendation for a healthy food option by the attendant who checked me in. I was able to make full use of my suite, which was very spacious and well designed.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent service and staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet location within 15/20 min walk to most areas. Only disappointment was breakfast is 36 Euros per person. You can choose what you want from the menu, but it would have been nice to have less expensive options inside the hotel. Cafes are a short walk away, but not right outside the door.

The location is perfect, right on the canal with a quiet street and tons of boats passing by to watch from your Juliet balcony. Away from all the busy tourists by the “dam” yet still walkable to all the good spots. Many of our dining options were an east 10-20 minute walk along with canals and charming streets. Super close local grocery stores to grab some essentials, and liquor stores to pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy with Dutch cheese while watching the canal boats pass by. We loved our stay and definitely will be back. Amsterdam and Luxury Suites are a magical place to vacation. So much to do, taste and see.
- hind (10/5): Great stay - Arrived early checked in with Emma and thomas. My husband and I stayed for three nights in the hotel. It was one of our best hotel experiences in Europe mainly due to the staff special thanks to Thomas, Emma, and Serine who made our stay and Amsterdam visit. Amazing. We had royal Suites, which is very spacious well-kept, luxurious with Canal view. I love the bathroom specially, due to the layout. bed was super comfortable and rooms were soundproof Location is superior in the Center you are close to everywhere. It is five minutes walk to two different metro stations plus plenty of dining options and grocery shops. The best that you have the hop on hop off station just behind the hotel which is 2 minutes walk. Breakfast makes you feel royale in your castle with very nice holland traditional style dishes as the breakfast welcome set, and innovative high quality a la carte menu and very high standards personalized service. The only side needs improvement i wish they have smart tvs activated with streaming apps like Netflix That shall made it much more home. The split ac was great but we are in june and the weather was awosome cant guarantee it shall be the same through the summer. Checkout with peter who was so nice too and used the hotel transport to the airport which was very comfortable Will defiantly go back again

The city itself is dirty, lots of garbage everywhere but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Its on a cute little canal and we had a nice little patio out back. Excellent service within the hotel. Very attentive staff which was nice for this spiiled American.

We enjoyed a glass of champagne on arrival whilst being given a map and shown recommendations of places to visit and where they were in the city. The room was large, bright and spacious with fabulous bathroom (shower only). Breakfast was outstanding. We liked that they were working with two start up companies for room toiletries, a range of honey at breakfast and coffee.
- Aimee (10/5): - Very nice hotel in a quiet canal. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and also a short walk to the metro station. Staff were very nice and the suite was large and comfortable with a great view of the canal. We were very happy with our decision to stay here.

They are there for your every need .. they book tours for you arrange drivers and suggest amazing Restaurants . Thomas is a dream with his funny story’s and Maria is a doll ! I would come back just to see the staff and stay there ! Love ya guys

- Lucius (4/5): Think twice before you stay~read recent reviews! - Where to start…upon arrival I was already somewhat rattled!!! Although the walk from the train station was short it felt unsafe. Check in was easy and the ambiance of the lobby was rather eclectic and fun. Once we arrived to the room, I was beginning to settle until we realized the AC was not working. After speaking with the man at the front desk we were told the AC had been disconnected bc the heater had been turned on for winter. Funny thing is that we traveled with our friends and their room was like a freezer. Once we shared this info the gentleman did go out of his way to find us another room with working AC, but sadly this room was not much cooler (not the kind that promotes good sleep). Additional things to note: the trash was not emptied, the pillows were flat, the linens were scratchy, my friends were given keys to an occupied room, the window facing the front street of the hotel provided much noise all through the night into the morning hours~along with a view of a female urinating in the street at 8:30 am. We did manage to get a few interrupted hours of light rest and was never happier for morning to come. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but never in an area that made me feel this uncomfortable. In the few hours we ventured out we saw drug dealing, drug usage, prostitution and a lot of homeless folks. Nonetheless, far more stress than one needs while on vacation!!!
- David Mayer (8/5): Enjoyable stay - The service and willing to accommodate us was amazing. I would say it is the best virtue of this hotel. Location was also great. The room had stained rug. Our fridge spoiled the first day we arrived, reported it, but it was never fixed.
- Lynne (10/5): - loved the concierge - picked great restaurants; helped with luggage which were huge; very efficient when ordering drinks, food, etc. Great overall service - 5 stars only drawback - carpet needs to be updated/ changed! also, since serve a great breakfast, would be nice if afternoon snacks or late snacks or any snacks were provided downstairs
- Bryce (10/5): Wonderful Experience :) - Our stay with Luxury Suites Amsterdam was an amazing experience, from the excellent service by the entire team, a wonderful breakfast selection and one of the best rooms we have stayed in anywhere. A fantastic hotel, we look forward to returning.
- Sandra (10/5): A Delightful Stay - All the staff at Luxury Suites Amsterdam were the friendliest team we have had the pleasure of meeting. They allowed us to check in super early, beautiful entrance, right on the canal, felt very safe around the hotel. The hotel organised a private driver for a 5 hour tour. Highly recommend staying at the Luxury Suites Amsterdam

- Jonathan (8/5): A pleasant and quiet 3 night stay - We had a nice 3 day stay. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well run. The room was spacious and tidy. We had thought the room had a separate bedroom but it's separated by a partial curtain which worked fine. They accommodated an early check-in which was very nice coming back from a cruise early in the day. All in all we were pleased with the experience and would recommend it to others!

And with that being said the staff from top to bottom is helpful and gracious and makes you feel at home. The intimate nature of my whole visit was more than memorable. Just can’t say enough about it
