- Burgandy (10/5): - The value of the room is incredible. It is large and clean. Perfect for 2 friends that snore and need some space apart to sleep. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It isn't that I didn't like it, I was prepared, but it is very bare bones. Just small soap and toilet paper in bathroom. No shampoo or anything, but you get what you pay for.
- Thomas (1/5): Excellent - Very nice property within minutes of everything
Excellent cleaning staff and management Location location location
- Mary Alice (10/5): - I needed a clean, comfortable, affordable room close to food and the ferry terminal, and that's exactly what I got. Would definitely stay again.
- Cameron (10/5): -
- DuPuis (7/5): - Good location for accessing the marina and downtown. Kitchenette was nice with a full size refrigerator and microwave oven The room was not very clean. There was food crumbs in the sheets of one bed and there were pieces of crackers in several places on the floor.

- DENNIS (9/5): Will stay here again. -
- Diana (3/5): - price, location, owner everything else
- Shawn (7/5): - The building is old but has been well maintained&updated on appearance. The room was very clean&nice& modernized. It had a nice kitchenette w 2 burner cooktop&coffee maker. The bathroom was gleaming&clean w shower/tub combo&the back bed where I slept was nice comfy except for the FLAT PILLOWS!! Very nice manager&check in too. The FLAT PILLOWS &ants all over the room front to back!!
- Samuel (7/5): - My partner and I had a great little weekend getaway here. I found that the front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the pricing was great. There was a clump of hair on the shower wall from a previous guest, and the covers were a little rough. But, the overall experience was excellent.
- Martinez (8/5): - we stayed 4/11/26-for my husbands birthday! and honestly I thought I was selecting a place we had stayed at before, so it was a surprise to me when we drove right past that place and ended up here~! but it turned out to be a great mistake~! the room was "huge" and had 2 tvs. was clean and comfortable and all at a better price, PLUS we were right downtown, so no need to drive there, because we came just to shop at all the little shops in Antecortes anyway~ so all around it was a great place for us and a wonderful mistake~ we really enjoyed it. I think you would too. it was a bit on the older side, but that was ok with us, the cleanliness of the place made up for that.
- 616ronaldo (8/5): Pleasantly surprised, you would be too~! - we stayed here on 4/11/26 and we were pleased, it was clean, comfortable and affordable.. Plus it was right downtown, so no driving to get there~!
it was a nice surprise, because I thought I was reserving a room at a place we had stayed at before, but it turned out I was wrong and it was a even better deal~! we appreciated that it was clean and comfortable, even if a bit on the older side. if you are looking for a good size room at a decent price, I suggest you give them a try, I think you might be pleasantly surprised also~

- Rachel (5/5): - I like that it's right in town, I like the layout of the rooms and I like that it was clean There was a stovetop thing that wasn't even plugged in, and no dishes in the room at all. There was a big hole in the wall in the bathroom as if they started to fix something but didn't finish. The stopper in the drain of the bathroom sink was broken, you can't move the TV because it's bolted into the dresser, they only give you tiny bars of soap and little shampoo packets. No hand soap or body soap. No air conditioning in the room, only heat and a fan. The blanket I slept in was absolutely full of static electricity which was very strange. I couldn't use it. Every time I moved it, it made a crackling sound and I could see the electricity coming off of it. I have never seen that before. It's not bad if you just need a place to sleep for the night but I wouldn't recommend it for a long term stay.
- Rick (3/5): Not the best - Not much Unfriendly staff

- Jeanne (9/5): - mini-kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, fridge) and the location close to ferry access. One Heater didn't seem to stay on
- Sofia (8/5): - Clean rooms and comfy beds. The small kitchenette area was good too.
- Charles (10/5): Comfortable -
- Cardinale (10/5): - Large room . Great showers, nice beds , big TV
The staff are very nice and friendly. I have stayed here several times and never disappointed.
- david (10/5): Island convenience at a great price - This place is always a solid place to stay over in Anacortes on your way to the islands. Excellent value and everything works the way it should.
- Adam (10/5): - The staff were very h mogul and accommodating.
- Linda (3/5): Room was adequate, yet slightly creepy - Separate bedrooms Ants infested the old fashion donuts!!
- David (2/5): Awful - Location to town Parking, rooms looked old and outdated, mold growing on bathroom ceiling - water damage in room

- Denise (10/5): the price is right for the experience. the room looked clean. i may go back in the future - the building is old and needs work, but the sheets were clean. the bathroom was clean. location to downtown was good. there were marks on the window screens that seemed to indicate that someone tried to break in. that made me nervous.
- Stephen (10/5): - Size and layout of room excellent for us! Everything went well..we were very happy!
- Theodore (10/5): Stayed for 4 nights, was very happy with the cleanliness and how friendly the staff were. - Great location, great price, staff was very friendly. Room was clean, and larger than I expected. I don’t have any complaints, some might say it could use some updating, but then they’d probably have to up the rates to pay for it. I think it’s a great value and it’s kept clean.
- Riku (9/5): Great - To my surprise, the beautiful sunset can be seen near to the Motel. If only there is spoon or fork.
- Andrew (10/5): Highly recommended to anyone - Great place, great price , clean motel , friendly staff That there’s no pets welcomed
- John (8/5): -
- Elia (7/5): -
- Mariana (10/5): Very comfortable for the price! I looking forward for the next visit to be at the third floor - The space Close to everything

