- Jose (1/5): Disappointing stay due to room conditions - The hotel’s location is the only positive thing I can mention. It’s conveniently situated near many of the country’s most famous landmarks, making sightseeing easy and convenient. Unfortunately, my stay was far from comfortable. The room was infested with mosquitoes. There were a lot of them, and I ended up getting bitten multiple times and in the end, transferring to a different hotel. I reported this to the front desk and requested that the room be cleaned and sprayed with mosquito repellent. However, when I returned later, the mosquitoes were still everywhere, which made me feel that the request was not properly addressed. In addition to this, the room itself was dusty, giving the impression that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. The pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the air conditioning was very slow and took a long time before the room cooled down. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and effective response from staff significantly affected my experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the room conditions for future guests.

- Minh Quỳnh Anh (5/5): Ks tự huỷ phòng của khách đặt, cũng ko thông báo khi khách gọi hỏi - Mình có 1 chút băn khoăn khi thấy rating ks chỉ có 7.0, trong khi vị trí rất trung tâm; hình ảnh phòng đẹp. Nhưng tin tưởng là vẫn có comment ok nên vẫn book. Đêm hôm trước ngày checkin, mình có alo ksạn 2 lần để check tình trạng phòng. Lần 1 ksạn nói alo lại nhưng ko alo. Lần 2 bảo có phòng. Nhà mình tới checkin thì lễ tân bảo overbook trong hệ thống, chuyển phòng gia đình sang 1 loại phòng khác. Nhà mình ko ok, muốn ks hủy booking cho bên mình nhưng ks nói chắc do booking.com lỗi nên thậm chí còn ko thấy booking của nhà mình? (Vậy vì sao nhân viên tối hôm trước bảo có booking nhà mình, và khi mình tới thì lễ tân còn phân cho nhà mình phòng khác?) Bây giờ đọc lại rating của nhiều khách khác, mình mới thấy nhiều khách cũng bị như mình, cũng gặp 1 sự giải thích như mình gặp. Mình mong rằng comment này sẽ là 1 sự góp ý để khách sạn nghiêm túc làm việc với booking.com nếu hệ thống của bạn thực sự có vấn đề hoặc lễ tân nên thay đổi cách liên hệ với khách: ko có phòng thì bảo ko có, khách sẽ chọn ks khác. Nếu chủ khách sạn đưa gia đình đi du lịch và bị huỷ ngang ngay lúc checkin, bạn sẽ cảm thấy thế nào? Không 1 khách nào lại mong muốn chuyến du lịch nghỉ ngơi thành 1 trận cãi nhau (mà cãi thế nào thì cũng ra về trong thất vọng & thua thiệt). Đã 2 tuần trôi qua nhưng mình cũng ko thấy ks huỷ booking đó cho mình như đã hứa và Booking.com cũng ko hề trả lời hay giải quyết rõ ràng cho mình.

There is a vegetarian Indian restaurant nearby which is added benefit for Indian travelers. The service is good and rooms are spacious. I will recommend this hotel to other traveler as well.

Helpful staff. - Relatively clean, location is good in comparison with the price and available facilities, the staff are helpful, there are elevators and many businesses nearby like coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. There was a lot of noise from what sounded like air conditions or water pumps, not sure exactly. It didn’t show during the day on the first day then got really bad in the upcoming days. In the shower, there’s a small window through which others could probably see the occupants during nighttime when the lights are on.

- Kirsty (4/5): It's fine - The location was decent for getting to see the sights we wanted to see however there's not much to eat in the surrounding area for breakfast especially. We asked for an airport pickup which they advertised but were told to just getting a taxi ourselves. The hotel could do also do with a revamp, rooms were old and dated with dirty marks on walls, furniture and even curtains. I say "rooms" because we had to move rooms. Our door lock started making a noise in the middle of the night, we called the desk and someone just came and took out the batteries. We had a tour early the next day and were told to leave the door unlocked. When we came back the batteries had just been put back in and it wasn't fixed. We had to call someone several times to look at it/replace batteries etc. before they moved us to a different room. No one offered to help us move our belongings and the second room was in equal condition except the bath had a burn mark. Honestly wouldn't have minded but this was our most expensive and poorest value stay after a month in Vietnam.

It’s also round the corner from the Fine Arts Museum which is definitively worth a visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Mattress was hard. No breakfast.

I loved that there was a big window which allows to have a lot of daylight. The hotel is near the touristic area so it is convenient. Walking distance from almost everything. The personnel was not friendly, just doing their job. They don't care about you at all lol they don't even say hi From our room we could hear anything and conversation happening in the hallway. That is bothering if you have trouble sleeping. Take earplugs.

But just one day before our arrival, it contacted to say there would be no such room and offered two rooms with higher price or free cancellation. We don't like this kind of action. Clean, large room with ample space for 4 people. unlike other places we’ve stayed in Vietnam the staff weren’t overly friendly. No food options available but plenty of nearby options Nothing to dislike, basic accommodation but price reflects that.

- Sophie (6/5): Okay for a short stay - The location for the hotel is really good. The bathroom was very clean and modern, the bathtub and shower was really nice to have. When we initially got into the room it smelt very strongly of smoke. After opening the window and the front door for an hour the smell did go away. The fridge also had a horrible smell. The Aircon leaked on and off throughout our stay. The karaoke as mentioned in other reviews wasn't a problem for us as aware of this before our stay. Although, we were next to the fire escape and at 6am every day someone was banging the metal and it was very loud which was quite frustrating. They do not have door signs to state if you want the room cleaned or not, therefore we were awoken every day by the cleaners to ask if we wanted our room to be cleaned. I appreciate that daily cleaning is available but there wasn't a way to simply ask to not be disturbed. The hotel is definitely not all bad but these issues did impact the enjoyment of our stay.

The staff is very rude, not welcoming at all. They wanted to keep my passport until I pay which I refused and paid immediately. You can feel that there is no trust. I thought breakfast was included, I came for breakfast and the staff shouted at me that there is no breakfast, he did not even offer me to pay for it. I really did not appreciate.

Requested the staff for iron to iron my clothes, staff said wait for a while, until I checked out still didnt get the iron haha. malfunction hair dryer, floor a bit slippery maybe due to floor cleaner.

- Anastasia (8/5): Good place to stay for a couple of days - Great location, close to Bui Vien Walking street, if you like parties. Cheap price, the staff was very friendly. All the noise in the rooms can be heard. Bedsheets were clean, but flip-flops - I’m not sure they are hygienic. And two bottles of water is not enough for two person daily. The room is without balcony - you should bear it in mind if you are smokers.
