• Nataliya (10/5): Все на высшем уровне! - Великолепный отель с отличным обслуживанием, разнообразные , вкусные завтраки, ужины , отличные бассейны с термальной водой и обычные бассейны, большой спа центр, есть зоны для мужчин и женщин отдельно и общие для всех зоны, в номере всегда есть вода, мини бар, чай, кофе, чайник, халат, тапочки и все, что нужно для комфорта. Понравилось приветственное письмо с моим именем , фрукты и сладости как комплимент при заезде. Заселили в 12 часов, что на 2 часа раньше , спасибо! Персонал профессиональный и помогает во всем! Отель красивый, шикарный , посуда вся из керамики Кютахьи , очень приятно ! В номере очень тепло. Вай фай работает только в номере , если ходишь по отелю или в бассейны, то почти не ловит. За ужином вино - платно

• Büşra (4/5): - Yemekler şahaneydi Havuzlar pisti, gece yarısı yangın alarmı çaldı, oteldeki düğünden kalan alkollü arkadaşlar sebep olmuşlar. Gece 1’de bebeğim uyandı sesten. Konaklamamız sadece 1 gündü onda da çocuk havuzu içerisine dışkı yapıldığı için pislikten kapalı dendi. Faydalanamadık. Sincan kulübün kapısındaki kilit paslı ve sivriydi. Çocuğun ayakkabısını giydirirken kolumu kesti derin bir çizik oluştu. Pansuman yapıldı ve havuzları kullanamadım su değmemesi gerektiği için. Eşimin doğum günü için gelmiştik. Başımıza gelmeyen kalmadı. NG bizim için çok farklı güzel bir otel grubuydu fakat artık öyle olmadığı için üzüldük. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğiz öyle karar aldık. İyi çalışmalar.

Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. We especially appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the team – their dedication makes all the difference. Çocuk aktiviteleri oldukça başarılı, ailecek gönül rahatlığıyla gidilebilecek bir yer. Hizmet kalitesi mükemmel, personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz!

The staff were very good and caring for their guests wellbeing. Incredible experience in mainland Türkiye.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the NG staff that work so hard every day to make the stay enjoyable. Especially I want to tell thank you to front office manager Mr.Sener Ataguven,because he upgraded us for premium rooms.We had duplex premium room which was really unforgettable.Also Mr.Sener made very easy check in and make sure that we have everything we need.Everyone is so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, this was definitely a 5 star experience and we would stay here again. The resort is lovely. Outdoor areas are clean and well maintained. There was plenty of seating at the pools and restaurant.The rooms was cleaned and refreshed every day. Overall, our stay at NG Afyon was a truly unforgettable experience. From the beautiful facilities & delicious food, to the amazing staff & gorgeous building,everything about this resort was top-notch. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, unforgettable, & relaxing getaway.

Il est tres facile de trouver de la place dans les transats, les piscines ne sont pas bondé de monde, tout simplement super!! Enfin la nourriture local est très bonne!😍 A refaire

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great family weekend option - We spent the weekend at the hotel as a family with 2 kids. We used the thermal pools, aroma steam room, sauna, the pools and slides. They’re quite good and generally very good option to spend the weekend with family.
• Laura (6/5): Great Spa, Poor Air Conditioning - The hotel lobby is like a museum, very beautiful with so many elegant pieces of art. The thermal waters were very warm and medicinal. The outdoor water slides were closed but the indoor slides were actually small but packed a punch. The food was plentiful, mostly local cuisine but good. Our biggest issue was that the entire hotel was hot! The room air conditioners did not work! We complained, they sent a technician who claimed cool air was coming our, but it wasn't. It was winter and the room was 28C. Finally we decided to just turn the air off and open the balcony door. It cooled the room down enough so we could sleep. I would not want to visit this hotel in the summer with such poor air conditioning. For a hotel barely 10 years old, the rooms are run down, carpets are fraying and we had a broken electrical outlet in our room.

• Birgül (4/5): Hizmet kalitesinin yetersizliği - 1 gece için toplam 838 TL para ödedik yarım pansiyon için fakat akşam yemeğinde istediğimiz alkolsüz içecek (kola) için bizden 13 TL para talep ettiler. Bir yemek esnasında meşrubat için para ödenmesi çok yanlış. Ayrıca termal otel konseptinde sadece bir havuzun sıcak olması diğer tüm havuzların soğuk olması çok yanlış. Çocuk dostu bi otel asla değil. Kaydıraklı havuza 4 yaş altı çocuğun girmesi yasak. Lobi de bulunan bir bölüme 12 yaş çocuğun girmesi yasak.

Tek sıkıntımız otele giriş ve çıkışta yolu bulmakta zorlandık. Yol ayrımında tanela ile yönlendirilse yabancılar için daha rahat olur.
• sibel (10/5): kaplıca otelinin en iyisi - Bugüne kadar kaldığım en iyi kaplıca deneyimiydi. bundan sonra tek kaplıca tercihim olacak. sadece tv kanalı olarak daha fazla türk kanalı olabilirdi birde tv ler daha geniş ekran olsa daha iyi olur. daha önce kaldığın bi otelin tv si aynanın içerisine gizlendirilmiş ve lüks bir görünüm veriyordu. siz de neden olmasın?

Hele birde kendini bilmez misafirlerin havuzlardaki cankurtaranları çağırıp, çocuklar için yaş kontrolü yaptırtması görgüsüzlüğün son safhasıydı. Yemekler güzeldi. Oda temizliği güzeldi. Asansörler yeterliydi. Bidaha gidermiyim? Hayır.

Bütün günümüzü iki karışlık çocuk havuZunda geçirmek zorunda kaldık. Çok keyif aldığımız söylenemez. Bu bilgiyi diğer oteller gibi paylaşsalardı çocuklu bir aile olarak tercihimiz olmazlardı. Bunun dışında otel güzeldi.

• OGUZ CAN (10/5): CALISKAN GIDA - Afyon’un en iyi termal oteli diyebilirim. Otelin genel anlamda temizligi muazzamdi, personelleri guler yuzluydu. Tekrar tekrar gidilip sikilmayacaginiz bir tesis.

They sent us to a comfortable sofa and told us they will look for reservation and let us know I went back to check out what was going on and they appologised and gave us the keys Hotel was absolutely gorgeous Staff was very friendly pools are all clean and wonderful but At th check out they said they haven't received the payment via expedia Despite I showed my credit card transaction they charged me the whole amount again First I rejected to make the payment but then i had no chance of leaving the hotel without payment The day before they called me and again with another appologises they promised to return my money back because they received the payment Something was wrong may be selays through expedia or hotel staff