- Dennis (8/5): -
- jason (10/5): Amazing, - Amazing owners , always my number one stop for hotel options in anacortes.
- Pedro (8/5): -
- Celia (8/5): Older building that was very clean at an affordable price. - The location was just what we needed. The room rate was a bargain. I would prefer paper cups for the coffee, instead of styrofoam. Housekeeping knocked on our door before check out, but not by much.
- hillel (8/5): Slept well. Good location - 2 bedrooms separated by a hall with microwave and fridge. Very large Everything is pretty dated. It's not dirty, just a bit worn down, the walls are cinderblock. FABULOUS for the money, but not a romantic get away. Wifi didn't work, but after bringing it up to the owner he was able to fix it....so that is both a good and a bad.

- Steven (8/5): Middle town? Clean & economical. - Clean
- JENNIFER (8/5): -
- lorrie (10/5): Oyster run - Plenty of parking nice room
- Gaynell (8/5): Quiet motel in Anacortes - The room came with 2 separate sleeping area, divided by a kitchenette. Bring your own pots, pans, plates and cutlery. i couldn't connect to the wifi.
- Kim (2/5): - The hotel is very out of date and quite gross. Bedding was awful. While checking in the managers kid came out and threw batteries at us. Kid was out of control.
- C_in_B (9/5): Overnight stay in Anacortes - A Nice Motel room for our stopover in Anacortes. Wifi worked well. It was an easy walk to restaurants and places of interest. We liked the simplicity.
- Kimberly (6/5): - The room was spacious with a queen bed in a bedroom and a queen bed in the front, a small but full sized refrigerator and microwave. Walking distance to restaurants in the area and close to the ferry terminal. The place was older and worn, but a good value for a one night stay.
- Mark (8/5): -
- Tiffany (8/5): - Older property but clean. Nice bed. Heard the guys leaving in the morning. Easy access to dining options. No painless with parking. Great checkin. Huge room.
- Theresa (6/5): - Pros: The parking was fine. The room was clean. The staff were friendly.
Cons: The room had a kitchen, but no cooking supplies at all, which doesn't make any sense? Why have a kitchen if you don't privide any basic supplies? People don't usually pack cookware, utensils, plates, etc. when traveling. No tissues, no ice, no closets or any hooks to hang coats/clothing on.
Probably won't stay here again.
- Penny (7/5): -
- Jill (6/5): Needs an update - The people running this motel seem nice. They did call me the morning of my arrival to confirm I was still coming, but when I told them my evening ferry from San Juan Island could be delayed, they said "don't arrive after 10," which seemed unfair because I have zero control over the ferries.
The hotel itself has not had an update since 1955. I swear the bed cover was the original brown and yellow polyester throw. The fan was covered in giant dust bunnies. The room smelled like people smoked in it for 40 years, which they probably did. A couple coats of paint and some new bedding would have gone a long way.
- Christine (6/5): Clean and convenient. - Good place for a quick overnight before catching the ferry. I likes the cleanliness and fridge. There is a stove, but no utensils or pots and pans.
- Kimberly (10/5): - This place is SO out dated, like going back in time! I chose to view it as funky and retro. It was very clean, you can tell they clean carefully and throughly. It was comfortable, spacious, quiet, it felt safe, and it's a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely stay there again.
- Cecelia (3/5): Ok for a night. - Location. Room layout (2 beds but in separate areas. Large room. Free parking. It was ok for one night. Easy and safe walk to eateries and marina. No A/C (forgot to check when I reserved) but there was a fan and one could open the window. Kitchenette but no pots or utensils.
- Kate (8/5): - Great location
- James (7/5): -
- Cheryl (10/5): - Pleasantly surprised by how well maintained, clean and comfortable this place was given such a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.
- Tia (10/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): Clean and basic - Clean, had laundry. Laundry took my money and front desk wouldn’t reimburse. Said to contact contractor on machine (which I never did).
- Quick (10/5): - The unit was big, clean, quiet and was well worth the reasonable cost. And it is centrally located so within walking distance to restaurants. The heater didn't want to shut off, but since I like being warm it didn't bother my stay.
- Vikram (10/5): - Had a great stay. Very helpful owners who helped me navigate around Anacortes and San Juan. Location is unbeatable. A bonus is that the bus stop is just outside the Motel. A great help when you don'T have a car
- Barbara (10/5): - 2 separate rooms little kitchen area. Perfect for us
- Tiffany (7/5): Great location to the ferry! - They were very accommodating given our late arrival! Just be sure to notify them and they're happy to work with you.
Room was surprisingly large given the price we paid and had a "historical" charm to it. Loved the old-school fridge and even had a cooktop range!
