Very helpful and friendly staff. Good aircon. Big beds. Loads of good parking. Sea view. The hotel is very old and outdated. The lights in the room are confusing. The carpets are old. The bedding is clean but old and hard. Only one toilet roll tissue provided. The swimming pool area is not well maintained.

- Fawzi (10/5): مكان ترحابي ممتع - الترحيب والحفاوه ابتداء من اختصاصيين الاستقبال الرائعين مرورا بخدمات الفندق وخلال الاهتمام الملحوظ من قبل جميع الموظفين وانتهاءً بالتنوع الشهي في الافطار اللذيذ. الموقع جداً رائع وكل شيء قريب لدرجة مرضية جداً. المسابح والشواطئ روعه ينقصها اشياء بسيطه الترقيه مع بوكينج استفدت منها كثيراً كانت اطلاله رائعه جداً، مساحة الغرفه والتكييف ونظافة المكان مرضيه الى حد ممتاز من باب التحسين فقط: ارجو تخطيط مواقف السيارات لكي تستطيع استيعاب قدر اكبر من السيارات تحت المظلات حيث ان البعض يوقف في مكانين لعدم وضوح الخطوط ايضاً الغربان على المسابح والشاطئ عدوانيه، نظافة الممشى على البحر غير مرضيه. كما انه يوجد بقع كبيره على الموكيت في الغرفه والسيشووار في الحمام يحتاج صيانه لان مروحته مكشوفه وايضاً احسست بصعق كهربائي خفيف علما اني لم اكن مبللاً… الساونا والبخار لا تعمل ولكن لم يكن ذلك عائقاً كبيرا تقريباً هذا كل شي

- Mohammed Saeed (1/5): معقول هذا فندق يتبع سلسلة راديسون بلو ؟! - الموقع فقط وهناك رجل امن هو الوحيد الي ممكن يبتسم للنزلاء ويقدم مساعده. نسيت اسمه واتوقع يحي وكان متواجد عند وصولي. - الاثاث قديم ومتهالك ومتسخ - عمال النظافه وتوصيل الشنط ريحتهم بصل وعرق حتى انك تكره انهم يمشون امامك او يقفون امام الغرفه. - ازعاج عمالة التنظيف والعربات الي يجرونها بالدور الاول. - فضلات الطيور في كل مكان عند مدخل الفندق وفي الحدايق وعلى الجدران - التلفزيون الموجود من الانواع القديمه جدا جدا. والي تفرض عليك قنوات معينه.

- Hamad (8/5): استمعت بالاقامة - الموقع - الهدوء - مساحة الغرفة 1 - التلفزيون صغير ( مطلوب 65 او 70 بوصة ) 2 - عدم وجود ميكرويف 3- عدم وجود طاولة طعام مع كرسيين 4- باب حجرة الاستحمام ضيق ويصدم رف مناشف الاستحمام ( مطلوب نقل مكان رف المناشف ليفتح الباب كاملاً )
- Ghalibi (10/5): - I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The location is excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional, making the experience very comfortable. However, I experienced an issue with itching during my stay, which was the only downside. I believe it may be related to the bedding or room conditions. Aside from this problem, everything else was great. I hope the hotel can address this issue, as it would make the stay perfect.
