• AJ Rams (7/5): Average - No aircon/fan in the x2 rooms, there is 1 desk fan only…can be too hot you need turn on the AC in the living room and open the doors to get cool air in…the floors and cabinets dusty, throw pillows stained.

• Jenny (9/5): - The apartment was roomy for a one bedroom. Good kitchen. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Reception staff were excellent and helped me extend my stay. Location was very good for my needs. I liked exploring the neighborhood and finding local breweries. Being close to a IGA was convenient. Also being a short walk from the Storey bridge, the kangaroo point bridge and kangaroo point riverwalk was excellent.
• Angela (5/5): Disappointing - Apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable. Pool area and gardens were good. Security was good. Bathrooms had mould and soap scum, definitely ready for updating. Kitchen utensils were limited, old scratched coated saucepans, only two odd wine glasses provided for five people. There was previous tenants' ice cream left in freezer. Lamps, blinds were all dusty. Outdoor furniture was old and faded. Apartment was altogether a bit shabby.
• Sarah (3/5): Not happy at all! - Liked the location and that we could get a 3 bedroom apartment. Didn’t like the lack of towels. 4 for 4 people for a 4 night stay for showering and swimming and the dryer was absolutely useless. Also didn’t like the glass crack pipe and bag of weed that our 3 yr old granddaughter found in the kitchen drawer?? Didn’t get to raise this with staff as we didn’t see any staff our whole stay. Would like to discuss this more as we didn’t pay your expensive prices to find drugs and drug paraphernalia in a kitchen drawer

• Belinda D (2/5): Basic old fittings, needs a deep clean for whole apartment, noisy and foul. - Kangaroo point is a scenic location generally on the Brisbane River. The place smells of a dank, awful pong. The room was very very basic and has not had any features maintained for decades. Dishwasher with foul smell and would not open well, microwave ancient, crockery has food residue on most items. Couch saggy and old. Bathroom - towel rail broke apart and shower recess old, grimy and disgusting. Air con yellow with age. Over every surface and blinds, a film of grease from decades of cooking. Outside, major construction includ8ing cranes, semi trailers and jack hammers occurring from 6:30am straight outside the apartment.

• Anne (6/5): Apart from mouldy bathroom we enjoyed our stay. Not close to cafe, shops etc. - Spacious apartment with river view. Good kitchen. Pool was great to cool off. Reception staff very helpful. Bathroom shower had so much mould. Needs retiling or clove oil to kill mould. At least a bit of bleach. Some cups in cupboard had not been washed up, still had coffee stains. Could not access different floor with lift key thing.

Spacious main bedroom, all rooms air conditioned Minor things only - The kitchen could have been supplied with chux for wiping down benches as the bathrooms could have been supplied with tissues. No full length mirrors in any of the rooms For a 3 bedroom apartment to sleep 6 - only 4 dining chairs

• S (10/5): Extraordinary - Exceptional stay – truly felt like home We stayed in this apartment in Brisbane for the last three nights, and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. From the very beginning, the host was outstanding. She provided extremely clear and detailed instructions on how to access the building and collect the keys, including helpful videos showing exactly where to go and how to use the fob. Communication was excellent throughout — she was always available, responsive to messages and calls, and genuinely cared about our comfort during the stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, elegant, and beautifully decorated. It felt warm and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. Everything was so clean and tidy that I didn’t need to clean anything before using the space — including the bathrooms, carpets (even under the beds!), furniture, bedsheets, towels, and mattress. The bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper, shampoos, hand wash, and more. Every detail had clearly been thought of. The beds were very comfortable, the carpets were soft and very clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and very convenient. As a thoughtful touch, the host also left us a small welcome gift, which was such a kind and generous gesture and really made us feel appreciated. She was polite, pleasant, and a joy to communicate with. It’s clear that she runs this as a business with great care and professionalism, and I truly hope her business continues to grow and succeed. Thank you so much for such a comfortable, stress-free, and memorable stay. We were extremely happy and would absolutely stay here again. Highly, highly recommended! Sanar
• monique (9/5): I would return. - Location was great to access Brisbane CBD, and the apartment was clean. Not much parking in adjoining streets but was fine once able to park in the allotted undercover car park.

