The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the remote. The room had all the requirements for laundry, cooking basic meals and washing up. Also the room had great noise insulation - no traffic noise could be heard. We would book again. If I had to be nit picky - the mattress was too hard. It took a couple of nights to adjust to the hardness. The bathroom was tiny and hard to move around.

Attention to details, facilities, organised, informative, meticulous, etc. Also, the beach is 2 mins walk, shops just there, Haeundae station 10mins walk, location AMAZING and they let me use the gym sooooo happy the gym access card in the room. Great location, great price and great value - Location (once one figures out navigating the locale (and South Korean maps in general) was pretty darned good - not sure if I was promised a sea view in the booking (may have gotten it confused with another hotel) but if you appreciate the angular pleasures of car park design, you'd be looking out the window with glee!!! All joking aside, it was a great place to stay - close enough to the beach as well as the crazier centre whilst remaining quiet. The rooms (I booked for my travel buds too) were on the same floor which I appreciated and they were comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Appreciated the fancy water machine as well as the washing machine (and Apple Translate which helped me figure out how to use it!!). WiFi (free!!!) was plenty fast enough for me to pretend I was at my desk in home, so that was also good. Nothing - was super happy with the booking

- esther (9/5): - Het was even schakelen omdat het meer als een woning voelt dan een hotel. Maar het is een heel prettige studio. De kitchenette was een pluspunt maar ook de wasmachine. Het was muisstil op de verdieping. Receptie is online maar instructies kwamen tijdig binnen en mocht je face t0 face contact willen dan is dat mogelijk. Accomodatie zit op 3 minuten lopen van het strand. We zaten 14 hoog dus wel even wachten bij de lift. Wij vonden het een fantastische accommodatie. Een studio met de service van een hotel. Als je hoog zit moet je wachten bij de lift.

This hotel is very clean, equipped everything included iron and umbrellas. Bedding is so clean and crispy, if I needed something like hand soap or more towels the staffs brought it in 10 min. Staffs are very kind too. Nothing much.

- Sophie (10/5): Great appartement for your stay in Busan - We loved our stay at Ciel de Mer. Appartement was very clean and comfortable. Beds linnens pillows and towels were very clean and very comfy. Everything was equiperd for maximum comfort. Very close to the beach and the popular spots like the Paradise casino. Easy check in and check out. Very quiet in the appartement. Overall great place at a great price. Adress seemed hard to find on the Korea travel visa automated form and taxis also had an issue to find the adress. We probably arrived by the wrong door because of the adress, it took us a few minutes to figure out the elevator situation. Once figured all was ok.

- JustNZ (10/5): Home away from home in Haeundae Beach - Perfect spot. Just a walk across to the beach. Plenty of places to dine. Many convience stores about. Oasis D Spa was a close stroll down the road and I loved it. It is a non face to face check in. Owner communicates well through messages. There are several other holiday rental apartments in the same building. Sometimes I found it easier to find and "pin" Plea de Blanc in kride. (same building) The room itself has everything you need. Mini apartment. The washer / dryer combo came in handy. The bed was firm and comfy. I was on 22 floor. The double windows means it's quiet. I would absolutely stay here again. Awesome value and great location. That I had to leave. I really enjoyed my stay.

Das ist nicht passiert, was etwas verwirrend war. Ansonsten muss man sich darauf einstellen, dass während des Aufenthalts nicht geputzt wird, es sei denn, man bezahlt dafür. War uns aber vorher bewusst, deswegen alles in Ordnung.
