Déjà l’emplacement est idéal non loin de l’aéroport d’Heraklion à l’est de la ville ce qui est parfait pour visiter l’est de la Crète. Et puis il est à 20m de la plage. Nous avions une grande chambre avec jacuzzi privé et une belle terrasse. Chambre bien insonorisé. Nous étions en demi pension et que se soit pour le petit déjeuner pour le repas c’était varié et très bon.

Des professionnels adorables - La gentillesse des professionnels, l’accueil, les locaux et sa situation géographique L’isolation phonique dans les chambres …. Inexistante ! Le fait que nous avions réservé jusqu’au lundi mais que l’hôtel fermait le dimanche ! Il a fallu que nous changions d’hôtel. Même si l’organisation de ce transfert a été bien faite, pourquoi accepter les réservations au delà de la fermeture ??

Rinus (8/5): Gezellig hotel met een leuke binnenplaats aan de pool. Strand op korte loopafstand. - Receptiepersoneel zeer behulpzaam! Bediening in het restaurant kan beter. Geen optimale communicatie onderling. Ruim gevarieerd ontbijt. Gezellige zitjes rond het zwembad. Na het diner tijd voor gezelligheid daar. Beide avonden een optreden. Waarschijnlijk overboekt. Geen van de 4 kamers op de begane grond, maar op een verdieping. Eveneens niet dicht bij elkaar. Er werd excuus aangeboden en de aangeboden kamers voldeden wel, maar was niet wat we geboekt hadden.

Precisei Funcionários pouco cordiais, tiravam toda a comida antes de terminar o horário e apagavam as luzes com os hóspedes ainda comendo. Mas é um ótimo local para se hospedar. Claudia (10/5): - Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war ok, wobei man bei den Temperaturen sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht hat. Das Essen war auf das internationale Publikum ausgerichtet und hatte eine reichliche Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die beiden Hausmeister täglich im Einsatz um das auch so beizubehalten. Lediglich die Gemeinschaftsräume und das Foyer bräuchten mal neues Mobiliar und die dort vorhandenen Sanitären Einrichtungen könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dorthin fahren.

Receptionist e staff della colazione e pranzo eccezionali! Disponibili e sorridenti. Buon cibo, e bambini felici! Lo staff della sera purtroppo si è rivelato invece molto molto maleducato, in particolare una ragazza, davvero sgarbata, credo la sorella di un'altra ragazza di nome Maria, anche lei cameriera, che continuava a sbuffare ad ogni cliente per ogni richiesta. In pratica i ragazzi della sera erano insofferenti al fatto di dover lavorare. Pizzaiolo a parte, gentile e sorridente! Inoltre nella formula All Inclusive la qualità delle bevande alcoliche ed analcoliche era veramente scarsa.

Miarisoa (9/5): Super, je recommande - On a fait un séjour en famille avec des enfants de 6 ans, notre chambre etait surper bien, spacieuse, bien aménagée et nous avions une terrace avec un jaccuzi. La salle de bain était super pratique avec tous les items necessaires. Les lits confortables. La chambre était climatisée, tres propre et le ménage était fait quotidiennement. On a aussi beaucoup profité de la piscine de l'hotel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner et du soir étaient corrects. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas tres bien.

Priscilla (5/5): - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel, che si è rivelato una scelta perfetta per la nostra vacanza. La possibilità di utilizzare la jacuzzi è stata una delle sorprese più apprezzate (anche se abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte informazioni sul funzionamento). Inoltre, la presenza di una piscina all'interno della struttura ha aggiunto un ulteriore livello di comodità. Anche se la spiaggia è a due passi, fare un tuffo in piscina dopo una giornata di sole è sempre un piacere. Il buffet è abbastanza vario anche se molto speziato, comunque apprezzabile Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che, per chi viaggia con bambini, potrebbero essere migliorati. La culla fornita era priva di materasso, il che ha reso la sistemazione meno confortevole per i più piccoli. Inoltre, i seggioloni nella sala pranzo e colazione erano spesso sporchi e necessitavano di una pulizia prima di essere utilizzati. In orario serale i camerieri (soprattutto del piano superiore) erano spessi distratti...

Sofia (9/5): Lovely stay in Gouves - The room was big and beds were comfortable. We got a super massive king size double so we had a lot of space. Air con worked very well and the pool by our room was not crowded like in the main area. They had almost every night some type of entertainment which I thought I wouldn’t be very much interested but then I realised how good the performers were so I enjoyed every one of them. The hotel is just by the beach and there are shops and stuff to do nearby. I really liked the food also, we stayed a week and didn’t feel like we were repeating too much. They changed every day the menu and the food was good. Some veggie options as well. I asked for oat milk as I take normal milk and Eva was very kind in bringing it out every time. She was very nice to us and made us feel really comfortable! Always with a smile and making sure everyone is happy. The gym was very outdated. Needs some new gear.

Róbert (10/5): Exceptional - I start with the best thing, the food was amazing at the hotel. I also heard from other guests that they returned here because of the delicious meal. We spend a lot of time at the property's playground with our children. We also had an own jacuzzi next our apartment. As we were further from the main building in the apartments, the WiFi signal was very weak. The car parking was OK, but a bit messy, I guess some water pipes were just lying on the ground and the guest have to go through them with their cars.

