Wendi (5/5): Overpriced!,, especially for people coming to visit their families at the hospital/rehab center. - The only thing that was great was the pool was very clean. I was completely disappointed that there was not even any free fruit or juice available on the coffee bar area. I had to go to the restaurant to purchase muffins for my two daughters that is extremely disappointing for the price that I paid for the room. That was also not communicated to me by staff at my check in time. Level two was also extremely noisy. The walls and barriers are not very soundproof at all. I heard noise all night long. Pillows were very non-supportive

We were told they would be right back. Nothing went to hotel front desk to tell them we were going to IHOP and they said they had ran into the same situation themselves.

One of us who didn’t have food restrictions ate breakfast in the dining area and loved it. Nothing.

Think the hotel should have discounted the roomMonday night someone was pressure washing at night near the dumpster and it was loud. No tubs in room and we ate out because breakfast was expensive. The bed was the most comfortable of any of the 100s of hotels that I have ever stayed at. I was looking forward to the pool. It was in August and the pool was indoors. The pool water couldn't have been colder if it was outside in January. There was no courtesy bottled water at check in. There was no complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant on hotel grounds has a decent breakfast menu at an ok value. The hotel lobby was brewing coffee (none ready) both times I checked.

As soon as we opened the door, a sewer like smell permeated the space. I thought maybe someone had used the bathroom just prior to us coming in. Checked the bathroom and the smell coming from there was atrocious. Called the front desk, she apologized and said she’d move us immediately to another room. Went to get new keys, moved to the second room and thought things were fine until I opened the bathroom door and same smell; very STRONG sewer smell. We checked out and went somewhere else. It was terrible.

Amy (8/5): Overall, it was great, just a few flaws for improvement. - overall it was beyond my expectations, love that there was access to a bar and restraunt. Our rug was stained with bright red dye looked like blood but assuming it was a drink that stained the rug. Also next door was a dog that barked a lot. Maybe put animal people on one floor away from non animal people. Just another note, my in-laws got a direct spam phone call into their room requesting credit card information at 1130pm. They knew it was a scam because everything was under my name not theirs. Just questioning outside lines directly into the rooms.

Thomas (1/5): Issue with reservation - The facility was clean and the location was easy access We had a reservation through booking dot com.But when we got there, they said they weren't able to locate our booking.So my wife, who travels with our six month old baby had to wait a long time for them to try to find the.Reservation and in the end, she had to pay for another room.Just so she can get a room and then later they were able to find the reservation several hours later and saved the additional payment would be refunded. But I still haven't received it back in my account. It was a real hazzle for my wife to go through while she was traveling with our six month old baby
