- Nathan (1/5): Brief and I needed a shower afterwards at a different motel. - I don't know that there is anything to like about this place besides rhe exit back onto the interstate. Between the roaches, the dirty sheets, the signs of previous break-ins on the front door, the holes in the wall, busted tile and torn carpet, it is kind of hard to pick just one bad thing.
- Petr (1/5): Very stressful and unpleasant experience. Do a favour to yourself and avoid this place - Nothing-avoid this place I paid in advance for my room but when I came there they said that they don’t have any free rooms…

I projectile vomited uncontrollably & started having bloody diarrhea! I was but by rodents (inside the room) they are through my shoes and all of my belongings were completely damaged! I found dead mice in my shoes. I reported this to the office and started I thought there was a broken water mail. Dirt and grime started rising from the carpet in the room. I couldn't breathe. It was really hard to catch my breath. I went to the sink and started to get some water and I cut my finger on a peace of glass that was there from the previous room resident. Apparently the room had not been cleaned after the previous person checked out. There was usine in the commode when I arrived. The shower had pubic hairs and body fluids all over it! My body started to swell up and blisters formed on my feet and skin. All my belongings were completely destroyed! The manager had me move to another room , however I had nothing protective to wear over my feet. I explained this to him and he didn't care. He made me walk to the marathon gas station and back to the room in my bare feet. I stepped on rocks and glass and there was fresh blood splattered over the entrance to my room and enroute to the room there were used syranges on the ground. I went into the new room for a few minutes and was notified by the housekeeper that the manager wanted me to leave the new room. She stated there had been a death and I wasn't able to abide in the new room. The manager proceeded to verbally abuse me. All of this is recorded on the camera. I also had to go to the emergency room for an evaluation & to make a statement. I'm also getting a second evaluation.
I came to the hospital & told the Dr I was assaulted. He acted like he didn't believe me & he and end and staff kept staring & saying she's schizophrenic. They barely evaluated me. The Dr didn't even do a physical.

- John (1/5): Trash - Nothing it was disgusting Smelly, owner is an abusive husband, the women are forced to work there. Horrible neighborhood, I didn't even stay the night I left after opening the room.

- Gerry (7/5): I would stay there again... It's under $60 a night - I was scared after reading the reviews online. Even prepared to stay in my car even thou we had booked a room. We weren't bombarded with what the online reviews had said at all. Yes very outdated...bed was not comfy at all period. Better than sleeping in my car. Had microwave and fridge. Bed was not great at all period... That's my biggest major complaint period....felt like someone had dropped a 200 lb weight from 20 foot in the air on the left side of the bed...
- Yeager (7/5): - There's was the basic amenities, as expected a bed microwave, coffee pit ( not good) bathroom. Inside was cleaner than expected. The overall first impression outside was iffy in appearance. Run down.
- Gerardo (1/5): - Nothing at all Everything smells felty and horrible smoke odor
I book a king size bed and they gave me a queen or even Smaller

I booked this motel because there was no availability for two nights at my usual place. From the start, there were issues: the listing stated that flexible check-in was available between 2:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., but the property did not respond to messages. I had to involve Booking to have the advertised check-in availability respected, and even then, the situation was not handled transparently, as I was asked to pay extra for check-in at a time that was supposedly included in the listing.
Upon arrival, I unfortunately understood the reason behind such “flexibility”: the area was frequented by people clearly in distress, which made the environment feel unsafe and quite sad.
The room had a very unpleasant smell, noticeable already from the first flight of stairs. To be able to rest, I had to wear a mask.
Overall, a negative experience. I will not return.
- Cooley (1/5): Absolutely horrible - The front desk person seemed nice The room was filthy I was only provided one big towel no other towels at all and no soap an their are no garbage cans in the room at all
- Geri (1/5): Don't do it! - The fact that I only stayed there for less than 9 hours due to weather conditions and an "inclement weather" policy at my job. My reservation was scheduled for 7-8pm and when I arrived at 7:56 pm there was a notice posted to the door informing guests the office was closed and to TEXT for service. After getting my key, I asked where it was located and was told right across the lot. After parking and walking upstairs in 12° weather, it turned out the room was on the other side of the building so I had to walk back down, move my car around and walk back up. Before even entering my room, the room next to me had three people that entered and exited and the traffic/slamming door continued throughout the night. If you know, you know and it was obvious there was illegal activities taking place there. The room itself wasn't "remolded" with the wood floors as the pictures implied, there were roaches crawling on the walls, from behind the backboard of the beds and even a dead one under one of the pillows on one of the beds that had obviously been there a while. As well, the code I was given to access the internet didn't work so I wasn't even able to watch the TV that had been splashed something and not cleaned off either. Quite frankly, the room was overpriced and a terrible experiencead. Had it not been for the weather being so bad and my stay being for limited hours (I had to be back at work at 6:15AM), I most definitely would have called customer service and found another room somewhere else. I will also be leaving an honest review so others don't have to have the experience I did, especially since the room I got was on the lower priced end and I'm sure the rooms get no better regardless.

- Daniel (3/5): I knew what I was getting into. - The staff are wonderful and very helpful even when they are very busy. That and the dact that there's no security deposit are the ONLY reasons anyone stays here. This motel is exactly what you expect for the price. The rooms reak like cigarettes and the carpets are filthy. Didn't see any bugs but it's the kind of place you feel like you have to shower after you leave.

- Serkia (2/5): - It smelled bad in the room.
- Debra (10/5): - The room was clean. Staff was friendly and nice. The ones doing the daily cleaning, always knocked on my door to see if i needed anything. Overall the 10 days i was here was a very pleasant stay. Brenda was my favorite housekeeper.
- John (4/5): You get what you pay for. - It was nearby a restaurant I liked The stairs was rusting. A ac unit was leaking excess water down the already bad steps, no warnings about it either. The wifi didn’t connect to the tv, was not given a password for their wifi either.
The cable cover from the wall to the tv was ajar. There was a lot of trim that had cracked and split. The towels were also tiny, the bathtub creaked with time I turned around. Getting to the hotel entrance was riddled with potholes (probably not their fault)

- Jennifer (6/5): - There was no fridge in the room and the driveway to the motel is nothing but a ton of deep pot holes so watch ur tires!
- Thorpe (10/5): -
- Desmond (10/5): - Staff was great. Room was clean. No stains on sheets. Quiet, no one bothers you. Entrance from Hurstbourne Lane needs to be repaved.
- Billy (6/5): - Roaches
- Carlyn (2/5): - Upon arrival there were police, fire and detectives outside the office, we were told that we needed to look for another hotel because no staff was working and they were not renting any rooms for the night. Most of the hotels in the area were either sold out or too expensive for my budget so we found a nice quite fairly lit part of town and slept in the car. I WILL NEVER try to get a room at this place......EVER!!!!!
- Clinton (2/5): Unacceptable - Pls contact me so I can explain . I am requesting a credit back to my card. The room was totally unacceptable. I did not stay in the room.
- Black (6/5): Pleasant -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice stay, cheap and affordable. - I was in passing through Louisville on a long lay over and needed somewhere to rest for the night. The hotel was very affordable at only $50 a night and no deposit. The clerk was very nice. There are stores within walking distance. Had a nice stay and would stay again when in Louisville.
