• Aram (10/5): Gewoon goed - Zeer mooi hotel en uitstekend onderhouden. Alles is bijzonder schoon; dagelijks wordt er grondig schoongemaakt en het beddengoed wordt regelmatig verschoond. Wij arriveerden om 02:00 uur ’s nachts vanaf de luchthaven, en meneer Nasib heeft speciaal voor ons de deur geopend. Hij is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook het overige personeel is bijzonder aardig, lief en behulpzaam, met in het bijzonder meneer Nasib.

• Sabina (8/5): Poměr ceny a kvality tu byl. Na hotel jsme se chodili prakticky jen vyspat a brzo raní vždy vyráželi do města. Takže uby - Hezké ubytování nedaleko centra, kam se dalo krásně dostat pěšky Rušná ulice, malý proud vody ve sprše.

• Ana Carmen (10/5): Muy buena relación calidad precio siendo Roma y con parada de metro nueva muy cerca - Está muy cerca de la nueva parada de metro del Pigneto y el precio era muy económico en relación con otros alojamientos en plenas Navidades. Tiene todo lo básico, muy limpio, son muy atentos aunque no esperes lujos. Aunque en realidad si vas de turismo apenas estás en el hotel así que… También buena presión de agua, buena calefacción y balcones en las habitaciones. Relación calidad precio muy bien. No tiene ascensor. Aunque tiene un montacargas y te suben ahí las maletas para no cargar con ellas

• Simon (4/5): Roberto rude and aggressive. - Faculties were ok, room was clean. When arriving we were met my Roberto, he was very aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. He was very rude to my wife which made her very upset putting a damper on the evening. He really needs to work on his people skills.
• Tajgardoon (1/5): Bad - The male receptionist who said he was from Egypt, did something extremely dangerous. First of all, on our arrival, he told us that our reservation is canceled due to declining credit card which was a false statement and after the other receptionist got involved and she noticed that he was looking at a wrong reservation paper. I got upset over this carelessness and told him that he owe me an apology which he didn't. By the next two days, I gave him the room's key, while we were out. On one of those days I strongly believed that he put a bullet in my backpack, which was a dangerous action and I ran into some problems at the airport. I am fixing to get a attorney and have a lawsuit against the hotel. Give me a call at 01-713-884-5841.

Arriving very late to - the staff was very helpful in giving advice and directions about nearby places for a good coffee and breakfast, links with transport etc the area is undergoing some works for a new metro line but the staff did everything to help you plan how to get around this.

• Tabata (4/5): Péssimo! - Hotel muito mal conservado, com móveis, cama e roupa de cama antigas demais. Além disso, chuveiro terrível, com pouquíssima água e sem esquentar direito. Tivemos que pedir para arrumar duas vezes e adiantou quase nada, além de nos negarem trocar de quarto mesmo com esse problema. Além disso, secador do século passado, ou seja, não sai ar algum!

• Odyssey63836066573 (2/5): Please DON'T stay here - My trip to Rome was amazing, but this hotel is genuinely horrible so I feel compelled to write this. If you want something brief, check the first sentence out of each point below: The positives ✅: - TRANQUILITY. It's pretty calm at night, the most you'll hear is airplanes flying and a few people on the street. The negatives ⛔: - HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. One of the receptionists is extremely rude. When we first came in, there was a problem in our reservation and we were having issues solving it since we booked it with a travel agency, and, even though it's comprehensible to be stressed about that, the receptionist conducted himself in a completely inappropriate way. Not only did he refused to cooperate with us, he kept insisting that we had to pay an additional tax to the one we already had payed previously without explaining it clearly, just insisting on payment (he also seemed to change how much the tax costed during the conversation or at least it really sounded like it ? Saying it was about ~€40 per night because of the age of the guests just to change it to one ~€40 payment saying it was actually the tourist tax at the end ?), then he started yelling repeatedly and saying that "that's your problem, not mine", and only calmed down when we gave up and said we were going to another hotel, changing his ways completely. - CLEANESS. The room had mold in the wall (image annexed to this post), leaks in the shower and, in out first day sleeping there, when we opened a folded blanket there were rests of food of a previous guest lying there (we never opened that before and never ate in the room, so no, it wasn't ours, that image is also annexed to this post), so we had to request another blanket. - LOCATION. This is kind of relative, but if you are planning to stay most of the time on Rome's center (where most of the tourist attractions are) you may have to walk a lot or at least spend some good money on transportation. You can walk to the center, but depending on the time of your stay it becames unfeasible to do that every day. At least there is a bus stop and a metro line near there. - FALSE ADVERTISING. So, we came to the hotel knowing it didn't offer this things, but for some reason in a lot of sites (including tripadvisor) this place is listed saying it offers things like free breakfast so be aware it doesn't. There are good places to get breakfast near there, but of course it comes with a price. Some of this aspects are relative and can be experienced in different ways by different people, but still, if you want an advice: DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. It's NOT hard to find other places to stay in the same price tag and in a better location and/or somewhere that offers more confort. The fact that this place so proudly presents this 3 starts makes me astonished because I have no idea how it got even one in the first place.
