Brooke (10/5): - We travel a lot for sports for my kids. This was a clean and friendly hotel that welcomed my kids, and dog and allowed me to travel on a budget. We loved the full kitchenette and eating area, the black out curtains and the location to our soccer games for the weekend! The ice maker was broken in our fridge and the side door was not functioning with our key card to get back in from walking the dog - both VERY minor inconveniences that wouldn't deter us from choosing My Place in the future.

Most hotel fridges aren't cold enough and don't have freezers so this was awesome! I was able to empty my cooler into the fridge to keep our food/drinks cold and refresh the ice packs in the freezer. Yay!

Christal (10/5): - This extended stay was one of the nicest extended stays we have visited. It’s a little pricey compared to some of the other long term rentals, but you get what you pay for. Clean and well kept property and very close to newly developed shopping and restaurants. Right off of I80 and about 20 mins from downtown Omaha. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We actually left our Keurig in the room by accident and the ladies that cleaned our room had it bagged up for us and waiting at the front desk when we returned in hopes it was still there. While there is a kitchenette in the room, it was not stocked with what you would need to cook, but we had previously read that in the reviews and came prepared. They also have those items for sale at the front desk if you are in a pinch. Overall we found this place to be great and would definitely stay here again.

Verified traveler (8/5): Great safe area. - Great, But the housekeeping girl was going from room to room on our floor, started about 8-9 am slamming the doors as hard as she could, so we assumed because there were a number of doors with their do not disturb signs on them, she wanted wake everyone up so they would get out of the rooms so she could service them.

Clay (1/5): Think twice before booking here. - The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival and helped check us in. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I reserved and paid for my stay through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was told the hotel had not received payment. Despite showing proof of payment, I was required to pay again, with the assurance that the Booking.com charge would be refunded the next morning by the manager. Unfortunately, this issue was not resolved as promised. The room itself was subpar: the recliner was torn apart with pieces of fabric on the floor, and the refrigerator didn’t work, resulting in our food spoiling overnight. When I raised these concerns the next morning, the manager, Amy, apologized and admitted we shouldn’t have been placed in that room. She assured us that the stay would be fully compensated as a goodwill gesture. However, only one of the two charges was refunded. When I followed up about the unrefunded Booking.com charge, Amy’s tone and response shifted drastically. Despite her initial promise, she stated, “Well, you stayed,” and refused to issue the second refund. This was contrary to her previous commitment and left me feeling misled and frustrated. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the hotel, the situation remains unresolved. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and urge others to think twice before booking here.

BERNARD (10/5): Spotless room. Full sized fridge, cooking surface - Was tired after a day of driving. Needed a place to rest for a few hours before continuing our trip. Found this hotel on hotels.com. Only $90 for a night's stay! Clean room. New building. No rugs/carpets to hide dust/dirt. Full size refrigerator/freezer and a cooking surface in room. We only stayed 6 hours but were very impressed. Looking to stay at other MyPlace hotels in the future of they are all as clean and equipped as this one was.

Cathy (5/5): I don't think I will be back - I liked the location and staff was nice. The breakfast was misleading it was just a frozen breakfast sandwich that had to be cooked and was delivered the night before but called breakfast in bed. My room was suppose to have a recliner and it did not.

Maren (3/5): Never going back. - Location They don’t have recliners in rooms as advertised. They don’t own their mistakes unless talked to multiple times, and still they won’t own their mistakes. The manager is on the phone with the staff while the manager is off-site. The manager is telling the staff what to do but it’s often not applicable. It was absurd.
Craig (2/5): - I experienced a problem with bedbugs and my issue has been ignored by the hotel. I spent an entire day decontaminating my work van and all of my personal belongings so I didn’t bring these parasites home with me and infect my family. I am disappointed with the hotel and not addressing my concerns. I have not gotten a single response from the hotel about this problem.

Tammy (10/5): - At first we didnt expect a warm welcome being black in Nebraska. But i was wrong. The front desk attendant was wonderful. I believe her name was Linda ( not sure) she was very helpful and attentive. The location was excellent nice and quiet. There is a Casey's general store, a bar and grill and a few other establishments within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. We ordered food from a lical barbq spot which was excellent. (See review on youtube)on Hatin allday74. Over all i give the hotel a 5

Raul (10/5): - We loved our room. Smelled fresh. Everything was clean. Soaps were in big bottles in the shower!They give you plenty of towels and it had a full size fridge with a working ice maker. Excellent front desk people and excellent cleaning staff. This will be our go to hotel for our weekends in omaha.
Mary Beth (10/5): - Good room and service dog friendly. Excellent area to exercise my dog. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stop again when traveling through.
