I would definitely stay here again. Also, the staff is so accommodating and a joy to interact with. I really had an amazing experience. There was nothing I did not like.

Very tasteful, and you'll feel like you're in a resort when you see the decoration of the room or cottage.I had a little cottage that was by the pool and it was wonderful. Felt like I was in a little summer cottage, and everything was so tasteful and pretty. Bathroom was absolutely stunning and had a walk in shower with sliding doors, all of the glass and mirrors were so clean and the shampoo and soaps and conditioner.They left for use, were a really good quality. Abundant of towels and other things you need like blankets and extra pillows. The kitchen area was cute.It was like a little studio apartment in there.So I really loved it, and i'm going to definitely visit again. I liked that I could wake up early in the morning before the sun comes up and go to the beach and do my photography and relax and come back.And just put my feet up, and it's just like home. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Room clean however beds could be updated and older carpeting replaced, although clean and comfortable enough that we most likely will return sometime.

I woke up in the night with congestion & itchy eyes, there was mold in the room and I was having an allergic reaction. Even after opening the window, turning on the A/C and opening the shade to let the sun in - the smell was still there.

The front desk staff were great, and they had a nice continental breakfast. I really liked the fact that we could park at the beach and have our own private section of the beach as well by staying there. I didn’t get to use the pool, but it had a nice area and upper deck to go with it. Would absolutely recommend!

The room was clean, recently renovated, bed & sleeper sofa/futon were super comfortable and the property (interior & exterior) were very well maintained. Decor and designs were colorful and pool had fun color changing lights at night! Only downside (and no fault of BB) was when 2 women walked in our room in the morning as we had door open trying to load car because “they wanted to see what it looked like”. Ooops! It took them a minute to leave after I told them this was our room and we’re staying here. Besides this (as I said no fault of BB) we will be staying here again!

• Kathleen (10/5): - Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely return and recommend to others. Only question is parking. We never had a problem, but there isn't a lot of obvious parking so we were a little nervous we might need to park far from our room - but that never happened.
• Michael (10/5): - My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Breezeway. Each night we booked a different room. We loved every accommodation including a standard king, the pool house studio and one of the suites 218. Sebastian and Anna were delightful at check in and out. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels and coffee. The property is simply beautiful, the pool is so warm( the weather was sunny but cooler(high 60’s lower 70’s) so the pool was great! We will definitely stay here again. We imagine it will be fully booked throughout the summer but we certainly try to sneak in midweek. Thank you Breezeway for making our weekend so enjoyable.

• James (8/5): A really pleasant hotel with friendly staff and a clean, quiet room. - The location was excellent...Walking distance to the beach, but in a quiet residential area. Near enough to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean, the hotel grounds were very well kept, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The "continental breakfast" was meh. we didn't bother to use it the second morning of our stay. The heated pool was heated so well that it was almost a giant hot tub...Not a terrible problem (actually fairly pleasant and relaxing), but not good for swimming or exercise.

• Little (10/5): Exceptional - Adorable beautifully kept motel. Updated nice rooms, fun pool, beautiful grounds with many sitting, picnic, and play spaces. Bikes and games available. Breakfast was nice. Short walk or drive to beach with private parking and beach access with bathrooms and foot shower right off the beach. My family with an 8 and 10 year old loved our stay!

• Shirleyann (10/5): Mothers Day Weekend - My daughter/34 and I went away Mother’s Day weekend. We were so excited that we picked this hotel for our special weekend. The property it’s absolutely gorgeous and relaxing! We are definitely planning to stay there again. Check out my pictures.
• Markellus (9/5): It was a pleasant short stay, a nice place, the beach had to be driven to, but worth the short ride, - Great Value, pleasant staff. Continental Breakfast was delicious, whole family was happy. Grounds were kept up extremely well, nice place to hang out if you're not heading to the beach. There was nothing worth complaining about, everything was exactly as advertised. The entrance to the Private Beach looked worse for wear, I was a little cautious about driving my vehicle over the huge hole, but it wasn't a problem
• A (10/5): Excellent stay, very happy and will be back if we're ever in this part of the states again - Clean and quiet, comfortable and peaceful area