Bathroom/Laundry old, tired, and dirty. Cleaning not professionally done, uni students used, a lot of house dust about. Bathroom/Laundry below standard. Dirty, old and tired, mouldy tiles. Electric jug had a broken handle, microwave oven failed. Kitchen - cutlery not clean, refrigerator off castor and leaning. Bedlamp not working.

Pool & surrounds were enjoyable Distance of carpark from lift an issue for moving luggage - no Shower recess urgently requires maintenance ie excessive calcium deposits, defective grouting, corroded fittings are not acceptable Rubbish odour coming from lift when coming from LB & having to take rubbish to bin room in LB Filters in washing machine were COMPLETELY blocked and dryer filter not cleaned

Bathroom was moldy and dirty, kitchen sink still had food in it, dishes still had food, dishwasher had water in the bottom. Strange smells on different days coming from common area.

• Orla (10/5): Ideal apartment - Had everything we needed during our stay. Three large bedrooms, lovely lounge and kitchen area and huge balcony with comfy furniture. Great location with walking distance to some restaurants. Close to public transport to go further into the city.

• Burger-Jung (8/5): - Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartement. Busanbindung zur City sehr gut. Lebensmittelgeschäft in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum beim Haus sehr schön ! Auch der Balkon mit Aussicht auf Brisbane River ist sehr angenehm. Leider wird in direkter Umgebung viel gebaut und der Lärm trübt die Erholung. Mit Lärm in einer Großstadt muss man aber immer klar kommen. Wir sind nach Ende der Rezeptions Öffnungszeit angekommen. Leider war die Beschreibung für den Zugang zum Haus und wo sich der Haupteingang befindet schlecht formuliert.

• Kim (4/5): Extremely disappointing given the cost - The kitchen in this apartment was very poorly equipped. It was impossible to prepare a meal with what was provided in the kitchen. The apartment itself felt a bit grubby. We were woken at 6am on Saturday morning by construction noise on an adjacent site. The bedding setup - 3 double beds - was not ideal for a family. Cleaners knocked on our door prior to the 10am check out time and stood in the hallway waiting for us to leave.

• Bernadette (10/5): Wonderful wonderful wonderful, Thankyou so much for hosting us - Location was excellent! Bus stop just across the road from reception. Ferry very short walk away. Booked for myself and adult children plus one new 4 month old grandchild, 3 bedroom unit was so spacious and so thought out! It was so nice to arrive and find such a gem after travelling from NSW and booking online. The pool was a hit, especially as we come from Glen Innes and were not used to the wonderful 35 degree day Brisbane had to offer one day of our stay. After hours check in was so well looked after, no stress for us country folk 😊 Nothing to add here

• Hale (10/5): "OUR GREAT LITTLE GETAWAY" - Location and apartment was more than we expected. The pictures on the website did not do it justice. And for what we paid for was right on par. If your looking for location and secured parking,this one is right up there. We will definitely come back here. There was construction at the time,which was loud. But closing the doors and having 2 heat pumps,made it pretty quite and very accommodating.

Needs block out blinds in bedroom. Couch was broken. Bathroom drain smelt bad all the time. Little bugs were in the bathroom, in cocoons in the wall crevices.

• Melissa (7/5): Fabulous location, easy to navigate area. - Great location. Lovely roomy apartment. Fabulous balcony area, lots of room to spread out with the family. Great relaxing room to use at night time. Room felt a little lacking with cleanliness and lots of things broken or patched. Lots of leaks in bathroom etc. Missing a lot of cups etc. booked with booking.com very hard to get information re check in. Had to ring an after hours number to find out how to enter the property.

• Tim (4/5): Poor property contact - Apartment was big enough, great views. Could not go out on the balcony for a few hours on Saturday afternoon because of a party upstairs. Turned TV up to try and block the noise. Fire alarm went off, lift was broken on sunday and had to walk and down stairs with luggage 3 times. When we paid for accom never heard from property again after messaging a few times.
• Britt Røed (7/5): Stor leilighet med flott utsikt - Flott og stor leilighet med fantastisk utsikt i 9 etg. Fin avstand til southbank og byen for vi som liker å gå litt. Hyggelig dame som tok i mot oss. Det var en byggeplass rett nedenfor med mye støy! Graving og pigging fra kl 6 om morgen. Det kommer til å pågå en stund….Trøblet også med aircondition.
