• Ana (9/5): - Location I requested that I want specific view, I stayed before and I didn’t see the sunrise, I told the lady at front desk and she told me the room was with the view that I requested when I enter to the room was the view that I have before. I was with my 2 year old daughter and I don’t want to return to the desk and talk with the lady.

The room and the hotel was clean. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast ~ a fresh hot meal with lots of options. Truly impressed with this La Quinta, on the southside of Victoria, Texas.

• Priscilla (10/5): Excellent Hotel! - The hotel was very clean! It was very easy to access and surrounded by a couple of gas stations and a McDonalds. It was also easy access to the HWY. The bed was a little too firm for me, but everything else was great!

• Robert (1/5): I would like to be compensated for my stay - Staff was friendly ish Black mold on the window and ceiling from a water leak that poured into the room when it started raining at 4 am! I had to wake my kids and ask for another room

• Patricia (5/5): Never again - It had a life size metal horse, thought that was pretty cool. Location was in a poor neighborhood, right off the highway. Breakfast advertised sausage and eggs. No sausage available. Staff poorly dressed. Definitely would not go back. Pool was dirty with hairballs, my kids and I we're in the pool around 6pm and a couple were making out in the pool, which caused us to leave.

• Mike (10/5): - Great location and well layed outepace When we entered the bedroom, I noticed that there was fresh blood droplets on the outside cover on the corner of the bed. It didn’t look like it had been like washed and it wasn’t brown. It was more bright red fresh looking, and it was just like four round spots anyway I took a picture of it went downstairs, but they found somebody who could come up and she removed the sheets right away and took care of the problem so we appreciate it. I don’t know how that blood got on there because it was on it right when we walked in the door you could see me you could see it on the corner of the bed, so I don’t know if somebody skinned themselves or what but anyway the staff took care of it. Everything else was great.

• Nathan (3/5): LaWuinta used to be the best to stay at but not any them have been good. - First I have to say they gave us a discount but very unhappy with everything else. I booked a handicap room and they overbooked it so had to take a regular room. The toilet was so low I couldn't get up. There were no bars to help. So the rest of1our stay I didn't drink anything and used the the 1st floor bathroom that was very dirty.Paint splatters on floor in our room and 1st floor bathroom. Very dirty. Windows were so dirty you couldn't see out.

• M7140XRjaneth (10/5): Easy access and clean - Easy on and off main roads. Clean. Doing a good job at getting rid of plastic with soap, shampoo, conditioner and water filter. Hot hot water in the showers feels good after a dip in the pool and a cold walk to the room. Elevator fast. Tesla drivers charge there and they don’t always pay attn driving in or out.
• Cheryl (1/5): Unfortunately I fell sick and couldn't drive to Victoria - I love this property I always stay there for years and book through booking. Com but I had to make a new account for the app bc I got locked out initial app with my history of stays there I never had a issue and this time I even purchased the insurance and had to end up canceling my booking because sickness and neither the property or insurance refund me my money. I booked so much on my other account that I never had to even prepay for reservation. I love the staff there they are so friendly every family event and family reunion we have there I always get everyone to book there. The Lopez family reunions and Garcia family reunions and that weekend was the Briones quinceañera we com in packs and have spent a lot of money with yall. I can't believe that I was treated like this I have always loved everything about this property and recommend it to everyone I know

• Warriner (8/5): - Very clean, nice staff. The front desk let me check in early which was super appreciative since we were in town for a softball tournament for daughter and had a long break. She was grateful to get out of the heat for a bit and relax. Thank you!
• Ember (10/5): Good hotel - not so good breakfast. - Traveling through town. All was great except the breakfast. It's a full hot buffet but the eggs and meats didn't taste right. We had to dump our plates in the trash and went out to eat.
• Stephanie (10/5): Very welcoming - Check-in was very easy and was greeted with a very welcoming attitude. Pool was clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable but they could use more comfortable pillows. Most were flat. I usually bring my own though. The only reason for less stars in comfort was the ac was not working properly in our room and it got a little too warm for our liking during the night. Breakfast was nice and had ample seating in the dining area. Over all, it was a pleasant experience and would definitely go back.

Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion are available, & w/ my deluxe room I got a TV with streaming services. Breakfast was soo good & was THE highlight for me. Chorizo, refried beans, eggs, tortillas, & more. I didn’t go to the pool but it looked clean from my window, pretty big with modern decor. Favorite hotel in Victoria so far.

De kamer waas vrij ruim. De gordijnen en de airco waren erg vies. Er zat schimmel op de gordijnen. Er was in de buurt van het hotel echt helemaal niets te doen. Het enige wat er was was de benzinepomp om iets te eten en te drinken te krijgen

• David (6/5): - I’ve stayed at La Quinta properties quite often over the last 5 years. In general, if it is a new one you are good to go. When they go thru a refresh as required to keep the La Quinta flag, I find that the work in general is sub par and that the old fixtures in the bathrooms, and old doors show their age and are rarely maintained properly. Hotel elevator was grimey and needs a face lift along with refresh of the doors & elevator controls. My room was clean, but the carpet had stains that needed to be addressed.

There were cockroaches and trash in the stairway. The pillows were so flat we tried to fold them in half to get them think enough to be comfortable

Ruthann was also helpful at breakfast and everything was fully stocked. Upon checking out we met Carrie in housekeeping and she was super nice! I would love to come back to this location

Roaches on the walls, in drawers where our clothes were put away and was even woken up to baby roaches on the pillow. I spoke with front desk and told them it was unacceptable and that I shouldn’t be charged for the stay. I was assured it would be handled but I was still charged full price. I will never stay there again!
