• Vicki (5/5): Reasonably priced, but in desperate need of a clean. - It was large enough to fit a family of 7. The cabin was amazingly dirty. The floors were not clean, the skirting boards were layered with dust. The walls are in desperate need of a wipe down. There was not enough cutlery to cater for the number of guest. The shower was mouldy and needed a deep clean. 1-ply toilet paper, very budget.

• Anna (6/5): Just needs some maintenance..... - The cabins were spacious and air-conditioned. There was an electric blanket on the Queen bed. There were plenty of machines in the laundry and a great northerly communal drying space for washing. The cabin was dirty.There were greasy hand marks on the lounge, the table, and floor which wasn't inviting. There were spiders and webs around the architraves. The kettle didn't work.There was only one towel rail in a cabin that slept 6.

• Jo (7/5): Not the fanciest caravan park, but the family cabin was spacious and clean. - The freedom of the caravan park. The kids roamed, found friends, played on the tennis court and in the pool. The rooms were fine. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy, sheets and towels were clean. Communal laundry was useful. The games room was a bit tired. The jumping pillow not in action and the rooms were starting to need some love.

• Skye (6/5): Great value for money, comfortable but run down - Cabins were good size and very comfortable, does need abit of a deep clean, fridge was pretty dirty. The over all property was very run down, the pillow looks like it has been broken for years, over grown mini golf that once was there. Looks like it would have been amazing back in the day.

• Wendy (5/5): - Location was good. Beds were comfortable. There were 5 of us the double bed was made up buthe 4 bunks were not. Sheets and doonas provided folded up on the end of bed for us to make. Went to make the beds sheets were old and one was torn. Door in wardrobe of main bedroom was off the track just resting inside the cupboard. We were provided with one set of shampoos and one tiny piece of soap for five. The roads were full of potholes. A maintenance man is desperately required.

• Melina (10/5): Thankyou for our enjoyable stay - We came for a visit hoping to see the snow ❄️ No snow but my children and I had an awesome time the Park was close to everything, was quiet and the children loved the games room and playing tennis and soccer in the tennis court area 🤣 was absolutely friendly service. Thanks for our stay we will see you again when we come back to this area I hated that we couldn't stay longer 😊

They provided a baby cot as requested and let us know that if we were running late where to retrieve our keys and the best part for us after travelling all day was finding the air con on and the room nice n toasty warm !!!!! Truly exceptional service guys !!!!!!

More care needed to oversee the everyday work, eg in gardens not neat enough, mowers run over but edges not neatened. Maintenance re furnishings in the unit, a badly marked dining table and some cigarette butts on the verandah. Reception lacked some people skills.

• Matthew (3/5): It was a nice place but needs to be cleaned and updated - Check in was easy and accomodating with the late arrival. The size of the cabin was amazing for our family and plenty to keep the kids occupied and entertained. The cleaniness of the cabin was disgusting there was lipstick stained glasses in the cupboard, the dust in the bunk bedroom on top of the wardrobe with empty easter egg wrappers and the dust and dirtiness on the bunk beds. The floor was gritty and unclean, the shower floor was dirty and filthy too. The beds need a stopper or something as they move around during the night as you roll over due to the wheels and the floor typing. There was someone elses finger nail in the bedrooms. There was someone else's chips in the toaster oven.
