• Petra (8/5): - Personal ist sehr freundlich! Frühstück ausreichend und mit viel Liebe serviert. Hotel befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau. Fußläufig vieles gut zu erreichen. Zimmer zur Straße ein bisschen laut da Straßenbahn in der Nähe vorbei fährt. Fahrzeiten aber nur bis ca Mitternacht.

• Alina (8/5): Duży apartament w cichej okolicy, jednak blisko centrum miasta. - Bardzo duży metraż, 2 sypialnie - rodzinie z 2 dzieci było bardzo wygodnie. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, bilet parkingowy czekał na nas w apartamencie- zgodnie z umową. Bardzo klarowne instrukcje odnośnie self check in. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w Cichej okolicy, ale blisko historycznego centrum miasta. Kuchnia i łazienka powinny zostać doinwestowane / wyremontowane.

• Julia (9/5): Super Famlienwohnung in schöner Lage - Wir haben als Familie das Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern bewohnt. Die Altbauwohnung wirkt großzügig. Im Vorfeld waren uns jedoch manche Dinge unklar, z.B. die genaue Ausstattung der Wohnung betreffend. Das hätte uns fast dazu bewegt, eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen. Im Endeffekt waren wir aber überrascht und sehr zufrieden, da es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Positiv zu erwähnen, sind die Betten, die wir alle als sehr bequem empfunden haben. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. In der ruhigen und schönen Umgebung gibt es süße Cafés und andere Lokale. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist die Anbindung gut gewesen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. WC und Dusche/Waschbecken sind in getrennten Räumen. Zum WC gibt es eine normale Tür, der Duschraum ist jedoch nur mit einem recht provisorischen Vorhang abgetrennt. Das sollte man wissen, falls man großen Wert auf die Privatsphäre beim Duschen legt. Man sollte sich zudem auf einen Altbau einstellen, was jedoch auch einen gewissen Charme hat.
• Monika (9/5): Wir würden wieder buchen. - Sehr freundlicher Empfang und gutes Frühstück. Schönes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, bequeme Betten und Kochmöglichkeit. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in max. 20 Minuten erreichbar und auf dem Weg liegen einige Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bus zum Hauptbahnhof nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und einige Straßenbahn Linien sind sehr nahe gelegen. Schloss Schönbrunn ist ebenfalls mit der Bahn erreichbar.

• Celina (5/5): Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen. - Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück. Das ist aber auch schon alles. Zimmer sehr klein. In der ersten Nacht war das Licht im Bad nicht abschaltbar (was im Hotel bekannt war). Das Licht schien durch die Türritzen ins Zimmer. Das Bad hat außerdem gemüffellt, was sich auch trotz extremen lüftens während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gebessert hat.

• Ulrich (6/5): Nice part of the town (Josefstadt), a lot of nice restaurants and young folks, but no green spaces to walk with a dog. - I always appreciate if a hotel does not charge extra for our dog… in this specific area of the town I just would not recommend to bring a dog, a very small one, possibly yes, because you cannot walk with the dog in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, as all park spaces are closed for dogs, an there are simply no other options around. comfort and value for money could be better, park garage quite far away… better travel by train.

• Bernhard (10/5): Ein Geheimtipp- wir kommen wieder - Super zentrale Lage, in ca. 25min ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten- das Team ist sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und bereitet jeden Tag ein super leckeres Frühstück für einen guten Start in den Tag vor. Wir lieben die hohen schön renovierten Räume im historischen Stadtviertel und das Appartement bietet jede Menge Platz (großzügiges Esszimmer inklusive) - auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zudem war es angenehm ruhig. Die Parkgarage am Hämerlingpark ist in gut 10Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Ausflug nach Wien. -

• Michael (7/5): Great location. Quiet and convenient - This was a short stay between Budapest and Innsbruck after being in Vienna earlier for a week. Location is great. Same area as we stayed before. Quiet and convenient to public transport and shopping. We stayed in the “Small Room” and should have guessed. It lived up to its name. Not much room to move either side of the bed. Photos don’t tell the full story of the size of the room. There was maintenance being done when we arrived and during the stay. Water was cut off once. Would have been good to know this first. Lucky we weren’t in the shower. Some confusion over payment but that was my fault.

• Jana (10/5): Náš pobyt v hotelu - Hotel je v perfektní lokalitě, budova i okolí mají typickou architekturu staré Vídně s příjemnou historickou atmosférou. Měli jsme čistý, denně uklízený pokoj, personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný a snídaně byla bohatá, každý si mohl vybrat, co mu chutná.

• Lorenzo (7/5): - Avevo richiesto una culla per mio figlio di 2 anni. Al mio arrivo, non c'era. Ho scritto tramite booking per risolvere il problema, ma nessuno mi ha risposto. Solo il penultimo giorno, incrociando la receptionist, mi hanno fornito quanto chiesto. Dato il confort perso per due notti su tre, mi aspettavo almeno uno sconto sulle colazioni (ottime, ma a parte). Staff molto accogliente e location consigliata. Peccato.

• Dominik (5/5): Nicht erhalten wie bestellt - Ruhig, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das uns zugeteilte Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos. Zimmer sehr klein, Betten und Kopfkissen sehr durchgelegen. Bad, wo der Putz abblättert, definitiv sanierungsbedürftig.