Excellent location to get to the ferry too! Don't go expecting anything modern or updated. It's basically like stepping back in time into the 70's which I'm pretty sure is how old the bedding is LOL. But it was still clean and comfortable enough.
- anita (9/5): -
- Robert (7/5): Good option for Anacortes. - Affordably, large rooms, pretty quiet.
- Celine (6/5): - Large room and the location The room was smelling very bad and was not super clean and also not really well maintained
- Dominique (7/5): - spacious room, comfortable beds, good value for money, central location older rooms
- Brussels (5/5): -
- Joshua (4/5): Uncomfortable and dirty - The hotel is easy to find and check-in was simple enough. We were put in a corner room on the ground floor, the reason being we were leaving early to catch the ferry to Friday Harbor and the laundry room (next door to the room, I believe) starts being used early. The aforementioned corner room on the ground floor was sweltering, with only a couple dusty fans for relief. We barely slept, and there were lots of spiders. The fan in the bathroom did not work, and for some odd reason there was a full-sized refrigerator in our room. Just a very odd experience overall, and I certainly will look for other accommodations next time I come through Anacortes. The parking lot is incredibly tight and I can't imagine it can accommodate the cars for half the guests.
- Al (8/5): Good value, good location - This motel is a good value. It's relatively inexpensive so it doesn't provide all the luxuries of a more expensive place. But it was great for our stay. The location is great, it was clean, the kitchenette (with full fridge) helps save money on meals, etc. We'd stay there again.
- John (7/5): -
- Melody (3/5): - Near ferry terminal for Friday Harbor. Bathroom was not clean. Spatter on the wall that looked like blood. Hotel was tired and in need of updating.
- Q4379UNbarbarab (8/5): Good value for the price - This isn't a luxury hotel and it doesn't pretend to be. It's inexpensive, and it suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchenette (with full refrigerator) came in very handy. I would stay there again.
- Nancy (10/5): - Very clean and quiet. It is amazing to have separate bed areas for the 2 beds, especially since we were traveling with our adult son. Nice upgrades to room and kitchenette. Very quiet. Fans were provided to keep each room and bed area cool. Walking distance to many restaurants and the marina. Value was great.
- Niels (5/5): De kamers zijn wat ouderwets. Wel goed gelegen, op loopafstand van de haven -
- VCHIRAG (9/5): Good place to stay, cost effective. - Cost effective 2 separate bed in separate room, kitchen included. None.
- Quy (10/5): - Place is nice and staff were friendly
- John (10/5): - Liked the no smoking policy, the room accomodations were excellent. The bed was not that comfy.
- Robert E (5/5): Mixed Emotions - Location
Clean and budget friendly no extra frills
We stayed two days and our room was nicely cleaned when we returned. There was a little discrepancy on room charge. Booking.com rate was less than what we were charged at check in. When questioned, she was quick and short( with a smile) with answers reassuring us we were charged the lesser even though the printed receipt was more??
The room was a kitchenette with two stove burners for cooking a meal, however there were no cooking pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups to prepare a meal. There was no iron or ironing board and no hair dryer. Bring your own pillow as these are flat as pancakes.
- Edith (8/5): Great deal for a one night stay. - It was an exceptional value for a weekend stay in Anacortes. It was very clean and looked recently remodeled. Bathroom looked brand new. Front desk friendly. Mattress seemed old and not in the best shape. Exterior of the building was extremely off putting, made me not want to even stay there. However once inside the room it was fine.
- Gary (6/5): -
- Terry (10/5): - Parking needs help!!!
- Steve (8/5): Excellent location, great value - Great staff Extra large room, with more than ample kitchen
- Kyoko (7/5): Very friendly and helpful owner. Very basic, but spacious. Just to sleep, it’s a bargain. - Good value for money. Spacious with two big beds and a TV in each room. It is an old facility. No AC. For a hair dryer, ask at the front desk.
- Suzie (10/5): - Cant beat it for the price! Would absolutely stay here again.
- Delanie (10/5): Worth It - The location was unbeatable we were one block from main street. parking was safe and secure and the beds were comfy. They let me check in right when i arrived and the water pressure was excellent. overall cute and perfect for a night or two :) We could hear the neighbors and anyone outside the door smoking
- caroline (8/5): Guesthouse is a convenient, quiet, clean place to stay in downtown and easy access to the ferries. - We stayed at the guest house, which we really appreciated. It is on a quiet side street. It's not quite completely set up yet but once it is I think it will be a good place to stay. There is a full kitchen in the house which guests can use. It was a somewhat odd room though for a short overnight stay it was ok. It would be good to have a headboard for the bed; there wasn't really anywhere else to comfortably read.
