- TORE (10/5): - Zunächst möchte ich dem hervorragenden Personal an der Rezeption danken, Herrn Yusup, der uns sehr freundlich begrüßt hat und Herrn Ömer, der uns zu unserem Zimmer begleitet hat. Das Zimmer war perfekt, das Badezimmer war sauber, das Bett war gut, die Klimaanlage funktionierte, es gab viele Märkte rund um das Hotel und es lag ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, in Gehweite zur METROBUS-, METRO-, BUS-Haltestelle!

- Ценкуловска (8/5): Satisfied with the hotel and recommend it - We like the hotel and the location. This is a calm place good for family vacations. The staff is friendly and helpful. The weather was cold and the hotel does not provide single blanket for every person. The quilt in a room for two people is double size but still not comfortable for two.

Aufzug hat kein TÜV mehr bekommen seid Dezember 2024 abgelaufen, darauf habe ich die Dame angesprochen und kam als Antwort mit einem verzweifelten Lächeln was kann ich den jetzt machen, darauf hin habe ich dann geantwortet wenn wir abstürzen wird bestimmt gemacht.

- Razieh (10/5): Perfect hotel - Clean/ perfect location/ friendly staff/ near to many restaurants and bakeries. The lady who was the cleaner was an honest person, my laptop, iPad, money was on the table, she didn’t touch them. I will come back again. I recommend others. The hairdryer worked one minute, then I needed to wait until it was cold and worked another one minute.

Stayed there 3 horrible nights, they give us room on the first floor behind there check in desk, I asked for the upper floor, but they said they don’t have 2 beds on upper floors, if you stay on the first floor you won’t be able to sleep not until 12:30 am, due to very loud noise in the lobby by their own stuff, very disrespectful, we asked please be quiet, we need to sleep, we have early appointments, they say ok, next minute the noise still the same,I usually don’t complain, but this time I had to say something because I have never experienced anything like that in a hotel, they are just so loud, and our window on that side also, the room is so dark, they had no lights the day before and night of our check out, how in the world am I supposed to put things in my suitcase if I can’t see anything in the room, they did not offer any help with that, they did not apologies for the inconvenience, I had to take a shower in a dark, water was still hot, I had to go outside and it was windy that day with wet hair, nowhere to charge your phone, absolutely horrible experience, I want my money back ,it was waste of money for this place, their bathroom in such a rundown condition, I asked for a hand towel, all the hotels here give you 2 towels, because there’s two of us , the lady there said they don’t have it, it needs to be washed, this hotel is not ready to serve its guests, not very friendly, do not stay here!

Room was comfortable, clean and warm, WiFi connection worked well - I was able to work during a week with no problems. Bathroom facilities might need some renovation soon.

I am a women who traveled alone here and I felt so taken care of and safe. Thank you guys for the amazing service. Water pressure was great and great temperature. Room was clean and bed comfortable. AC worked and Wifi was a bit shaky at times but eventually became consistently working. Would return here again.

My room was very clean as well as my bathroom. The location is perfect and room service was great and fast. If there was anything we needed the hotel staff were very helpful and catered to our needs. The fridge was extremely dirty and it had a very bad smell. The window couldn’t close so it was very loud. The room was very small for two adults.
