Stefano (9/5): - Trascorsi una vacanza a cavallo di Ferragosto in “Edificio 15 house elite” e devo dire di essere stato bene: il personale è cordiale/friendly, mentre la camera è confortevole e pulita. La posizione di tale struttura è strategica perché si trova esattamente al centro di Rodi Garganico: ciò significa avere tutto a portata di mano (ristoranti ed altro) ma, al contempo, risulta molto comodo l’andare e tornare in/dalla spiaggia per merito di un servizio di mini-navetta gratuitamente offerto dalla struttura ed addirittura ‘ad personam’; cioè grazie al quale si possono prestabilire gli orari ai quali farsi accompagnare/venire a prendere allo stabilimento. A proposito di stabilimento, ce n’è uno (ampio) convenzionato con la struttura stessa. Con riguardo alla colazione offerta da “Edificio 15 house elite”, vasta è la scelta: dolce e salato in abbondanza, di qualità; relativamente invece a pranzo e cena, c’è solo da scegliere uno dei vari ristoranti a due passi dalla struttura. Insomma, in “Edificio 15 house elite” trascorsi globalmente un’esperienza positiva e quindi, per chi cerca un punto di approdo in zona Gargano, esso è sicuramente da provare. Sostanzialmente nulla da eccepire.

Verified traveler (10/5): Great Hotel in historic Rodi plaza - The quintessential small, charming Italian beach town that one always looks for but can rarely find. Predominately locals or Italian vacationers with limited English spoken. Large sandy beaches a 5 minute walk away. The hotel itself is the nicest in the area from what we could see and is top notch. Great A/C which was welcomed with the 90 degree highs we were experiencing while there in June of 2017.
Verified traveler (2/5): Trato pésimo por parte de la encargada del hotel. - En la vida me habían gritado en un hotel hasta esta vez. Nos enviaron un mail para que hiciésemos el check in des de las 10 hasta las 19. Llegamos a las 18h y el sitio cerrado. Menos mal que hablamos italiano y pudimos pedir en una pizzeria cerca que les llamasen. Llegó a gritos diciendo que no tenía porque estar perdiendo el tiempo en la recepción. El parking está en el puerto unos 15m andando por las escaleras), que lo tengan en cuenta la gente con carritos y problemas de mobilidad. Al día siguiente en el desayuno a gritos con la gente para que tomase asiento y nos indicó que el check out es a las 10, fuimos a por el coche y sobre la 9:45 volvimos con él (se puede aparcar en la plaza de enfrente 5m) y a gritos diciendo que nos había llamado a la habitación que donde estábamos que teníamos que hacer check out. El hotel es precioso, muy bien cuidado, pero el servicio es pésimo. Una pena porque sino sería un gran boutique hotel.