Zsolt (9/5): Perfect experience both for beach with nice waves and starting point of excursions - The staff was very helpful and kind, all our requests or issues reported were solved immediately. The breakfast contained the same or similar meals mostly, the dinner had a fix and non fix part, but there were so many, that I can't imagine anyone leaving hungry, dessert corner for dinner was awesome (and my personal favourite, jelly for breakfast). Room was big enough, air-con was in the price and worked flawlessly, we had a balcony where we were able to dry our clothes. The closest beach was good, but the next beach to the right is much better, smoother sand and even less deepening. There is a local car hire nearby (at the closest beach, to the left), and it is not much highlighted that we were able to park in the hotel's car parking, which is quite big, though ~50-100m from the hotel (I am unsure though if it is also the case for the busiest late July - early August). Pool is not very small and deep enough to swim a bit. We had no big issues, but there were some small issues solved at once at the reception, eg at towel change some of the towels were not replaced. Safe is for an extra 10€ for a week, and it is quite small (the island is safe though, I just like to have a safe for the sake of superstition). For me it was not an issue, but dishes can get cold in the later period of dinner/breakfast. Bus station is not very close, but it is the price for the sea being quite close. Cabinet has limited number of shelves, but there are other furniture with enough shelves and room for everything (we didn't fill up all of them).

The rooms are new, therefore more improvement is necessary, to equip the kitchen with all necessary, such as pots.

(It was a nice room but with two kids it wasnt as comfortable as the bigger one) If you offer lunch from 13:00 in a child friendly hotel, you should not insist on providing the room service around 15:00 while the kids are having their naps. Gosiakur (9/5): Comfortable and close to the sea - It was first vacation with out baby and we had a great time. The room has all the facilities to prepare baby formula and food - kettle, microwave, fridge, stove etc. The saff loves children and everyone was very nice. The pools are fantastic - both big and baby paddling pool. They are not too deep so the water heats quickly, so baby could enjoy splashing too. Hotel was very close to the beaches. Relatively easy to go everywhere with a pram There was some entertainment in the pool area on some of the nights and it was a nice bonus. Food was varied, breakfasts were standard choice with some variety of British food like in most resorts. Dinners offered some Greek and international dishes. There was something different every night - we stayed for a week and nothing was a repeat. The baclava for dessert was great. Lots of fresh and cooked veggies and different types of meat every night. Gyros was nice. Food exceeded my expectations and I gladly tried lots of Greek dishes. Wi Fi did not work in the suites as well as in the common areas

Michal (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located in a nice and lively area. There are two beautiful beaches nearby. Absolutely excellent staff throughout the hotel. Everyone works at 150% to ensure the best service - the bartenders and waiters are incredible. A big shout out to the hotel chefs, all the food was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to the great receptionist Maria, who helped us a lot in many things, as we were not on vacation with a travel agency but on our own. The only downside is the large concentration of British tourists who are sometimes really inconsiderate (they occupy the sunbeds by the pool even though it is located elsewhere, they waste food, they act superior, etc.), but of course it depends on the particular person or family and the hotel is not to blame.

Sandrine (10/5): Rapport qualité prix, rien à dire ! Parfait ! - Nous cherchions un hôtel en demi-pension avec une grande chambre et cet hôtel en "all inclusive" sortait dans les premiers. Quelle bonne surprise ! La chambre vraiment très grande (51m2, 2 chambres séparées pour les parents et enfants et celle des parents était très grande avec un grand lit et on avait aussi un frigo) Très propre aussi. Ménage fait tous les jours, serviettes changées tous les deux jours. Personnel très très accueillants, sympathiques, d'une gentillesse Repas sous forme de buffet, copieux, très bon, beaucoup de choix et jamais pareil (on est resté 7 jours, on n'a jamais mangé deux fois la même chose !) Bref, je recommande sans hésitation !

mother of teens (2/5): Lack of customer care spoils great potential - This hotel could be brilliant, but it's customer care lets it down. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The only real issue with the accommodation is it's wifi which we were never able to connect to, so we used restaurant nearby. The pool is lovely (although towel bagging of pool spots starts ridiculously early) and the communal showers were dingy and smelly. However the real downside to this hotel is its lack of care or interest in its guests. For example, on our arrival there was a Greek Night- provided free of charge to those eating dinner at the hotel. We don't like being tied into a hotel for food, so were room only, but we would have eaten in for that, but the hotel never told us it was happening. Similarly, on another day aqua aerobics was offered, but not something we were told about at any point. But it is worse than just lack of information. At times our queries were met with rudeness and hostility that really took us aback. However the final straw came when we did want to eat dinner in the hotel. We'd been told in all the info we read, and by the hotel itself that it was fine to do so. However, when we asked what the procedure was, we were effectively told that we should have given advance notice that morning, and so we could not eat there and directed to an outside restaurant we had already tried and considered poor. I have never stayed in a hotel where a guest cannot just turn up and pay extra on the spur of the moment. We felt utterly unwelcome.

Le 4 stelle sono completamente immeritate e mi sorprendo della media dei giudizi. Tariffa segnalata come scontata, ma date le condizioni assolutamente insoddisfacente il rapporto qualità/prezzo (ho trovato molto meglio a Creta pagando meno). Sconsigliato!
