• Bingham (8/5): I met some interesting people, in a hostel this happens naturally. - I enjoyed a short stay at the hostel. Very friendly staff, great location. Good value for the money. Basic but nice place to stay. It is very basic and feels a bit cramped.

• Joanna (8/5): Cosy and economic option - Great location, warm & cosy rooms. Good kitchen, shared areas n 2 bathrooms. Staff helpful and contactable. Close to bus stop and even had a view of the aurora above the hostel despite some clouds!! Some rooms are right by the road so traffic noise can be heard. Bed mattress hard n dividing curtains don’t give much privacy.

• Serpil (8/5): - The bed is very comfortable and the location of the hostel is great It is pricy but I guess everything is pricy in Tromso. Also there was no one in common area. I think it is not a very sociable hostel

• Paula (8/5): Muy buen hostel - La ubicación es muy buena, super caliente y la cocina super cómoda para poder utilizar. Es también super tranquilo ya que la mayoría de las personas hace tours y no está en el hostel la mayoría del tiempo. Lo que menos me gustó es que sólo hay dos baños disponibles para todas las personas aunque esto no fue un problema durante mi estadía igual es algo para destacar ya que somos varias personas y puede que a veces quieras usarlo y no esté disponible. Lo otro negativo el precio, más de 100 euros por noche por una habitación compartida... Lo otro negativo que no tienen cortinas las camas.

• Bjorn (2/5): En ting er prisen, sett i etterkant; en annen ting er grad av nedslitthet og småekkelt - For å være helt ærlig; det eneste med overnattingsstedet som var bra, var beliggenheten (dersom du vil se Downtown Tromsøs utkant og det ville jeg). Men beliggenheten er ikke kred til overnattingsstedet. Jeg mislikte det aller meste for 1500 kr for et fryktelig dobbeltrom! Det lukta mugg av sengetøyet, det var to senger fra tidlig 70-tall som ingen hadde takket ja til engang å ta i mot gratis! En hvit taklampe og en kommode! Lukta ugreit! Vegg til vegg teppet var bare reparert her og der. Dusjen så passe kjip ut, så det droppa jeg lett. Toalettet var jeg bare på en gang.

La habitación parecía sucia, de hecho le pregunté a la recepcionista si habían colocado las sábanas porque lo que tenía puesto en la cama parecía sucio y viejo. Tromso es un destino caro, igual me pareció demasiado caro si hablamos de relación precio-beneficio
• Woei-Chyng (8/5): 為了交通可以住，但北歐真的挺貴 - -位置很好 -附近就有到機場的車站 -有備品（不知道是不是之前的人留下來的） -有吹風機 -床很好睡 -滿貴的（獨旅的話預算可能會爆表） -有兩棟，不過體感都不大，如果住滿人應該會有點擠 -暖氣感覺不太熱，睡到後面有點冷（3月） -沒有簾子 -拖行李箱要想一下兩條路到住宿都是上坡 （圖片是到公車站的路）

• Laila (10/5): - Está a un paso de la avenida principal y de todos los puntos turisticos. A 200mts de spa y de la puerta que mira hacia el puente y la catedral. La limpieza es un 10, es super cómodo. Viajé sola y es super seguro. Lo super recomiendo! Que me quedé pocos días.

• sarah (9/5): Overall would recommend - Location was excellent, good kitchen and great hostel to chat and meet people. Would recommend. It's costly, but decent priced for Tromso. Also was upgraded from 5 bed to 4 bed. Rooms didnt really get cleaned, apart from bins. I was in the room when cleaner would come in sometimes, but they just changed bins, no floor sweep etc. Also with reception being so short, if you had questions, there was noone to ask for things to do etc.
• Marilyn (9/5): Great place for everything handy - Location was perfect for shopping, going to the cable car, buses and transfer to airport. It was an older building. Lovely lounge area to rest in. Lovely people staying there and very friendly and great to meet people from all other countries. Only one shower for all the rooms. Toilet was in the bathroom. Second toilet upstairs but would benefit for another toilet. Toilet and shower in one room. Better if toilet separate.

• moore (8/5): - O chuveiro era bem quentinho e o banheiro sempre estava arrumado. O aquecedor do quarto era adequado e a manta era muito confortável. A localização é central. O check-in só pode ser feito às 16:00 e não existe flexibilização, ainda que a cama estava vazia e pronta para receber o hóspede. A viagem para Tromso é cansativa e poder descansar um pouco a mais é importante, principalmente se existe disponibilidade para isso.

• Harry (8/5): - Really good location and very friendly staff. My room was very spacious with only a couple of beds per room so had plenty of space. The kitchen was lovely within and out plenty of people to talk to. There is a nice shop just across the road which was great. This was my first time in a hostel so it was a great first experience. The bed felt a bit unstable and very creaky so will make a bit of noise every time you move and had a weird brick looking pillow that was quite small.

Very clean toilet and bathroom. Shower door needs to be open out and not inside. For the price you pay, atleast have a decent beddings linen. It’s hostel with a 5 star price.

• Blum (9/5): Super Lage - Die Lage ist toll, man erreicht vieles zu Fuss. Gleich schräg gegenüber hat es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, welches bis spät geöffnet ist. Das Check-out ist erst um 12.00, also kann man es gemütlich nehmen. Ein verlängertes Deponieren des Gepäcks ist überhaupt kein Problem. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die relativ dünnen Matratzen liegen auf Holzbrettern, für Seitenschläfer eine Herausforderung. Etwas dickere Matratzen oder zumindest nicht ganz so weiche wären traumhaft.

• Israel (7/5): Muy caro para lo que es, pero es de lo más accesible que encontrarás. - La cercanía al centro es excelente, tienen lo adecuado en la cocina. Las instalaciones son como las de cualquier hostal y en mi caso me tocó gente agradable, pero eso es cuestión de suerte. Supermercado enfrente. La comunicación con el personal no fue buena. Llegué a una hora acordada con el alojamiento y me dijeron que aún no estaba lista la habitación, que esperara, a pesar de que me mandaron un correo indicando que estaba bien que llegara antes de sus horas de ingreso. Antes de eso, cuando llegué no había nadie en la recepción, así que hablé al número que estaba publicado, me llega un mensaje automático para llamar a otro número, al cual hablé y la persona que me contestó lo hizo en un tono molesto insistiendo que no eran horas de check in. No me agradó el tono en el que se dirigió hacia mí.

• Johanna (5/5): For a short trip good, but need improvement - The location is great for a city trip, you can definitely walk to all sightseeing things and tours. I stayed in room 11 which was only 4 bed even though I booked 5 bed which was great! A lot of space! All other rooms except room 11 seemed very small. The bathroom is ok, the shower on the top floor was horrible, you couldn’t close the glass door… also nothing for tall people. Also, the staff seemed very uninterested, the hostel wasn’t really clean (not dirty either) but it definitely need some rework (new mattress, renovating the shower, deep clean kitchen, better area to eat, like tables are missing,..). I mean Tromso is expensive but if I would be the owner (and price my dorm at 100€+) I would like to create a nice and cozy home for the youth which book hostels not this mediocre hostel.
