Un peu éloigné du centre. Places de parking limitées dans l'enceinte Sans doute plus adapté à un séjour qu'à une étape d'une nuit (avant un ferry par exemple)

- Giada (10/5): - Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Noi abbiamo avuto un grosso problema con GNV e abbiamo trovato questo residence molto accogliente e bello. Sembra di essere a casa, non in un hotel. Volevo ringraziare la persona con cui ho parlato su whatsapp che nei nostri confronti é stata disponibile e gentile quando le ho spiegato la nostra problematica per cui si é sentita “offesa” del fatto che non avessimo chiesto aiuto. Una cosa molto apprezzata che determina cortesia, professionalità e umanità che purtroppo oggi sembra una cosa un po’ persa nel tempo. Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche se io sono nata e cresciuta a Cagliari, avrei davvero piacere di passare metà delle mie prossime vacanze in famiglia in questo luogo che sicuramente é adatto alle famiglie.

- Nina (10/5): - Wir hatten einen zehntägigen Urlaub in der Il Mello Residenz und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der tolle Grillbereich mit guter Ausstattung und großem Tisch. Da wir mit zwei Familien gereist sind, konnten wir dort häufig gemeinsam grillen und essen – das war eines unserer Highlights. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war das regelmäßige Hundegebell in der Umgebung – besonders nachts und morgens früh, was hin und wieder unseren Schlaf gestört hat. Das liegt jedoch außerhalb der Verantwortung des Eigentümers. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

- Khalef (10/5): Une étape reposante et sereine avec des habitants très sympathique - Nous étions en mode road trip donc à pied, le bus s'arrête à proximité du logement ce qui est pratique pour aller faire les courses ou aller au centre ville notamment à la plage l'emplacement du logement est situé sur les hauteurs du quartier qui est calme et sympa La résidence est très original, les appartements sont bien fait, le hall de l'accueil est vraiment beau et sympa, on peut s'y poser tranquillement Les logements sont super avec terrasse, c'est vraiment un endroit reposant Le personnel est super sympa et accueillant; merci
- Jaumegilm (9/5): - L'apartament és agradable i prou ben equipat Els missatges i el sistema de check-in. Els missatges son impertinents: "has d'arribar entre les 16 i les 20. Si arribes abans de les 16 veste'n a donar un volta i torna més tard." Respecte el check-in, diu que amb una aplicació escaneges els documents i ja està, però no funciona amb el DNI espanyol. Has d'introduir un munt de dades i després enviar les fotos del DNI, que les te totes i, a més, una selfie. A més, la quantitat de dades que es demanen ( obligatories) sembla dirigit només a enviar publicitat o altra spam.

- Rita Mendes (10/5): Estadia relaxante num aparamento amoroso - Apartamento muito confortável, com tudo o necessário e com um ambiente muito acolhedor, assim como todos os apartamentos e espaços em redor pertencentes ao alojamento. Ideal para uma estadia relaxada, para poder explorar as regiões ao redor. A distância a pé em relação ao centro de porto torres é de 30/40min, mas óptima para quem gosta de caminhar (que foi o caso). Além disso há uma boa rede de autocarros que facilita as deslocações. Para quem tem carro é um ponto excelente para ficar, zona perfeita para conhecer outras regiões deste lado da ilha. Não menos importante, a simpatia da Laura (proprietária), muito atenciosa e disponível para tornar a estadia o mais agradável possível. Super recomendado!

Bien équipé, lit confortable, emplacement très calme. Personnel d'accueil très disponible et agréable. A deux pas de l'embarcadère du ferry. Un four à micro-ondes serait appréciable.

- Jean Philippe (8/5): Bien pour une nuit. - Le logement est fonctionnel la terrasse agréable, l'équipement est complet, et le personnel est très réactif et aimable. La procédure de Check in en ligne est difficile à remplir, la réception wifi très faible voir quasiment inexistante dans le logement 2 et la literie trop souple.

- Jose Vte (10/5): Excelente - Apartamento con todo lo necesario y comodidades para pasar unos dias y conocer el Norte de Cerdeña, disponibilidad de aparcar en recinto privado , menaje y detalles de la casa para el desayuno. Cafetera italiana, y de capsulas Dolce Gusto. Terraza privada posterior para poder tender y estar relajado en el exterior, tienen complementos a disposición tipo sombrillas, esterillas.... A destacar el personal profesional y servicial dándonos consejos , lugares a visitar y que al hablar Español nos facilito mucho la estancia y la solución de problemas. Buena fluidez de mensajes vía Whatssap para recibir información. El Wifi costaba en algunos momentos la conexión.

Léger défaut: Les voitures sont garées à l'intérieur de la cour de la résidence, ce qui est pratique mais comme la cour est petite, on a un peu l'impression de séjourner dans un garage. Peut-être pourrait-on les garer dans la rue (très calme aussi) une fois les bagages déchargés ?

Bij het inchecken kregen we dadelijk héél veel informatie over de bezienswaardigheden in de regio. Verblijf was heel rustig en veilig gelegen. Afgesloten domein. Hygiëne was top.. Honesty bar, lounge, kortom, alles was aanwezig. We hadden een fantastisch verblijf. Niets.

- Franklin (10/5): Alojamiento ideal si te vas en ferry - Lo mejor fue la atención y comunicación del personal, apartamento amplio y cómodo, parking gratuito dentro del conjunto residencial, ubicación en la periferia de Porto Torres, necesitas el coche para todo pero está a 10 min en coche del terminal de Grimaldi. Wifi no iba muy bien dentro del apartamento.

- Ines (9/5): Wir kommen gern wieder! - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft wo es nur kann. Es ist sehr sauber und alles nett eingerichtet und nach der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes wird durch geputzt . Der kleine Balkon ist sehr angenehm und lädt am Abend zum draußen sitzen ein. Das Gelände ist nur über ein elektronisches Tor zu betreten bzw. zu befahren - somit sind die Fahrzeuge auch sicher aufgehoben. Es gibt immer mal kleine Probleme, aber da wurde sofort geholfen.
